He let us put a deposit on it like layaway and said we could come get the bed when we mpved into our new house which will be in a month or so. Very convenient.

So far, purchasing a mattress has been a great experience. We went to the Owensboro, KY location, and were assisted without feel pressured. We tried out a few mattresses, and narrowed it down, then asked for opinions regarding durability and warranties. We ended up purchasing a Serta iseries 1000 medium, and received the free adjustable base. We received a great deal, and should be getting our mattress and base next Monday. It was quick and easy to purchase once we decided what we wanted.

Had been shopping for new mattress. Decided to go by Mattress Firm and glad We did. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable, told him what we were looking for and he showed us several options. He didn’t push us into buying a certain model or style but helped us narrow down the decision. They had great prices and good selection to choose from. Horrible customer service. The guy didn’t offer to help me even though I was in the store for more than 15 minutes. I had to ask a question, which he didn’t know the answer to. They have a good selection of product but I had too many questions for them to be willing to help me. If I am sleeping on a bed every night, I want it to be comfortable. Comfortable is a different definition for each person. This rep couldn’t answer the simplest questions about products that any sales person should know. Very disappointed

Absolutely love this place. Never bought a mattress before. They asked all the right questions and I tried several that were great! But that last one had me sold. It was perfect. It was soft and they only had two left so they discounted me and did everything they could to bring it into my budget. They approved me for a great amount more than I thought I would get and in return I got a dream bed. It felt perfect to lay on in the store and I cant wait to sleep in it every night at home.

Had a great experience. Tried to purchase a $6000 dollar setup but do to recent vehicle purchase I wasnt able to finance. Kyle was able to locate the same mattresses and split king bases that I wanted on clearance in another store for 3400. Wich allowed me to pay 90 day same as cash. Highly recommend.

Kyle did an awesome job helping us choose a bed! Gave us a great deal!!! Delivery was horrible! They spent most of the time on their cell phones. One of them spent most of his time outside. When i asked him to put the bed in a different position he said no and walked out of the room! The other worker said what can i do for you to give us a 9 or 10 rating... I said put the bed where i want it. He acted like he didnt want to but i grabed one end and he got the other. Wasnt that hard.... How does mattress firm deal with insubordination???

I went in expecting to just get a basic mattress for a temporary situation, but after working with the staff I was able to affordably purchase a 10 year warranty, long term mattress with incredible features... within my budget! If I had to shop for mattresses more than once every decade or so, I would be a regular.In addition, the sales rep I worked with, Kyle, was very knowledgeable about everything I asked him about. I went in knowing very little about the feature I wanted, and he not only knew how it worked, but was able to sort out his inventory based on that with little more than a moment of thinking.
