Service was great, as always. Those guys dont mess around there. I feel bad for them out there in this heat, though. Heat index of 109°. I think the company should provide them with some cooling fans or ac units for this Mississippi heat.

I really needed to get my oil changed today before going on a weekend trip. Knowing I would have to get off work early to make it there in time for them to do it, I called ahead and asked what time I needed to be there by to ensure they could get me in. I was told to be there at least 10 minutes before 5. I took off work early & got there right at 4:45 (before the deadline I was given), only to be told they couldnt get me in. When I was trying to explain that I called ahead to make sure this didnt happen, I got cut off & told to come back in the morning.

Called ahead to get the price on oil change for 2015 Chevy Malibu little over priced for just an oil change but Im desperate and in a hurry. So I get there and the guy at the front desk told me to park it at a stall. I did and got out ready to go inside and pay. As soon as I get inside after wanting for him to check out another man, he tells me Im sorry they wont be able to change my oil due to some crazy bs story and blah blah blah. Saying that I may have to take it to the dealership. So I have him a funny look and said ok. In the back of my head I was thinking you could have told me this over the phone when I told you what kind of car I had, but whatever. So on the way out he was like I hate to loose your business but you could go and purchase the oil filter some where else and bring it back and we would be happy to change it. Im thinking you already charging 60 bucks for the oil change and you want me to purchase the filter then bring it back for you to charge me 60 bucks yeah right good bye. So the big long story about my car and this and that. Come to find out THEY JUST DIDNT HAVE MY OIL FILTER. Thats all they should have said. Anyways save your money and I got a great oil change and super lube in water valley for less than forty bucks!
