The woman had no idea what she was doing. The manager didn’t care that she didn’t know. Took us 20 minutes to get our ice cream. Used a gift card and got the change back in cash. Sizes were not what we paid for. Do not go here!

Stopped on a whim for ice cream and had never stopped here before. April was very helpful and friendly. (And not saying this because we have the same name :), found this out when we were leaving) The service was great and so was the ice cream! Thanks April! We will stop back again!

This location was staffed with no manager and multiple employees with little to no knowledge of running the business. FIRST the employee gave us our ice creams in the Love It (medium) cups and they each had different amounts of ice cream in them! Then, when time for payment, we wanted to use a gift card and the employee said she didnt know how to run the gift card, so we were required to make payment some other way. We disgustedly provided a debit card to complete payment so we could just leave. Noticing we were disgruntled customers, she proceeded to blame the situation on her manager (whom was not present) saying that they take apart machines and put them back together only to have them continue breaking down. It really didnt make much sense and did not make us feel any better about the situation. If you want Cold Stone Creamery, choose a different location.

Excellent service. Came in for some ice cream and had a great experience!
