Great experience. However thought the delivery would be in a couple weeks. As it turns out it’s almost 6 weeks. Said it would be delivered 1/3 20. Since we will be on vacation until 1/7/20, I don’t yet know delivery date.
Went in to get some information and pricing when we were looking for a new bed. Sales personnel were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. We were encouraged to try out any of the model beds we were interested in and were given the full specs and a demo on each one. We had some very specific questions about the beds and all questions were answered. We ended up ordering a bed, looking forward to its delivery.
Abysmal experience overall. The gentleman that helped us at the store was friendly enough but when we asked the difference between bed models other than price we were told they are basically all the same.We did pay for and order a bed during that visit. Delivery was scheduled. On the date delivery was set for we were told delivery and set up would be between 5-8pm. We had already moved out old bed to accommodate the new one. At 740pm that day I got a call saying they were running about an hour late but could still come at 9pm to deliver and set up our king size bed. At 9pm I got another call saying the same thing. The delivery person could not reschedule the delivery (had to be done by someone else) and so we asked him to please not delivery the bed at 10pm as that was very late, and bed setup takes about 2 hours!!Nobody from sleep number called me after this, and the delivery was automatically rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Had I not called the store and asked to speak to the manager we would still be waiting for this bed!Ultimately, I cancelled my order and opted to spend my $6K elsewhere. The customer service was very poor, particularly for the amount of money spent on the bed as well as $200 for delivery.Would not recommend.
Tina and Darian are the greatest. Attention to details and the customer.
Hopefully you love the bed and do not have to return it. They dont tell you that to return the bed you have to pay $400.00 in total fees. So there is no risk free trial as they claim.
Very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson, but be prepared for sticker shock when you see the prices.

Limited choices in the store room with no offers to order specific items. The customer service rep was okay, but it was obvious that he didnt want to help as we tried to choose from the selection. Had problems getting our order and finally cancelled everything with them due to poor resolution of the problem.
