The dog ate my glasses on Friday, so I just found the closest 1 hour store around. The optometrist next door did a very thorough exam, and the Eyemart Express really surprised me. Ive gone to 1 hour stores before, so I wasnt expecting much. Very pleasantly surprised. Awesome choice of frames at good prices. I got 2 pair of glasses, one sunglasses and one bi focal, for under $450.00 !I will go back, they were very good.

I’ve always come here for my kids glasses but yesterday, was a different experience entirely. Usually it’s just the normal customer service, which is ok and helpful. Yesterday, Brenda went above and beyond to help my son and my finances. She was able to help my son get exactly what he needed and showed compassion that everyone in any service industry could learn from. Thank you, Brenda, for your wonderful help. My son had no problem finding a pair of glasses that look great on him. He was fitted, and we were on our way quickly thanks to the pleasant and efficient service. We received a call that the glasses were ready in 45 minutes! He is very pleased with his glasses!

First time ordering my prescription glasses from Eyemart Express, I upgraded my progressive to the highest level,so I needed to wait about a week or so, but it was less than a week.I am so pleased! I thought a lot of their advertisement was misleading. When we didnt opt for the most expensive options, they acted kinda of put out with us. I think we will try somewhere else next time around. The service wasnt all bad and the salesperson seemed knowledgeable about the products. Without insurance and paying out of pocket $100+ is quite a bit of difference to pay. There was also some confusion on our part, they dilated my wifes eyes and told us to come back over when we got done choosing glasses. Well, since we didnt get glasses in one hour and my wife thought she was going back over to make sure all was good with the new glasses (the ones we had to order) we just left. Made it all the way to Claremore and they called and we had to drive back over so they could examine her eyes better after dilation.

I ordered a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. The lenses for the regular glasses had to be ordered and will be in 7-10 days. The sunglasses were ready in 16 minutes. The salesperson, Brenda I believe, that was excellent. We will definitely be back.

I went into this eyemart location, because the frames I purchased 2 short months ago had a screw fall out and I lost a lens. The young girl at the counter informed me I would have to pay for the lens. I said politely that as a consumer I had a faulty product and shouldnt be held financially accountable for the lens. The young girl rolled her eyes and looked back at her boss standing with her arms crossed, they both snicker. Very unprofessional! The 71sr and Sheridan store will be where I go from now on.

The place can get a little busy so just sign in and look at the frames. Ashlee B was extremely helpful in suggesting lenses and frames and getting me checked out. The 2 pairs of glasses were supposed to be ready in one hour and two hours but one pair was done in 10 minutes and the other in 30. Super fast. They text you to let you know theyre done. Pick up and adjustment was also a breeze. I wish I had used them before in the 5 years Ive been living in the area. I will definitely be back.

I would not recommend buying from this Eyemart store. The employees were rude and did not acknowledge me when I walked in. Another employee was on her phone and did not help anyone. I’m highly disappointed in their service having used them for over 10 years. Will not be back.

I used Dr. Zoellner for years for my glasses but since they do not enforce mask mandates, I needed to find a different location. I called ahead and was told this location enforces masks and no appointment needed! I walked-in the next day and Darion greeted me immediately. She was so helpful and patient with choosing frames. Darion is an asset to your store. I truly hope she is recognized for her great service! I am so glad I switched. I cant wait to get my new glasses. Thank you Darion!

Dont come here if you have medical issues and cant wear a mask. They blame corporate and the cameras for why you must. Only for healthy people.

Walked in just now to have a set of glasses made based on my prescription. After signing in it was approximately 5 minutes before someone walked over and told me to go pick out a frame. I walked over and grabbed 2 frames which took less than 2 minutes and the person was gone. I then stood waiting for another 15 minutes before I got tired of being ignored and left the store. I wont be back anytime soon.I would have only given them 1 star however their COVID precautions were mostly on-point so bumped them to two stars for that reason only.

Tried to get glasses repaired for my children. I live 5 minutes away so I signed in and waited for the call saying I could come in. The lady told me she would not wait and moved on to the next person. I will never use this place again. Let people drop their glasses off to get repaired if you won’t wait 5 minutes!!!!!! These Covid-19 rules are stupid. Run it like other businesses and just have people stand apart!! This makes no sense. Just a huge inconvenience. I have kids that need to be in their glasses that I paid for already with a warranty. I feel ripped off.

I used Stanton Optical, had to wait 2 weeks for my glasses, then used Eye Mart for a new set of glasses, ready in 1 hour. Great attentive helpers at Eye Mart. Had to wait hours for service at Stanton

It was the worst! I have purchased many pairs of glasses at Eyemart but may go somewhere else next time. This time my husband and I purchased four pair. I only received one pair the day we purchased and they said it would be 10 to 14 days to receive the others. On February 7th I received notice one pair was ready. We never received notice on the other two. I called finally on February 16 and they said they were there. We live nearly 2 hours away, so we made the trip. When my husband tried on the first pair, they were completely the wrong prescription. The clerk was the most rude person we have ever encountered at Eyemart. She blamed the mix up on the other clerks and said they ALWAYS notify customers. At no time did she even apologize for the mix up, She blamed everything on the other people and us because our phones were wrong. We had to reorder the glasses and now will have to make another 2 hour one way trip to get the glasses. The clerk bad mouthed the clerk who originally waited on us. She was delightful and helpful and did not deserve to be bad mouthed in front of other clerks and customers. This was absolutely not acceptable. If she happened to be the original clerk we would have left and not purchased anything and not returned ever!

Service met our needs head on. Staff were very upfront about pricing and never pressured us for the sale or the more costly product. Everything was presented with class and friendliness. They told us that there was a 3 hour window for the glasses to be made. We went to have lunch and I received a text within 30 minutes that they were done. Super satisfied. There is also an optometrist next door that is awesome.

Do not go here if you have a medical condition that keeps you from wearing a mask...They will make you wait outside, not for an associate, but you have to wait for the manager to assist you. So while the associates are assisting all those that came in after you, you stand outside and continue to wait for the manager...Piss poor service and discriminatory against those with medical conditions if you ask me!!!

I really appreciated the lady (I think her name was Brenda) who got my order down to something I could afford for my daughters glasses. The selection was pretty big, and even my picky daughter found two pairs she liked. My only complaint was I waited for nearly 15 minutes to be helped when I came back to pick her glasses up. Someone said they would be right with me and then went and helped someone else(maybe they were there before me and she had already promised to help them). All in all, pretty good experience.

The customer service was great! Nice, courteous and efficient! Had computer problems that were really an issue and couldn’t take payment except through a check due to computer problems. I could tell it was stressing them out but I understood. Things happen!!

Worst ever service from Ashley at the Owasso Oklahoma store. when I couldnt see through my NEW glasses that I just paid alot of for. She tested them against the prescription and told me there was nothing wrong with the glasses she acted like I was lying to her. So essentially I paid for something I cant see out of. Then to add insult to injury She was very RUDE and said Whatever as I was walking away. I or my family will NEVER use Eyemart Express ever again and I do not recommend that anyone else use them either.

They were very nice and helpful with my insurance. It took a while because no one with the insurance company I had had ever been to them before. But they were very helpful and kind while getting the information they needed from my insurance company. After they had what they needed, they had my glasses done in less then an hour. They were wonderful people, I will be returning in the future to have glasses made by them.

The eye exam is done next door at Loving Eye Care and is very thorough and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Eyemart Express made my glasses with progressive lenses in about an hour. The staff was wonderful and I’m extremely pleased with the price, quality and warranty for the frames and lenses! Highly recommended.

I had a real problem getting the right prescription in my glasses. The associates at eyemart were short staffed and lots of folks were tired of waiting. The associates never gave up and worked with me in making sure I got what I paid for. For being short staffed, they never lost there cool with impatient and frustrated customers.

I love my new Kate Spade frames!😳They fit perfectly and I got a great price on them. All the bells and whistles, with sun sensitive lenses, and scratch protection and beautiful case. I broke my prevous frames and they replaced them for free! They have a 1 year warranty on their frames and lenses, so now I have a backup pair! Service was great and I only had to wait 29 minutes to wear them home. Highly recommend this business!

Eyemart Owasso, OK. Thank you Adam. I have complicated progressive lenses. Four separate prescriptions . The first set wasn’t quite right on the reading portion. Adam figured out the PD while accurate, wasn’t optimal for the les type. My eyes had adapted to my older lenses. He switched the lens type and corrected the problem in 30 minutes. A “can-do” attitude makes all the difference!!! Thank you young man!

I have had my first issue with this Eyemart Express in Owasso ever . I was given the wrong prescription from them and they are not helping to get this corrected. I was wearing my old glasses I had previously to getting the new ones that have the wrong prescription. My old glasses frames have broken after wearing them for so long. All I needed for them to do is to give me service that I didnt receive the first time they gave me the wrong prescription .I know they can make mistakes but it is what they choose to do to fix there mistakes is what concern me . I have been with them for a while now I am really bothered by their service.

I visited Eyemart Express yesterday and I was VERY happy with the service I received. Stormy was helpful and friendly and I was able to get nice glasses for less than what I have been paying at my optometrists office. I especially liked the speed - I had my glasses later the same day, instead of waiting over a week. I highly recommend this location!

I have never received customer service as terrible as the managers Adam and Clay provided. I purchased my daughter 2 pairs of glasses with the warranty at the beginning of the school year as I do every year. Over the years I have puchased over 6 pairs from them She recently broke one of the pairs. I called and spoke to Nicole and explained to her that we recently moved out of state where there are no Eyemarts locations that are not several hours away. She looked up my account and said no problem they would be able to use the warranty and simply mail me a new pair. She said she would call me back to get the mailing info. A couple hours later I had not heard from her so I called back. That is when I spoke to Adam and Clay. Both of them told me that I had to return the glasses to the store for my warranty. I moved over a 1,000 miles away and let them know that was that an option. I was told that it is not their fault that I moved to where they do not have a location. It is a shame that I paid for a warranty and will not be able to use them. I warn anyone to not use Eyemart Express. They do not care about their customers.

My first set of progressive bifocals. I was told they would take 7 to 10 business days due to the HD lenses I ordered... It took 4 days. The store has a huge selection of frames with plenty of options to fit my virtual planetoid of a head. Service was fast and friendly. All in all a pleasant and painless process. The glasses are awesome... Really. Dr. Cobb next door nailed the script and Eyemart made them perfectly first time out of the chute. No choice but to award 5 stars. I will be back.

It was my first time buying glasses in quite a while. The last time I went somewhere else I had terrible service and my glasses werent up to my standards but yesterday I picked up 2 cheap pairs to tide over until a tax refund and I am absolutely loving them! They are thinner than my last pair and cost about half as much. The staff was incredibly helpful and managed to give me a breakdown of my options in a clear way so I could get exactly what I wanted.

L did not need an eye exam. I had a current perscription so I was not sure that I could 2 pair for $ 87. They let me have the deal any way. I got my glasses on time.. They mad sure they fit perfectly . I can see excellent.
