Spent more time waiting to find out the price of a sale item ..that did not have a ticket. Had pics of sale table..and for some reason I guess I was not believed . Have spent money there more often but not again. Was there to buy gifts for 10 teens since their was a sale.The Cashier at checkout was pleasant.Of you check the sales table the top says buy one get one free. At the bottom it says 60- 70 percent off.I also asked if they honor prices like Walmart since not making sure or not knowing price was not my fault... I guess not ..1-star. Too much CONFUSION!!!

Easy access to store and plenty of parking space. Good sales on brand name clothing. Friendly helpful sales associates. Inventory of some items were sparse.

I went there today. There were signs all over the place saying to see an associate for a mystery coupon. 30,40 or 50 percent off. There was only one register stand open. I waited in line. I walked up and asked the woman for a coupon. She asked if I was ready to check out. I said no. She said they weren’t supposed to give out coupons until people checked out. I told her I wanted to see how much I was going to save before I bought anything. She finally handed me one. Then I noticed a nice lady at the jewelry counter was handing out coupons. Of all the Penney’s I have shopped at this one has the most unfriendly associates over all.

This is the third location I have visited in two days. There was a good amount of merchandise, there were sales, and the associates were very friendly. Sin e my local store closed...I am excited to be able to use my JCP card here.

I cant believe they still in business but I was able to find a few items and the service was good.

Wasnt too impressed with the selection in the clothing department. Im not sure if its because we are transitioning seasons or what because the childrens section (girls 4-16) was very slim picking. Also the juniors/womens section was very scarce. They had a large clearance section but it was not anything I would purchase. And for clearance, the prices were very high. Usually I am a big fan of JCP but today I was not impressed. 😕

The Sephora is great with a ton of sale items but the checkout girl in the main store was super super slow! Beyond what regular slow is. The jewelry counter lady said they would not check me out either

People need to shop here more. They have good clothes at good prices. You cant buy everything online.

JCPenney was nice and clean with great staff. Even though Sephora was placed in the middle. The female there treated me as a friend and had great customer service.

Poor service at check outWaited for over 25 minutes and cashier wasnt very good working cash register.

Very rude lady at the end of last nights closing. She doesnt need to be working around customers. She was only wanting to close her register and most hateful encounter ever. We had our money refunded of $60.00 purchase and my partner REALLY WANTED outfit .

Only one checkout available. Went to jewelry department and lady said for us to wait a minute. She was texting on her cell phone for over five minutes. We just left.

Ross doesnt have no good selection of clothes, shoes or anything.

It is still a nice store where you can shop. However, I liked it better many years ago when they had a larger variety of items like toys and sporting goods. Now their main line seems to be clothing.

I have 0 balance on my card and it would not take it. The cashier was great.she called the number and helped me update it and it still would not work. I paidmy final bill twice as it is. The first time it did not give me credit and I paid in the store. So I mailed a payment. They got it cause my balance is zero. I will not ever use the credit card again.

Had a very limited staff for the holiday season! Not nearly enough staff for the customers.

The workers were very unhelpful. I ordered an item with same day pickup. When I came in to pick it up, they said it wasnt ready and wouldnt look for it. I had to come back the next day.

Great selection and unique fine Jewelry. Sales on the fine Jewelry are unbeatable. This 3ctw diamond cocktail ring was regular. 5,000& got x it 4 for1800.00 during black Friday last year. . Our love a good big huge statement piece of jewelry necklace pendant ring this ring was absolutely too big for me out took it back it was gorgeous to look at but it just looked horrible and looked bank you are so big are either a Falcon sitting still getting mugged over it. The way they said that ring is said that way to offer to be owing 3 care total way but the price you cant beat it

Small selection in toddler easter clothes, and all of the clothes in my size (womens small) looked like old lady clothes.

Friendly associates very helpful and big selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. I do however wish they had a bigger selection of sale items for adults.

Never had a bad experience. Wouldve given 5 stars if they had more registers open.

One of my all time favorite places.... shopping online more and more with them though. One because the coupons, discounts, and rewards are so much better. Two when Im in the store not only are sizes limited but also they have annoying little bells that go off constantly if you are in its sensor. Im assuming it is to notify a sales rep but a sales rep never comes and the bell never stops going off.

Jcpenney has great sales and offers online shopping and site to store shipping and pick up. You can actually find lower prices there and the store is always so well kept clean, and has friendly service.

JCP is a stress free shopping experience, in a very attractive setting. The merchandise is well organized, great quality and labeled appropriately. They have a large shoe selection and many clothing styles to choose from.I also like their bed and bath collection. They have an effective Rewards Program and great sales!!

Insanely high prices, $59 for a swimsuit

Clean store, hate to see this family favorite close like so many before it like Sears. Penneys and Sears were a staple for families across America when I was a kid and my kids were small, at least for the last 65+ years.

I always have quiet, easy going shopping experiences at the Oxford JCP. Staff is nice, store is usually very neat and things are easy to find.
