I like this store not as much as i love hobby lobby and bed n bath but i can sometimes find more if a selection in ribbons than i can anywhere else n sometimes they have much more fleece than hobby but you just never know until you pop in. Some things hobby has that they dont even carry n if they do its only just a couple to choose from. Sometimes the associates here are rude, often talking about customers amongst each other loud enough for others to hear

I always find some great deals there. I actually get pretty excited when I find sale items and figure out they are cheaper 😁. If I had any suggestions it would be to put 1-2 more price scanners in the store.

I went in and needed some masks and needed to price some diamond painting supplies and Sydney was super helpful and polite (this was awesome since the last few times I’ve been in the other employees who have “helped” were very rude). She was professional and knew what she was talking about, and when I asked a question, she said “I’m not sure, let me ask a coworker” who was able to help answer my question. Super knowledgeable and sweet. Very pleased and I left wishing she made commission off my sale. Definitely will be back because of her.

You can never use the 50% off coupons because they run a so called sale price and you cannot use a coupon except on regular priced items. Not happy always a catch.

Clearance in back 70% off then take 25% of that. I got fleece for $3.12 a yard. That never happens. $21.00 outdoor fabric was $6. A yard

This is the worst Joanns Ive ever been to. If you are doing any other crafts than sewing youre screwed.

This store never has anything in stock that you order, and when you order on line they dont have it either, and they say they do. You pay for the items and then they tell you they are out of stock, and then it takes 7 days for them to return your money to you. This store in Owensboro, KY is not necessary, they need to close it down. This has happened to me 6 times. I will not purchase another thing from this store.

Joann always has what I need! In addition, they have T-Bone. T-Bone is my favorite retail employee, ANYWHERE! He always makes our visit enjoyable. Hes willing to help with anything we need, is always in such a great mood, and has such an infectious personality! You cant help but be happy when youre interacting with T-Bone.

Waited at checkout but no one came. I didnt see a call button and looking around didnt see a worker. Finally I left without the items I came for.

I visited in search of fabric for a simple project and was very surprised at the selection! I am not naturally a crafter, so it was a bit overwhelming to dig through everything - for anyone else, it would be perfect. However, it was a nice store and definitely had more to offer than just fabric.

Its a fairly small store compared to Evansville, but it has a lot to offer. Most items are over priced, but they have good sales/coupons which makes it a good option if you know exactly what you need. They also have some cute holiday decor options.

Curious why they have big signs saying they match competitors prices when they really dont. A more accurate sign would read, We accept competitors coupons. I did find an excellent buy on upholstery fabric so Im happy.

I got in line with a couple of items. Several other customers were already there, but no one was at the cash register.Break time for the employees? I asked.I guess so, one of the others answered.I went looking, and didnt see any staffers until I got back to the fabric-cutting table. I told the two women there that customers were awaiting a clerk up front. One of them mentioned the name of someone who was on a 15-minute break.Neither woman made a move until I said, and were supposed to ...? Actually, correction, I thought one of them started to move when I said that, so I headed back toward the front. After standing in line another moment, with no one appearing, I walked back to the center aisle, saw that no one was on their way toward us, dropped my items in a bin and left.

I love buying yarn here but I feel like their inventory is always low

It has so much different things you can buy

Employees always seem bother why you ask a question. Today I got a no and then the employee just turned arounded and walked away. No customer service, no Im sorry we dont carry that, maybe its on line, no kne smiles. Even the cashier didnt even say hi or thank you. Hateful store. Had to give them one star should have been nothing

They have all kind of material and accessories It was a great place to get material and accessories I give it 2 thumbs up

They need more employees to be able to help customers quicker. I was waiting at the register to check out and I witnessed another woman just walk out with her merchandise without paying because nobody would come to the register and check out customers.

Store associates are always glad to offer advice and assistance for any project that I am working on.

I had lots of coupons for regular prices item. Everything I purchased was already reduced items. Lots of coupons, and I could not use any of them.Expensive fabrics, lots of selection, moderate quality. I would go somewhere else, but there is not much else in our area.
