I dont feel comfortable or welcome with Dominique or Tracy there. They both get frustrated too easily and Ive definitely seen better attitudes. I would expect this from a Verizon or a AT&T store rep but not from T-Mobile of all wireless carriers. I was so excited when a T-Mobile store came to this town and now that excitement is RUINED π₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ί
First experience at T Mobile (former Sprint user) and Tracy S made it actually enjoyable.Extremely professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. She went above and beyond expectations I typically have when walking into a phone store. Not only did she figure out how to lower my bill and increase the service but also has assisted my wife with her new phone for the third day in a row. Highly recommend visiting Tracy S for your T Mobile phone services.
Very nice place took the time to do a warrenty claim for me. I will be returning to by a new phone. Awesome staff.

I was very distraught with an issue I had with my phone and the two ladies there did whatever they could to help me find a solution. I was at the store for about 3 hours and Tracy (I believe is her name), was super professional, kind, and understanding throughout the whole situation. I just walked out of this store due to Dominique the employee. She is very rude and makes you feel very unwelcomed. I will NEVER deal with her if I have an issue. I was coming in there to spend a lot of money. I will not be back in there as long as she is the only one working.
I used to love going to this store. I used to recommend this store to my friends. I used to feel comfortable walking into this store any time during their hours of operation. During the last several months I have become uncomfortable in this store. I do not feel like a customer in this store anymore. When I enter this store I feel like an annoyance and a pest. Ive been made to feel badly about things that no one should have to feel badly about. I was going to spend my tax return money at this store on September 9th of this year aka (2020). Last year I spent my tax return money hear and it was a HUGE mistake. A blonde female employee is definitely a big reason but shes not the only reason. Every employee except for this blonde lady makes me feel 100% appreciated. I dont like going in there when shes on shift and I would like to go back there and spend my money there again like I used to. If I go to the Metro By T-Mobile store a couple miles away from there I always feel welcomed and Im not made to feel bad. Us there a district manager that I can talk to about this? Asking because the owner if the store just defends this blonde female employee no matter what she does good or bad. Chris the manager is great and so are all of the other employees except the blonde girl and the owner of the store. I dont have transportation to any T-Mobile store but this one. I dont know what to do. I used to love everything about this store but USED TO is a phrase that I CANT put enough emphasis on.

On 4-13 My Husbard & I went to get a couple of screen savers for our phones. The woman working there wasnt very friendly,, also she gave us one for the Samsung Galaxy 9s & one for a Samsung Galaxy 9s+. I just wanted to say we will never go back there.
