If I could give negative stars I definitely would…. Bought my daughter a brand new 21 Nissan Sentra in May for the safety qualities it has, considering she’ll be traveling for college and working in the medical field. We have had nothing but problems with this car. The automatic anti braking comes on for no reason at all, the first time we took it in it had 6 codes on it all Nissan would do is reset the codes, just took it in again this week and it had another code on it and of course all they would do is reset the code.. Gave my daughter a booklet to fill out and keep track of the issues, so obviously it sounds like they are using my daughter as their own personal Guinea pig .. I see a lawsuit coming up if something happens to my daughter because of them not wanting to fix and stand behind their automobiles !!!!

Excellent!!! First purchase 21 Nissan Sentra SV fully loaded. Theyve streamlined the process of car buying which is awesome. Took my 2013 Nissan Altima to the service department to check my radio Bluetooth as to why it is not working. According to the service department this model radio could not be serviced. if anything is wrong with it its a total replacement. However the service department charge $140 to tell us that it was not working. However after complaining for several minutes the service department deducted $100 from the building and corrected their mistake would I give them a three except for that.

Just wanted to tell everyone what a great place and great service Bentons dealership was to me. They did everything over the phone to make my purchase of my 2020 Jeep Rubicon possible. I flew ✈ into Atlanta and a great driver picked me up. He drove me to the dealership and my Jeep Rubicon was ready. All the staff greeted me and help me on my way home back to NJ. I had my car towed to the lot 9/1 due to flat tire. I was loaned a vehicle that afternoon, due to car not being ready. I had to harass the service department to find out late 9/2 that it still was not ready. I contacted them again on 9/3 because there was no communication to let me know if my vehicle was ready. By 2 pm they told me they were still searching for the leak. I should keep the rental over the holiday weekend so they could try again on tuesday 9/7. I never asked them to find the leak. I asked for a new tire!!! When I picked my car up saturday morning, 9/4, the sensor still stated low tire pressure. I was told to drive it and it would go off. The sensor should have been reset when the new tire was put on. I will never return to this location.

This is second auto from Nissan. Shop exceptionally clean. Service department extremely busy but employees cope well.

The Techs always do a great job on my vehicles. I Have had three serviced here an Altima, Sentra, and now a Frontier. The teller or cashier and the stock clerk are very professional. On several occasions I have come to get said vehicles serviced, I usually sit on the stool or work around the lot some. I have several sales people basically ignore me, in the waiting area the staff has walked passed on their way to the cooler or popcorn machine with not so much as a good morning or how is your day, Yet I see members of the staff greet other customers, so why would I want to buy another Nissan Product when I have bought three and I am treated this way? Like I said they do good work, but as far as professionalism or manners some of staff is very lacking in that to certain patrons I feel.

I told her I was just calling back because I had missed a call from the service department. She then told me Without any more information, I wont be able to trace who called. I was interested in Trading in my vehicle, I spoke with Patricia Perkins, Ok. Let me just start there, This woman is Very Kind, Understanding, Patient, and caring. While all being 100% professional. I can tell she really wants to help me; well my car got towed after weeks of trying to get up to it to get a tire on it, the whole time Patricia knew my situation with my car, I kept her In the know. She would text me periodically and check in on me, Not rushing me to get up there but to check in to see how everything was going with me and my car. The troublesome car did not come from them, I was try to get it to them to trade it in for something i can actually drive. After she found out it was towed she continued to see how else she could help me, letting me know information that I wouldve never know if she hadnt said something, I felt like I came to the end of the road with nowhere to go, because I thought I needed my car to get into something on their lot, and she let me know that wasnt the case, Sure it wouldve helped, but now that I know I still have that possibility of getting back on the road safely ( Thanks to Patricia) I feel hopeful, and very much Thankful for her! So, whoever Patricias manager is, She needs real acknowledgement and appreciation. If anyone I know ever needs a car, Im sending them straight to Benton Nissan of Oxford, because I have got nothing less than a truly humble experience from Patricia, its honestly shocking I didnt know car businesses still actually cared about their customer in general. I didnt know there were still patient and caring professionals out there. Well She definitely changed my mind on my thoughts. Even though I was 10 minutes late (delayed to personal issue) they got me in and serviced my car without any charge (tires rotated, oil change). For some unknown reason, my drivers seat continues to rub against the center console making a noise that I feel should not be occurring. It is very annoying and raises my concern that the leather will eventually get damaged. Previously, they told me it was the seat motor; however, this is not the first car I have owned with motorized seats and none have ever made this noise. Please advise how I can get this corrected. I do not want to just have to deal with it!

I am a shade tree mechanic and generally dont trust dealerships. Benton Nissan changed my opinion. Jordan in the service department had my wifes car repaired. He went above and beyond my expectations. The car runs great and the price was right. I have also worked with the guys in the parts department and they are top notch as well. I pass countless dealerships but will continue to make this drive because they are honest, trustworthy, and dependable... which is almost impossible to find. Service department is terrible!! Cant get anyone to call us back. Have a 2017 titan xd, with bad turbo. Theyve had it for over 2 months due to the turbo being on back order. I get that, that part is out of their control. Weve called a few times to check in, rarely if ever get anyone to call us back. After 2 months we called to get a loaner vehicle and its been 2 weeks and we still cant get a call back. I know theyre busy but it takes literally a minute or two to return a call. Poor customer service!! Definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone and definitely will not return!! I never give anyone a 1 star review, but they sure have earned it!

First thing I noticed was the prep on my vehicle, by that I mean cleaning and sanitizing it before and after the service. Of course this is for safety because of the COVID-19 virus. I bought a 2021 Nissan, new, before Christmas. The next day I had a check engine light on my brand new car. I bought it from Benton in Hoover. I was in town, in Anniston, on business, so I had Benton Nissan in Oxford fix it. It took a week to get it repaired. It was a bad thermostat. They had to wait on parts, but they took exceptionally good care of me. They gave me a 2020 to drive while mine was in the shop. They didnt limit the miles I put on their car. Theyre nice, professional and take good care of their customers. I like Benton Nissan in Hoover and Oxford.

Had an appointment was still there over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, paid through the nose for this with a service contractb. And I had to put up with sales people trying to sell me a car. Someone called me on the phone wanting permission to appraise my vehicle for trade. The service contract was a screw job. But having to put up with those tactics was ridiculous. Did I mention the service guy trying to sell me more recommended services? Bottom line, I might one day buy another Nissan. But I bet you have figured out where I wont buy it.

I was told its a glitch and Nissan is working on fixing it. So I have a brand new car with lights blinking. I have known Brandon since the mid- nineties. He has always explained everything in detail when needed. He also takes care of minor issues I have himself. A lot of time I will bring in my car in the afternoon and leave it overnight so the technician can work on it when he can since I didn’t have an appointment. I purchased a used 2017 Nissan NV 200. Took for a test drive. 3 minor concerns, tire pressure light on and keys (3). 1 key starts the ignition but does not open passenger side door, it opens back door. The other key opens opens passenger side cargo door but not the driver side cargo door. Key #3, does not open the back cargo door or the passenger side door but opens the driver side cargo door. I called Dakota (salesman) and I asked why didn’t I get 2 ignition keys? He answers, it’s a used car, they normally don’t. LIE!!! I asked why is the tire pressure light still on after you stated you filled the tires and you will take care of the tire pressure light. Monday morning I called and spoke with him about both issues. He said to bring it in. I drove from Athens for this vehicle. He said or take it to your nearest Nissan; they will take care of it at no charge. I asked, how about the key issue? I asked can you write a work order so I can have Huntsville Nissan 20 minutes down the road take care of the key situation. Dakota says, oh it’s too expensive, we can’t do that. I have to bring it to Oxford Nissan, 157 miles one way. I visited Huntsville Nissan for price quote to take care of the keys situation. 75.00 for key, 65.00 to program that key and the 2 others. Total out the door, 150.00. I paid 15K for the vehicle. Where’s the customer service? Where’s the common sense suggesting for me to drive from Athens to Oxford? Where’s the “take care of the customer”? 150.00 dollars to them is NOTHING. They make it back with another car sell. The money is not the issue. The problem is, no attempt in making something right that they should done prior to putting the car on the lot to sell. What happened to, please a customer. It’s not Christian like and it’s not a way to treat a customer/consumer. Today, some times all we need is a little concern, kindness from one human being to another. I will never forget this. I really want to visit Oxford Nissan but not for the 2 issues I had with is vehicle. I really want to sit down with Dakota and teach him human decency, how to show love and take care of one another. I’m sad, disgusted, disappointed and surprised that a business that is blasting Christian music on their, could be SO non Christian in their business practice. First impression is a lasting impression. They truly left one on me. I will pray to God one of their senior associates read this and reach out to me and make this right. What do I want? I would like to be reimbursed for what it will cost (150.00) me to take care of my Nissan NV 200 key situation. Dakota has my information. MAKE IT RIGHT OXFORD NISSAN.UPDATE:Dakota called me inside an hour after my post. We went back and forth for approximately 5 minutes. He said he was passing me to the big man of Oxford Nissan, Graig. Graig took full responsibility for this mishap. He also gave me his word that he will cover the cost for the key situation. He gave me his personal cell phone so I or Huntsville Nissan can reach him directly to pay for the extra ignition key and the programming of the keys I mentioned above. Craig is what I describe as a man who takes care of his customers and employees. He did not leave Dakota out to dry and he made good on the problem at hand. Thank you very much Oxford Nissan. From a US Marine veteran, I solute you.UPDATE #2:Oxford Nissan, SUPERVISOR (Craig Smith); this man kept his word to resolve this issue. I took my NV 200 to Huntsville Nissan for an ignition key and have it programmed. Throughout the afternoon I stayed in contact with Craig. I told the Huntsville Nissan advisor that the Oxford Nissan supervisor is standing by to pick up the tab. As soon as the vehicle was ready, I called Craig and he paid the bill over the phone as he promised. . I’ve never experienced something like this with a car dealership. Craig went far and beyond to satisfy my issue. Thanks again!!!
