Didnt order anything (yet), but will say sales staff was awesome. They were not pushy and didnt follow around store. They were available if you had questions and offered input when asked but not overbearing. Definitely plan on going back and looking again. Still looking to find perfect living room set!

Great experience. Kenn was very professional and a great help. Kenn look up information on items we was looking for and was and also show us comparative products. We looked at a lot of other furniture store and we got the best deal and service at Sandys. Plus they was able to get our furniture quickly. Super friendly staff from the moment we walked into the store we love that because some stores that does not always happen. James was amazing with helping my husband and I pick out exactly the right bed for us. We tried out several different beds he listened to what our concern were with our current bed. James answered any questions we had and explained what options we had available to us. We decided to buy the bed today and we know we made the right choice because of James.

Dawn Dixion did an amazing job getting my family two comfortable rocking recliners. She has great customer service skills and help us out a lot. Would highly recommend this store and Dawn as your sales consultant!

Sales associate was wonderful however five months after purchase if reclining loveseat frame is bent and recliner wont stay down. Could take two months if not longer to get parts and was told by repair company it will probably only be a temporary solution. Store manger offered nothing to remedy was beyond rude. Would not recommend they dont stand behind there furniture when issues arrive....7.14.2021 still being told that mid august before couch fix and no offers to make this right with the customer after owner posts to call the store back for assistance. Try to get the owners phone number and will not comply. BIG BUYER BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING HERE. BBB complaint filled.8.16.21 loveseat still not repaird told parts are in and now the repair company is not returning calls to get this scheduled for repair I would of been satisfied if they would have at least given me a partial credit towards something new that was not even offered.... We bought a mattress and a power recliner couch. Our salesman was Ken, I think. Very nice. A gentleman. Not annoyingly chatty. No pressure. Let us shop. Try everything out. The store was clean. Smelled good. Had a very nice selection of furniture to choose from and mattresses to try out. The prices were very affordable but they had a varied selection and the prices would suit most any buyer. I would definitely go back based on my first experience.

We returned to the store, after having browsed the day before, and made our selection. We were fortunate enough to have Jocelyn assist us in our choice. She helped us the previous day also. She is very helpful, nice, and informative. She informed us as to everything involved with our order. We could also see everyone else in the store, were being attended to in a timely and courteous fashion. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. Will do business with again!!

New review for my latest purchase. Over all Im satisfied with the store and sales people. My grief is with delivery and set up. I noticed a Crack in the table I bought plus 2 bolts completely missing. I called and sent pictures. No communication after a week. Im assuming theres nothing they want to do about it. So I sat in another chair that came with the table and it was loose. Every bolt was 3 turns out loose in all 4 chairs . One more sloppy mistake is ther left pieces of strapping and staples in the table from shipping material. 2 screws not in at all. I took care of everything but the Crack in the table . Id like to post the pictures but dont see where to do that so Ill . Ill be shopping elsewhere and canceling my big sandy card. ..

Just bought a couch from here and the customer service was excellent. Every question I had was answered and the reclining couch is so comfortable I will defently be buying my next from piece of furniture from here.

After making several stops at other local furniture stores, we landed on big Sandys.They had the couch we loved the most.Our sales lady was Dawn Dixon.She was knowledgeable and helpful through the process.We did not measure the couch we purchased.And of course it did not fit but they were more than happy to make accomodations and swap out a few pieces without any hassles. Overall great shopping experience.Will visit again gladly.

We went to the Owosso, Michigan Store. The sales people were wonderful. They did not hound you and let you shop!! Our sales person was very knowledgeable about the different products in the store.

The Worst place i ever had to deal with. Ordered a 3 piece family room set in March, I was told I would have it by the end of April. I did not receive anything until the second week of May (only after several calls and complaining.) Upon delivery I was told I wouldnt receive my 3rd piece until July 19th. I was livid, they delivered a defective piece until mine arrived. Now I was notified my 3rd piece wont be delivered until late September.II will NEVER do business with them again!!

Items take a very long time to arrive and when they do the movers smash it against the wall and act like they did nothing. When I called to tell them the wrong item was sent (I was not home when delivered) they were very nice and was going to get the correct one ordered for us but it was going to take another week to come in. They wanted to pick up the wrong sofa the very next day which would have left us with nothing to sit on. They should have been more then accommodating but I had to argue with them about it. The items are great and I love all my purchases it was just the customer service and delivery that was not up to par.

Jocelyn was very helpful in assisting us select a new dining room table, couch, end tables, and recliner!! Great customer service and pleasant overall experience. The staff who assisted us with financing was also very helpful and professional! We will definitely return!!

My experience was wonderful! James was my sales guy. He was nice, funny and always made sure I was doing ok but still gave me space to shop and never overly bugged me. When I was ready to make the deal he was there. He helped me make the perfect purchase on a couch and chair that I’m so excited about. Also he showed me the purple mattress and educated me on the whys of it. Needless to say I will be back to get that mattress and I will Definitely be dealing with James again!

I made an appointment with customer service before driving 40 minutes to get there. They had no idea about the appointment when I arrived. The guy took his mask off when he spoke. Waited 10 minutes for help and no one would help. They got angry when I asked for help since I already knew what I wanted and it was supposed to be ready for me. I ended up leaving without the mattress.

My experience at Big Sandy Superstore was the way I wish all of my furniture shopping experiences were; peaceful without the pushy salesmen. We had time to browse the store without being pressured or stalked by the salesmen, and when the time came we decided to purchase furniture. They had an array of styles and colors. They even offered floor displays so customers wouldn’t have to wait an ungoldly amount of time for their furniture. I would recommend this location. And we will be returning for more furniture.

Ordered a dinning room set almost three months ago, and still havent received. Bought online and didnt realize till I purchased it that it was special order.Asked for refund,but because it was special order wont give all my money back.

When you are done with you sale and you ask how much they charge for delivery and they charge $99 even if you live in owosso. Then when you say I guess I should check out godwins since they dont charge for local delivery and your sales guy says well go check them out then. It was all about the sale that is it. Sales rep was nice until he got the sale then was like whatever.

If you need a new bed because of a bad back talk to James, he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Not impressed. We bought furniture but only because we spent 2 hours there waiting for correct pricing on a piece of furniture. Then we were told they would take $100 off the price of the chair and then we were told the salesman didn’t say that. It’s funny because my wife and I both heard the same thing.

Salesman was super nice but doesnt really seem like an out of business sale. Seems more like prices are higher and then 40% didnt seem like a crazy savings. Plus, had ordered my grandma a mattress and arrived dirty even the truck workers recommended not to deliver it. I wouldnt recommend even if it is cheap...no follow up or warranty or return. It was hell just getting them to take it back.

We just moved to Owosso from out of state we went to Art Van for all new furniture Saturday . Thomas was an incredibly helpful salesman, he took the time to help us measure pieces, answered all our questions was friendly. Even with 4 kids tagging along he never once seemed annoyed or tried to rush us. Even though his shift ended he continued to help us rather than passing us off to someone else. They scheduled delivery for Monday the delivery team was great. One sectional didn’t get loaded on the truck they called back to the store and promptly sorted out what happened and had a second truck bring it out. The delivery team was kind and friendly. They took the time to help us re arrange both sectionals to be sure we were happy with the layout and placement. They worked quickly and were very professional. I highly recommend Art Van and will return for all my future furniture needs.

I chose to pick up myself at the store which I didn’t like the delivery price but was disappointed with the care that was taken with my couch. The corner protectors were not in place and had been drug across the floor with partial damage and dirty.

My husband and I stopped in just to look at king beds one afternoon just to kill time. We did speak with Dawn briefly but didnt purchase anything. We went back a few weeks later and worked with Hayley which was an AMAZING experience. She was friendly, experienced, professional and very honest about everything we were interested in. She never tried selling us the high end mattresses like our previous experience. We spent literally 2 hours or more with Hayley learning all the ins and outs of mattresses. (She never once seemed annoyed or frustrated with us.) With Hayleys help, we finally decided on a mattress! When we went back we liked Hayley so much we decided to purchase a dining room table from her as well.Only two negative things I can say is both our table and mattress base was damaged when they received it at the store so we had to wait a couple more days. The other is, I notice FOUR different sales people on our receipt. We truly worked with only ONE and that was Hayley. Apparently they must document every sales person you talk to over many years! I sure hope they dont have to split commission with each other. If so, that doesnt seem fair that someone from over 2 years ago gets credit for something you bought today. Your employees dont own me and all my sales for the future.Bottom line... HAYLEY IS YOUR GIRL!!

I spent 2 hours trying out mattresses and Julie, the sales person working with me was patient and very helpful to make sure I got the right mattress for my body and my budget. I was dreading having to try out mattresses but Julie made the whole experience very enjoyable. I am very happy with my purchase and was very happy with the customer service. A store I once would probably not go into, is definitely now my first stop for new furniture.

We were greeted as we walked in. When told what we were looking for they directed us where to go. Gave us time to look around. There werent many choices for bar stools but we did find one we liked. We asked if they could come down in the price, they were able to come down to what we had asked for. They are on back order so it will be a couple of weeks before we receive the items. So we arent able to comment on the quality and how they look in our space. Customer service was good.

I can say I was happy with my experience but as for my dad, they dropped the ball. We bought our items on the same day. They were suppose to deliver my dads couch on a Monday. When Monday came they never showed up or called, he ended up calling them and they switched his delivery day to Wednesday and nobody bothered to call him and tell him anything. They didnt even have a valid reason as to why they moved it. The person on the phone stated she wasnt even sure what happened. He still has a chair to be delivered lets see how that one plays out.

Needed love seats for game room and bunk bed. Took kids with us; treated well. Salesperson made contact then left us alone to shop. Checked on us, but was not pushy. Furniture delivered and assembled on time. Offered warranty, again, was not pushy. This is our 3rd purchase. We will be back in the future.

We are absolutely loving our new bed and pillows. We didnt have to wait a long time fot them to arrive. We had an awesome experience with the best sales lady (Julie) who showed compassion, and spent a lot of time making sure the bed fit our needs without being your typical pushy sales person. We also had very kind and fast delivery guys Tim and Allen. Overall we were impressed with our experience, kindness shown to us and have recommended everyone we know to this store specifically. We cannot wait to purchase future furniture!

Bought a table set and have had nothing but problems since day one, table had to be ordered ( January 22,2020) it is now February 27,2020 and still no table now saying March.The chairs keep dropping the screws out took one back and it took a week to get the replacement. Now the other chairs have screws falling out. By the way the chairs are the only thing I was able to get. This is getting ridiculous. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE OWOSSO STORE AGAIN.Cant wait to see what kind of problems I will end up having with the table total BS. THIS is Jackies husband writing this review ( Daniel )
