I live incredibly close to the Red-Ox so I am a frequent customer. The staff are hands down the nicest people I have met when it comes to convenience stores. The owner is patient and attentive, so are the other staff. We are now on a first name basis and I would never have thought I would so attached to a convenience store. Fast, simple, and welcoming.

The owners and staff here are awesome. They seem to be among the first to get interesting seasonal beers and imports so its always worth asking whats new. Its so cool to have a place that takes pride in their business and can make it feel personal even when the model focuses on fast service. There are a lot of drive-thru stores around but I would always go out of my way to go to Red Ox

Theyve always been super nice to me and Ive never had an issue with bad or unfriendly service. I dont go through a drive-thru convenience store expecting to save money. Convenience has a price, after all. Bottom line - Good folks and good experiences.

I work in oxford and come through every couple of weeks or so. The owner knows my truck and face. Hes always friendly and provides great service. He always has my diet Dr. Pepper in stock too!

I bought a Hyde one of the newest ones and it broke and was not able to get my money back not happy about that but everything else is good but wow not happy about that

Very poor customer service, for 2 years I have asked for refrigerated Snickers in the summer. Who wants melted Snickers in your car in the summer? Unfriendly owners.

I saw a one star review because supposedly a customer thought an employee was trying to overcharge her, so I’d like to clear up the nasty review with some words from my own experiences consuming at redox. First off, I’ve gone into this place almost everyday since I’ve moved to oxford bc of the exceptional service. I live in between speedway and redox, I choose redox 9/10. Why? Because of their awesome employees. I’d walk my dog over everyday in the summer bc they handout treats and are super good with him. They’re intuitive service is phenomenal too, they can usually predict what my order is when I pull up.So I can’t stand to hear someone say something nasty about anyone that works here bc I’ve never had a bad experience nor do I think it’s possible with their dedicatied team. Thank you redox!!!!

Go there everyday, good service great staff, little to high on the cigarette prices though for most places in Oxford.

Ok if your in a hurry whole milk vitamin D is $4.00 a gallon to high and the expiration date was for the following day but that was ok we drank it.

I’ve NEVER had issues with red ox before. I Went there today and the girl working tried to sell me 20oz pop for the price of a 2liter, and I said I wasn’t paying for that. Well before I could change what I was gonna get, she said bye and walked away. Y’all need to re-evaluate your employees. She was rude and obviously trying to get some money for herself.
