Never mind the negative reviews. Anyone whos humble enough to know the world doesnt revolve around them would know good service when its offered. Southland is incredible. They did a full engine swap in my truck in about 3 days. Another time I took it in, I thought the bill would be high. Turns out the problem was only a few loose bolts, so they didnt charge me for anything. If they were the type of shop looking to screw you, theyd have had me more than once. Not once have I been left feeling duped. My family has been doing business with them for decades. To those entitled people out there who are looking to have someone kiss up to them, this is an auto shop, not a spa. Southland is awesome.

I am so grateful for these folks! Ronnie knew immediately what was wrong with our Forerunner’s back door/activator switch not opening/working. Ronnie fixed it within ten minutes! He was our number one guardian angel! Everyone was so nice and helpful! This is the place to go!

This place does great work the first time

If i could give them 0 stars I would. I dropped my car off after hours and called the next day to see what they could do for me. I called and they told me they would run a diagnostic and call back. They called back and said it would be $860 to change my radiator and thermostat (which is outrageous) so I said I would just come and get the car. When I came to get it, they told me it would be $87 for the diagnostic. That was the FIRST time I heard about a diagnostic fee. They said it was on the door, which is inside the office and cannot be seen unless you go inside. I should have been informed of a diagnostic fee BEFORE they ran a diagnostic. I had to get my child’s father to talk to them and get my car. They should be ashamed for tricking people into paying diagnostic fees without informing them of the fee first. Had I known there was a fee to get it fixed, I would have just came and got my car back. I planned to get them to do some body work on the car, but I will take my money elsewhere. I will never do business with them and I urge others not to as well.

I’m an Ole Miss student and my car had suffered a “hit&run” fender bender (huge dent, paneling pulled out a little, lots of scratches) Reasonable prices, Completely professional, and nice quality work!

Their pricing is not the best in town, except for tires. They were able to beat Oxford Tire and other 3-4 places that I checked. Did mounting and balancing for $15 per tire. The front desk tattooed guy is not friendly and tried to teach me. You usually meet these sort of guys as bar security people, not in customer service. I also have to wait 3 days for the service as they were busy.

They do a wonderful job wouldnt take my car anywhere else but here. Mike and his staff are wonderful and can help me with everything dealing with you car from tires to changing headlights, oil and anything you can think of. Love love love this place highly recommended!!!

Have never had anyone in a local business talk to me with the level of disrespect this place did, no way to treat a human being.

Rude and not understanding that some people like us that work with the departmemt of transportation and stay in hotels have to work on a Monday or Thursday and dont have any other way to get your vehicle to them to do major work on your vehicle except for a Friday.

Guy at the front desk in the body shop area is very disrespectful. He needs to learn how to speak to customers before it backfires on him.

Got my car back from them today they did excellent work and detailed it couldnt be happier with the results
