Incredible customer service. Had my catalytic converter stolen off my car. I originally called the dealership and was told it was going to cost $2300 and 10 days to fix. Called B&M for a second opinion and they fixed me up for $1000 and had me back in the road in 2 hours. Would recommend them to all my friends.,

Called the number on google, dude answered. I asked if they fix exhaust leaks and the guy said yeah. I told him that I started having issues because I recently got my cats cut off and the guy who did it must’ve made some welds come loose or made a clamp come loose. He said bring it in. I get there, walk in and see a guy at the front. I told him that I called and he said “ya didn’t call me, so I don’t know what’s going on” in a moody voice. So I explained to him what was going on and he immediately responds with “I ain’t working on that if it don’t have cats, that’s illegal!” Well then why did the guy on the phone so you could work on it? Don’t come here. Just find a different shop.

Chose B&M to install a muffler and tailpipe on my pickup because of their online ratings and recommendations. I was not disappointed! I called one morning to make an appointment and they gave me a time and ballpark estimate of the cost. When I arrived about the time he told me to, he told me he had the parts and he drove my truck into the shop. I waited about 25 minutes in their modest but comfortable and clean waiting area. He came in the area, told me he had it finished and proceeded to write the ticket up. I asked how much it was and he replied with a figure that was a little less than he had given me over the phone! It was a hundred dollars less than the nationally known muffler shop in Tulsa! Highly recommend B&M for your cars exhaust needs.

CHARGED TWICE!!Im not a big fan of being charged for people to fix their own work! Its not the money... its the Principal!!!They installed a new exhaust a couple months ago, recently started leaking at a weld point, so they charged me to fix their broken work. Not Cool!Wont Go Back and Wont Recommend! And theyre borderline rude and not friendly at all. Terrible customer service.

My uncles told me to call B&M for a variety of issues for my unusual car (08 Saturn Astra). I’ve taken my car in twice to Ross and Charlie and they currently have my car for the motor mount. They’re always trying to help me spend a little less money and they’re always super honest and blunt about what’s wrong with the car. I’m also super curious so he shows me the parts that were previously on the car so I had an idea of what exactly was going on. We currently have an amazing mechanic/customer relationship and he calls me anytime (when it’s in the shop) and tells me what he finds, the price, and how long he thinks it’ll run in the current state. As long as they can do the job, they’ll be seeing my Astra for awhile.

These guys are great and they know what they are doing. Every time Ive had an issue they have figured it out, even on custom jobs. The value has always exceeded their price.Yeah, so they can be gruff on occasion. They are mechanics. Their job is to get your vehicle fixed, not pamper you. If you want competent, honest work then these are your guys. If you want your ass kissed while you ask stupid questions and sip a soy vanilla latte then you might want to go elsewhere.Just sayin...

Took my 81 Chevy in for one of the hangers on my exhaust broke free leaving a hole in the exhaust. The guys at B&M got me right in and 10 mins later the exhaust was fixed and I was back on the road. I will be definitely going back as they perform many different types of services.

Came in for a whole in my exhaust. Called about 8 in the morning to see about how long it would take. Came in at 11am during my lunch hour. Fixed my exhaust, made new ends for it, as well as welding on new tips. All of it took about 30 min. Looks great and sounds good. Friendly honest sevice. I would recommend them to anyone.

My 11-year old SUV still has all of its original parts on the exhaust system & is leaving a nasty sulpher-like smell in the vehicle after waiting through a long light. Being sort of a specialty trade my regular mechanic doesnt do exhaust work but he recommended B&M Custom Exhaust.I took my vehicle in & dropped it off, telling the manager what was going on, etc. He called me back later & told me, (long story short) that theres absolutely nothing wrong with anything in my exhaust system & the smell was coming from something else altogether.He couldve easily told me that I needed a new muffler, tailpipe, catalytic converter. or all three & I would pretty much have to take his word for it unless I wanted to crawl around underneath the vehicle myself.But the guy was HONEST and told me the truth even though it cost him money. And I certainly appreciate it, as would you in a similar situation. So about the only way I can show my appreciation is to give him a shout-out & recommendation on the internet.And give them all of my future business.

First, i called to see if they could remedy my problem with exhaust fumes. guy said yes, bring it it. so, my wife takes it in, tells them that i just spoke to someone there, and some guy came out to look at the truck with her. without asking any questions about the truck, mods, or anything else, he quickly began stating his opinion about why she smells fumes, stating that the truck is running rich, and that putting a new tail pipe that exits out the side or back of the truck wont do anything. as if my money was no good there. i didnt ask for his opinion, i asked him to put a new, different tail pipe on my truck. he insulted my wife, the truck, and the builder of the truck. i explained that the truck is computer controlled and has been dyno tuned to the nth degree, so theres no way its running rich. it has no cats and is dumped in front of the axle under the bed, and is only about 8-10 off the ground, which is why i smell exhaust fumes, but he never asked if i had cats or not. he only assumed i did. yes, a rich engine will smell like that, but i know for a fact mines not. its because theres not cats to filter the smell out. i explained that i have the exact same setup on a lifted truck and have no fumes because of the airflow under it. but this truck is lowered, so less flow of bad fumes. i told him to just take my money and put a new tail pipe on cuz im not paying for his opinion. he told me to go somewhere else, and i did. knew anything about hot rod supercharged trucks he wouldnt be working at a muffler shop.
