Had new phone for one day, ran over it twice, total panic. Took it to Phil, he looked at it said no problem. Overnighted the parts fixed the next day. Thanks Phil great work and customer service. Five star all the way. Oh and pricing was fantastic.

Thinking I was screwed after smashing my phone, THE PHONE GUY completely restored my screen and home button. (iPhone 8 plus) Not only that but for an affordable price AND it was done within 1 hour. I’ve went back and will continue to keep going back to this awesome place! Thank you Phil. Truly.

Would give 10 starts if I could, this guy is amazing! Incredibly intelligent and you can tell hes been doing it for years. Brought my phone here cuz a buddy recommended him after ubreakifix said that it couldnt be fixed and he immediately knew something was fishy. A few hours later he calls and explains that the only way the damage that was done could have been done was because whoever worked on it before messed it up and he could still fix it but it wasnt worth it at that point. Had my back 100% when he told me they owe me a new phone and if it ended up going to court he would be there for me. Didnt charge me a penny for his 3 hours worth of work. Ubreakifix did end up compensating me for it but still, Im 45 minutes away from owosso and hes got my business forever now.

My first time experience. I had left my phone out on a shelf during a massive thunderstorm. Water soaked, I thought it was toast. The smart thing I did was not to try to turn it on and or charge it. I knew better. So I took it here. And Phil had it up and running withing 2 hours. Great job Phil. Highly recommend this place.

The work he does is amazing. I completely shattered my IPhone screen and he fixed it in like an hour. He was super nice he put a better screen on there and a screen protector for no extra cost! Super nice guy. Yes the place does have an odd smell but it’s not like your gonna be sitting in there for a long time unless you you decide too.

Very easy to get in and get your phone screen replaced, as Phil is specialized at that part. Was satisfied and thankful for the service he provided me, however was rude to me when paying. He asked a question of which I didnt hear and I thought he was making a joke, but then ridiculed me for chuckling and was rude to me for the rest of the experience. A simple misunderstanding that he made into a much bigger deal which upset me, but great service he provided to my phone screen!

My wifes phone was broken and I bought a replacement screen online (for $125) and he charged me $70 to install it. He broke the screen and claimed it was defective. He then charged me $175 to install his screen. It was glitchy and the glass started chipping in the corners less than a week later which is weird because the phone has an otterbox and screen protector on it. After about a month of trying to call him with no answer I took it to him and he said there is no warranty on glass and he wouldnt do anything about it. So far Ive spent $370 and the phone still doesnt work.

1. Left 3 messages no call back. 2. Came to store first time at 10:30am closed. 3. Came second time, owner has terrible attitude and store smells. 4. My phone didnt work properly when I came in, still didnt work after he fixed it. 5. Refused to give me my money back, claimed it was not his fault, because the part he replaced was new so it must be a bad phone, recommended I factory reset. I did, still didnt work, and he didnt care, no refund of any kind despite a 30 day guarantee. 6. This dude has anger/attitude issues. Worst customer services ever, 1 star is too many!!!! This is a warning to anyone needed help with their phone!!!!! I only put up with so much because I was desperate, should have seen the signs that this was not a reputable establishment. Had to buy a new phone despite wasting money here. Reminds me of the soup natzi from the old Seinfeld show, only this guy has bad soup. Very unprofessional!

Phil is great with all electronics and his prices are very reasonable. He also finishes fixing your product in a very respectable time. I consider him my go to guy when I need anything that has to do with electronics.

I couldn’t be more happy with the work Phil did today.. I called him up around noon, and within an hour I had a basically brand new iPhone. I was gonna trade it in next month for my upgrade, but I basically don’t even feel I need to now that he fixed it. He had my completely destroyed screen removed and replaced in less than an hour. Couldn’t be happier, and I’ve already referred other people to him. Awesome job Phil!

One star is too many! Worst repair center! Total debacle! Phil “the owner” was completely rude and unprofessional! First told me my phone was repairable, and when I picked it up it had way more problems than when I originally brought it in. Told me sorry about my luck and told me to leave! This guy has no clue how to fix phones! I had to buy a new phone because this guy messed mine up! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! Way better stores than this guys!!

This place is owned and run by my phone repair mentor... You wont find a better technician around that can do any repair you need to your phone or tablet. If I lived closer the dynamic duo (as we were referred to by the local cellular providers and customers) would be together again!

Very nice and super helpful! Went in thinking I needed the charger port replaced, but he cleaned it out and it worked perfectly! He didnt even charge me for it!

My wife was in there this week and he refused to fix his mistake and instead of utilizing customer service skills he decided to act like a man child and yell at her be profane and kick her out of his store. Then we find out through viral Facebook posts there are more than 3 women he has done this to! IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS ALONE! I will be contacting the police and the city. This behavior should not be tolerated in this town.

Extremely rude and condescending. More interested in proving customers incompetent and slandering his competition than fixing issues. The owner seems to be knowledgeable but unfortunately his customer service is horrible and he is very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

I took my IPhone s that was torn apart to the phone guy. He said he would look at it and give me a call in few hours. When I got that phone call after a few hours I was expecting him to tell me it was a loss cause but he didn’t. He fixed it and it works great. Right then I decided I would go to him for any electronics that I need fixing. Never again will I go to the phone place on Corunna AVE IN Owosso, Mi. The phone guy Phil is awesome and stood by his word. Thank you again Phil for fixing my phone. You made me a happy girl. Five stars just doesn’t work for the kind of service I got from him. Needed new screen for my moto phone. Which is a junk phone. Flint area could not take care of me in such sort notice. This was on a friday. Phil said he could get me back to normal by sat.Offered me a samsung at a good price. I jumped on the offer. The battery was weak, Phil is replacing with new. I feel like I made a new friend. Very disappointed..I went around 10:15 to get my screen fixed and they were still closed when they were supposed to open so i went back at about 12 and they were open and I stood in there and no one came to the counter there was no one in sight and the place was dirty and smelt like smoke very badly dont even deserve one star.
