Do not have prescriptions filled at Walmart. They changed my doctor’s order stating the insurance would not pay for 90 tablets. When I asked how much did the insurance pay for the 30 tablets they were dispensing, they said the insurance was not paying anything for the 30. If the insurance was not paying for any of the meds, why did the Walmart pharmacist change the doctor’s order from dispensing 90 tablets to 30? At what point was an insurance company allowed to change doctor medication orders, considering they weren’t paying anything anyway? Walmart pharmacy changed the doctors order without consulting the doctor or patient.Have your prescriptions filled at Shaws in Durand. The pharmacist at Shaws can reliably count to 90 without getting an insurance company involved and they follow the doctor’s orders exactly as written.

Went out of the way to fill my antibiotic 15 minutes before close on a Sunday, when they didn’t have to. My abscessed tooth appreciates it more than I do.

This is the absolute worst walmart pharmacy. I dread going there everytime I need refills. They are rude and dont have a clue. Today they just lost a refill.

Don’t come here. Doctor called in script 3 hours ago. I called to make sure they got it they said it would be an hour. I came back in 2 hours and they said be another 20 mins. Talk about an inconvenience...

I go here for my prescriptions, never really had any issues...staff is extremely nice also..

I am extremely disappointed with the Walmart pharmacy. Went to fill a script, of which I fill every 28 days. They wouldnt fill it until they talked to my doctor, of whom was closed today. They lied and said they called me the day prior, never did. Now, Im already two days without my much needed meds. The pharmacist has no right to dictate, no right or reason at all. You are not a doctor, you are not my doctor. My insurance company does not question and my doctor has me on a medication, for life, because of my chronic issues...I work long hrs, too damn hard and pay fot all my services. How old are you, 12? So young child, when you have been working for 25 years and need a medication that helps you get through your days to work and raise a family, I hope you do not encounter the same, poor choice pharmacist. You have no right to do this but you did..do you feel important now or big? You are not! Now, you lost money and a customer and your pharmacy provides absolute poor customer service. I hope you someday know how it feels and that you could be saving someones life, but choose not to. Poor, poor choice. Dummy.

I have only been twice but both times I am treated like I am an inconvenience. That they are too busy to answer a question.
