I havent been in the store for a while. Enjoyed buying the sales and got a prescription filled. Very nice staff and so helpful! Great experience!!!

As a Brit visiting Alabama, I found that this was by far the best supermarket around. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, the store was laid out well and they had lots of products on offer that the other local supermarkets dont have.Overall I really liked the shopping experience at this supermarket. Great quality produce.

Visited in Mothers Day 2021. All the staff was very friendly and had their masks on, plenty of people to take care of the customers, and everything was clean and orderly. The bakery and floral departments were on point.

PROS: The best produce department in the area. They have a awesome selection of gourmet cheeses. They also have some scratch made breads (their sour dough is WONDERFUL)! Oh, & I love $5.00 Sushi Wednesdays (but REALLY WISH they wouldnt put Yum Yum sauce on 90% of it).CONS: My Mother-in-Law & I have both tried to request some (the sushi) without it, but the chefs dont really speak English so we havent been able to really communicate what we are asking. Some of their food is a bit higher than most other grocery stores (however, much of the time, is worth it)

Nice customer service. Clean store and well stocked. Have many items not sold in other stores. Great variety. Prices are somewhat higher but have higher quality so its sometimes worth the higher price. I like the produce section the best.

Publix is always nice and clean when I go there. The employees are nice and they have a good selection of food. The only thing I would say negatively about them is that their prices are a bit high.

I admit that I dont do all of my grocery shopping here. This is my go to place to meat..one of a very few places that carry Prime Beef! They will Custom cut steaks to any desired thickness. Not all Publix stores has the meat counter. Friends and family just outside of the area often ask me to make a stop at the Oxford store to bring steaks. 👍👍

Slim pickings on breakfast stuff, but I always appreciate the variety of products and quality.

Love shopping at Publix. The employees seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Unlike other stores where if you look like youre going to ask a question, employees are nowhere to be found.

Always clean. If you follow the app it has the aisle numbers for the products you want. The deli and bakery are impeccable. The employees are very knowledgeable if you ask them questions. The cashiers have smiles and are very courteous. Love the meat and seafood departments, smart people they know their products.

What a wonderful place the people here are so helpful and are so friendly I broke my leg about a couple weeks ago so I had to use the motorized cart and all throughout the store I was greeted by the deli the fish and Seafood I was greeted by the pharmacy they all wanted to know if I needed anything if they can help me in any way and they were just so friendly and by the time I wanted to cash out the manager was up front and he greeted me with a nice warm smile and he asked me to come back again and he thanked me for coming there sometimes I just have to pinch myself is this heaven? I highly recommend coming here if you need to do your shopping you will have a great experience when you come here Im a truck driver so they allowed me to come around to the back and you can also exit out the opposite way you came in easy in easy out this is a great place to get fresh food but they dont typically serve at truck stops

Great, clean, and professional store. Employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I only wish theyd label their fruit (especially the apples) differently. Those little stickers are a pain for us seniors to remove.

Always neat and well stocked with things we cannot find at any other stores. Bought lots of sliced meats from the deli for picnic tomorrow. Cant wait! It smells so good!

This place is very expensive. Mostly cater to the upper class neighbourhoods if you know what I mean. The store is very neat and clean and theres always somebody asking you if they can help you. You never see an employee to standing around. The people are friendly there and it doesnt look like its being forced. Although I only gave it 3 stars because, like I said its very very expensive to shop here. I sure could not shop here every day. But they do have a great selection of fresh meat and fresh fish so if your in the mood for fresh meats & seafood this is your store. They also have pretty good organic foods stocked, a bakery, deli, and produces just be careful because before you know it few little items add up to $150 bucks. And who has that kind of money for cupcakes, sweets, and prepared meals.😷

I love going to Publix to get my groceries and they always have such a good variety of what I’m looking for. But, the meat department associates really disappoint every time. Today I asked for a certain cut of ribeye and when I asked he made it seem like I was bothering him when I asked if they had any in the back. He was VERY rude and unhelpful. It seems like Publix as top notch as they are would step up their meat department customer service. All other employees in other departments are very nice and helpful. I’m writing this review because this has happened multiple times with their meat department.

Nice clean well organized store. catering guy was a little uptight not friendly but all in all great.got the Christmas dinner was good but a little pricey.but was good.

When everyone is wearing masks, I think they lose some of their customer service kindness. Everyone seems almost robotic in there now! It is unpleasant to shop with everyone wearing masks in the store.
