Market 32 is one of the best grocery stores Ive shopped at. It has a sleek, clean look and a wide selection of foods.They also are very kind and community-minded. My schools Student Government ordered 40 dozen apple cider donuts and apple cider about 3 days before we needed them and the ladies at the bakery worked hard and were so kind. These donuts are better than ones from Lyman Orchard. Try them for yourself!They delivered the donuts to my car and helped me load them. So sweet!

If Stew Leonards and Whole Foods had a baby it would be Market32. I bought a cake there for my little girl and it was beautifully decorated and tasty. $22 not too bad! Ive also shopped here previously for grill meats and was pleased. Prices are high but thats the cost of food these days and yes its hard to find staff in certain departments but its also difficult finding employees to hire for those positions. We live in a tough world now but this place is a gem.

This place when it first opened was top tier. Apples so big you may not be able to finish them. Amazing service. Just an amazing place to shop. Since then, standards are not the same, and neither is the quality. However it is still higher than most other stores. Service is almost always friendly. Options are good and while certain common products may be absent occasionally its because they have certain specialty items. Uncommon fruits, imported items, and other similar things. A great place to shop. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely, clean store. People swear by their prices, but I think theyre all the same. They do have a nice deli, cheese selection and pizza, but Ive never had it. Crust looks thicker than I would like.

Love this store. I just wish the prepared food area sold pot pies. The prepared ribs were very very dry. Otherwise very pleased with the store.

Probably the best shopping experience around in the grocery store category. It has the feel of something like a Whole Foods but the prices of a Stop & Shop or Big Y.I love going around the produce and deli sections. The local products are great as well.I highly recommend shopping at Market 32 if you are near by!

This is basically a Price Chopper but a little more upscale. They have quality products and a large hot and cold prepared food area including soup, salads, sushi, pizzas, sandwiches and a wide variety of goods. It is very clean and well kept. I especially like the seafood there and they tend to very competitive especially in that area.

Super clean store and very friendly staff. I saw they where removing racks of ribs from smoker. I could not believe the entire rack was only $11 so I bought one. So good and reasonably priced what great call. I will be back for sure.

Very nice! Lovely great stock of gluten free and organic produce! The staff was very attentive! When I couldnt find an item the staff went above and beyond to help me find my items!

Overall quality products, but a peculiarly limited selection. For example, they offer einkorn flour at a good price, but they dont carry King Arthur bread flour. If its at all exotic, youre likely to find it. Shopping is always an exploration.

Good selection for most items. Prepared foods are above average for a grocery store. The ribs and pulled pork are always good for an after shopping meal.

Although the prices may be more expensive than other grocery stores around the area, the produce looks fresh and there is always a wide selection of items to purchase.

Very disappointed with market 32. Needed to get cash back when I checked out with my order and come to find out I can get $100 back only 50. This is not good. Then to get added insult on top of that, they are going to charge me a fee to get that 50 bucks!! This is not how to run your business. Other local grocery stores do not do that. So I will be going to the other stores now.

The produce is excellent! I only buy my produce and chicken from this store. I used to do all my shopping at Stop n Shop in Seymour, but now I only go there for things I cant find at Market 32. Their rotisserie chickens are much better than Stop n Shops as well.

Great store. Its always the little things. Registers were a bit backed up and the person at the self check out called us over to check us out. Great employee. I wish I got her name

Best place to get groceries in the area, prices are a bit higher than big y but Im cool with that.

Beautiful store, extremely clean. Staff is always friendly. Stock is always being refilled. Definitely looks more like whole paycheck but without the hit to your paycheck. LOL they have all your average grocery items plus some interesting things that you dont see in the regular grocery.

My favorite grocery store in the area. Good prices, friendly staff and the brisket in prepared foods is fantastic.

Discriminates against peoples health when its non of there business. They want to enforce a vaccine passport or a neg covid test. It is non of your business my health .if the incubation period is 14 days why does a negative test matter. You are reasonable in creating second class citizens.

Excellent grocery store!

I drive 40 minutes away to go to this store. They have some of the best meats and seafood without having to go to a fish market/butcher shop. The place is super clean, rarely have to wait.

Overpriced, no selection and frequently out of stock on common items that are usuay in stock in other area stores.. customer service has declined since they opened with cashiers standing around while I bag items..they used to ask if you needed assistance out to car..(not sure if that is due to Covid)? Have to search for an employee in bakery and meat sections. Long wait at deli ...always...and deli does not have convenient evening hours.. I stopped shopping here despite the convenience of having a store right in Oxford.

Market 32 in Oxford is a great grocery store from top to bottom! The customer service is spot on! Always friendly! Always professional! Love the small country home style feeling of this grocery store. The store itself is clean and well organized. There is genuine care put into the store by the employees and management.Definitely going to continue shopping at Market 32!

The main problem I have with this store is their poor selection of sugar free items. As a type1 diabetic I always look for sugar free puddings drinks and other items. This store offers a poor and very limited choice. My only other problem is there are many item on the shelves that don’t have any price and you do not know the cost

The staff at self-check out have no manners and lack customer service skills. Despite me loving everything about the market, the customer service aspect just drags everything else down.

I do most of my grocery shopping here and today I was rather disappointed. First, more than a handful of shoppers either disregarded the directional arrows for the aisles or did not pay attention. When I went to check out, the cashier did not sanitize the conveyor like they typically do. I had to ask him to do that. Lastly, on the way out, the sanitizer dispenser was empty.

Good prices when they have sales. Some items are over priced. Good selection though of unique items. Muffins are very good. Meat is never bad like stop and shop.

Employees got dangerously close to me when checking to see if I was properly weighing fruit in the self checkout (I was). We’re in the middle of a pandemic and that’s highly inappropriate. They should stay at LEAST six feet away from customers no matter the circumstance

I found this store by accident! I decided to stop in. The store is immaculate! Beautiful displays of many varieties of food, organic, etc. It also has wonderful prapared meals, excellent pizza, salads, etc. Plus all your other needs!

It seems to me that no one wants to work in the food court area. No one is ever available to order food from and once you do get someone they him and haw at questions you ask, “such as will more of a particular flavor or soup be available soon?”, when it’s only 12:15pm. I actually called and spoke to the store manager about the experiences I had and things got better for a couple of weeks. But I was there today, 2/4/2020 at 12:43pm to get lunch, no one was behind the counter in the BBQ area, the pizza area or the salad area. A woman and her daughter were waiting and no one showed up for a while. I even snapped a picture of the food service area showing not a single employee anywhere in sight. Many people only get a half hour for lunch and it’s horrible to be spending it looking for someone to get assistance. I understand things need to be done in the back, but during lunch, I feel like at least one employee should be watching the food court area.

Clean store, but they could use some more employees. Third Sunday morning in a row that they have only had 1 cash register lane open to check out... Super frustrating when youre trying to get in/out admist a pandemic.

Products are pricy and never has what Im specifically looking for. However employees are friendly and helpful.

The staff is always very helpful here! One night I made a late pit stop to pick up a very important cake for celebrate my younger cousin and the bakery staff was gone. Despite this, an associate from another department, Frank, went out of his way to help me with finding a decorating bag so that my cousins name could be written on the cake! I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks again Frank, you made our night!

The staff were courteous and friendly. It was very clean and organized. They have a great selection in produce and prepared food. A little pricey, but worth it.

They always have what Im looking for. Some of their prices are high, but at times theyre also lower or the same. Theyve always got sales going. There need to be more of them around the northeast.

Incredibly impressed by the comprehensive, and thoughtful selection available here. I was shocked to find a place like this so close to my residence. It is obvious upon walking through the aisles that Market 32 wants to become your supermarket for life, not just for a single visit. Im not complaining, as they are pressing all of my consumer buttons.

Worst customer service ever waited 20 min for someone at the butcher department after multiple attempts contacting management no one ever came

I’ve been a big fan of this store from the beginning, but they make it harder and harder to keep coming back. The staff seems to try but they appear to be poorly trained, especially when it comes to good customer service. Their product variety leaves a lot to be desired, with a lot of wasted space (oils & pasta & grains) that could be used for more variety of everyday staples.I stood at the seafood counter waiting, even after someone was paged, and no one showed up. Not the first time I couldn’t find someone to help. The bakery, with arguably the best breads around, often gives the impression that you’re bothering them when asked questions about availability or lack there of some sale products.I live in a large and expanding Sr community within 3 or 4 miles, and most residents I talk to only come out of convenience, and regularly travel to Southbury to do weekly shopping. Southbury markets cater to their numerous Sr customers. Market 32 seems to not know they exist (ever hear of lower sodium choices?) and they’re right in their backyard.What does that tell you.

I like that this store is big and open and they have some hard to find items and the butcher counter is top notch; theyve always had everything Ive asked for and are happy to cut anything you want. However, the produce here frequently leaves a lot to be desired. I cant tell you how many times Ive seen avocados that are complete mush. The items at the olive bar are also frequently rotten (castelvetrano olives are supposed to be bright green, not brown). I wish the deli sold some better brands of meats too and that they carried more organic items. Overall I find their prices to be a little higher than a typical store, but they do have good sales now and then. The last time I was here on a Sunday at 11am there were only two registers open with both lines at least 6 people deep so I decided to use the self checkout which is hands down the worst of any self checkout anywhere. I have struggled with it every time I use it and swore i off but I wasnt waiting in the long lines (why were only two open at peak on a Sunday?) It took me over 15 minutes to check out with only about 15 items. The stupid pressure sensor under the bag goes off all the time and tells you to take the last item out, then put it back in, then take it out again and then wait for an attendant. This happened on almost every item I had and the attendant was dealing with another customer so I had to keep yelling for her to clear it. Forget even trying to use your own bags. Unless it is staffed by someone who is watching you or you are only checking out with bar coded items good luck. Id like to give the store a higher rating but after my last experience I was so frustrated I dont think I will use this as my regular store and will only go here for emergencies or certain items they have I know I cant get elsewhere.

This store is very neat, well-organized, clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The prices are very good as well. Their breads, donuts and other baked goods are very good and they have a wide variety of meats and vegetables that are organic and non-organic. Like this store a lot!

Love this place! Still looks clean. Pretty good sales. Staff pretty nice, however, they dont greet you in passing as much as they did when they first opened.

It is long overdue for a grocery store of this caliber to get into the area. They carry higher quality foods with slightly higher price points in some cases. The area is clean with much space to move around. Feels like a Whole Foods and Trader Joes combined. Very helpful and courteous staff and personalized service. It is nice to not have staff gabbing with each other at the checkout as I have had to experience more than once at the grocery store down the street.

Favorite grocery store in the area with a vast and varied selection. Produce quality is excellent. I usually shop here late to avoid crowds.

Not a standard market, with unique items but limited in some standard selections. Produce and meats are pricey but really great. Generally the sales arent competitive. An unusual floor layout will leave you circling around for needed items. Front end staff isnt great and the self checkout computers need a lot of human intervention, so it is neither a way to avoid the grumpy staff nor get through the check out process faster. To me, this market is more of a novelty than a place to do regular, weekly shopping.

No one at the deli sandwich counter knows how to make a sandwich. A few weeks ago I asked for a sandwich...the girl came back with nothing that I asked for on it. I asked another employee and he had to write down what I wanted on My sandwich. Again they omitted something. It was most frustrating. Today I asked for a sandwich to be made and the girl wrote it down. When I got to my car 2 items were omitted from the sandwich. Last time to but anything there. The staff seem to lack enthusiam and just cant seem to be bothered. I dont usually write bad reviews but I think this needs to be said.

Ive been a Price Chopper/Market 32 customer for years. Was very happy to finally have a local Market 32 when they opened. Quality is very good, selection is phenomenal.

Called Oxford for steamed lobsters for pick up later.....told the steamers have been down a couple of weeks.....wonderful customer service not to mention lousy maintenancePS. get rid of Hatfield products....

I didnt go here for the longest time because I thought it would be expensive. IT is NOT. In fact, it is cheaper than other grocery stores. The store is clean and organized. Offers a ton of groceries on top of prepared meals, sushi, pizza, subs, etc... Even has a Starbucks! The bakery and meat department far exceeded my expectations!! DEFINITELY GO HERE!

Watched landscaper ride around on electric cart inside and outside of market. Why do you hire such unprofessional people for such a wonderful place. Just think Market 32, you are paying that clown to ruin peoples take on this place. By the way, he was not injured, just lazy and immature. We love this store!!! Extremely helpful and friendly except the gas station associated with this store THEY SUCK!!!!!! I have as of today 110 gas points and I will not go back to this station terrible waste. Makes oxford store look bad
