I had this company come out and bid for a shower. Supply and install shower glass. I accepted the bid and signed off on the contract and emailed the sales rep back. Several days go by and I hear nothing, and had to call to make sure they received the bid confirmation, which they did. Communication with a vendor is a very important factor when I hire out work. I would rate them a 0 on that if i could. Other than me having to follow up with everything, I am pleased with the installation crew and the product supplied. Just wish they would be better communicators.

Terrible company. I would not recommend to anyone. the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude before i had even gotten a chance to schedule it with them. Decided right there that i was not going to be doing business with that company.

This is the second time I ordered a piece of glass from them they said they would call me when its finished I never get a call nothing my customer calls me and says hey why havent you fix that yet I tell him well because I use Kentucky mirror and plate glass they dont care too much about calling their customers like they say theyre going to
