I used to b a member of rite aid. No longer the people in pharmacy have been rude, The woman pharmacist was excellent but man is just rude. I no longer recommended rite aid pharmacy.

This is the Pharmacy I usually use! They keep the store pretty organized, and clean! They are a little on the slow side when it comes to prescriptions! But they are very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable! But the store its self is always out of stuff! And it always happens to be what you want!

They have their pharmacy listed on the VAs Mission Act website as a provider for urgent care prescriptions. The VA approved me to get some antibiotics but they said they dont work with VA. I cant stand these companies that tout themselves as being for the veterans but really could care less.

Walgreens is better!! At least Walgreens helps out with emergency prescriptions if possible. Rite Aid doesnt.

The customer service is outstanding! They go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need! When you walk in, or walk out, you are always greeted with a cheery hi or bye and the pharmacist and techs are equally as nice! I will never go anywhere else.

Very helpful pharmacy staff. Had problem with my Dr refilling my prescription. Rite aid was right on it and also transfered my script from meijer for me. Talked to three employees all very helpful. Thank you rite aide!

Your experience and your co pay will depend on the worker who assists you. My experience was good at first, but as the pharmacy techs have changed, so did my overall experience. If you have more than one insurance, I suggest going elsewhere. It was a battle to get both of my insurances billed for every prescription. I suspect this has to do with the way information is stored in their system. Though this makes the transaction more difficult, this can be made up for by patient workers willing to correct the error. At first I think it was, and typically that pharmacy tech would assist other techs in getting the billing right. Sadly, I havent seen her there in months. I suspect she moved on. The disheartening thing is I have had pharmacy techs tell me my insurance no longer covers things, or tell me I have no insurance on file and than another worker comes over and fixes the mistake. I can tolerate slow service, I understand they are very busy when I am there, and honestly, I know multiple insurances are a pain... but dont lie to me about my coverage. Also, the response to the discrepancy became less understanding and more blameable and irritated (from their end.) This made getting prescriptions such a pain I put it off until I absolutely ran out (I realize this is my own poor choice in reaction). I have switched to another pharmacy. If you have a health condition, having you medication is key to (in my case) staying alive... do yourself a favor and find a pharmacy that understands that, and works with you to make getting what you need as pleasant as possible.

This guy was my cashier last night. I was purchasing an alarm clock and 2 packs of cigarettes with coupons. He had to call the manager up because the scanner cord was loose.Then asked to see my ID as the store requires even though Im 49. I showed it to him, that wasnt good enough he tried to take possession of it. I then explained to him that I didnt know where his hands had been, and that you see with your eyes unless youre Stevie Wonder.Eventually he rung me up it came to 60.99$ for a 19.99 alarm clock and two packs of smokes with 1$ off each coupons.At that point I was fed up and decided to take my business acrossed the street to Walgreens. I asked him for my coupons back so I could take my business elsewhere. He didnt like my decision and didnt hand my coupons back. I had to physically pull them from his hand before walking out.

Went to pick up a script and needed cash back. They told me they didnt have any money. What a joke. Dont offer a cash back option if you cant do it. They said they couldnt use the money in their till because it was to make change for customers who pay cash.

This place has gone done hill, says ur meds will be ready at a certain time and when u go pick them up u have to wait 30 to 40 mins more, time to change drug stores

Terrible place to pick up your script. They are slow, rude, and do not like questions. Anytime I pick up my script they always talk in a mean tone. Im not trying to go to a place that wont at least say thank you come again. I suggest going to a different pharmacy.

Called due to insurance making move was put on hold and had to explain to 3 people the situation and was put on hold again after 15 min I asked the 4th person not to put me on hold and she got rude with meThey dont deserve my business
