It took 4 months to get the window installed after I ordered it. It was a garden window. The first time they came they were not prepared to install this window in a log cabin. He rescheduled for the first date that he had. That was two weeks later. The window itself looks great. It just was a long time getting it installed. I had to Replace the boards around the window inside and outdoors that were removed and then stain them because they were not reusable. This then required us to replace the light over the sink because it was attached to one of the boards that framed the window. I had not planned on doing that. For the amount of work I had to do, I should’ve just replaced it myself. The quality of the window is outstanding And we are happy with the window itself

Great installation crew. Very courteous and efficient. Love the new look for our house . I believe the new windows have made our home more quiet and easier to cool and heat. A very nice value for us.

Arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently keeping me up to date on the progress. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from initial visit to final installation. Allthe debris was removed and everything looks beautiful. My original windows were installed in the 1950s.

I love my new windows that I purchased from Mike at Window World. Justin, installed my replacement windows when I lived in the country and when I moved to town he installed them as well...He did a great job with both houses. I couldnt be any happier.

I walked in and it smelled of smoke. Im not sure if it was carry over from the smoke shop next door or if someone had been smoking inside. The person sitting at the desk turned off the show she was watching adn asked how she could help. When I explained what we were looking for, she said she couldnt help. It was a waste of my time.

The guys did a great job, and made sure we were happy before we left.
