Great store, great prices. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Always have what I am looking for. But always busy no matter when I go. Its worth the wait to get such good deals. They have all kinds of hot-made food there. Pizza and salads. If you want a good deal and dont mind waiting in line, I recommend.

Omg their store is so clean! They had all my favorite foods. I cant wait to try the new freeze dried salad dressing by Lighthouse.

The best place around to shop for groceries hands down. Prices are very affordable. Meats are fresh, seafood is outstanding, fruits and vegetables are absolutely delicious.

Not bad, but needs some work. We found most of what we wanted. I could have looked harder, but I did find a substitute I liked, so I wasn’t terribly disappointed. Store was need and being busily restocked after Independence Day shopping sprees, so it’s totally understandable that I couldn’t find an item or two. The store was very clean, except one area, a frozen fish case beside the regular aisles, which stunk. It shouldn’t do that if things are properly frozen and kept clean. The staff at checkout were polite. However their bagging skills could use work. We came home with fruit bashed up from clerks putting heavy stuff in with it. This store is my son’s preference to other area markets. He’s naturally brought me to shop there when we stock up during my visits. Every time, things are neat, clean and fresh, so the frozen fish case is not a norm. I don’t recall crushed fruit being a problem in past shopping excursions either, so I think this maybe isn’t the norm either. Provided I see improvement when I next visit, I’ll give a better rating.

Love it here. great place to shop, great prices. As a first time shopper here I loved it. Very busy for a Saturday! While I was browsing the isles I came across a young gentleman working very fast stocking the shelf’s. I’m browsing the isle looking for the correct plastic baggies to purchase, the working man was being very rude to one of his co-workers. The young boy was getting treated harshly by the fast working man. I couldn’t help to overhear their conversation an heard the fast working man go by the name of “Liam”. I have a grandson named Liam and he never acts this way? I felt very bad for the underaged boy who was being treated like this! I couldnt help to believe an employee would say this to their co-worker. I have never seen anything like this in a grocery store! I loved it here would love to come back to shop here again just hope this behavior never occurs again.

Prices are definitely better than competing stores. The crowds make it very difficult to enjoy your experience. Produce can be shaky

Market basket is my favorite supermarket for a number of reasons first of course is price the prices cant be beat second the bake shop is by far the best in any supermarket everything is so good and fresh very well done keep it up the selection of everything in the store is amazing and the fact they have apple cider available almost year round makes me smile. Great store great staff I even had a deli clerk go out of his way to get me end cuts of luncheon meat and roast beef for my dog during the midst of a busy cycle. Way to go Market basket crew! Ill always be a faithful customer. Thanks

Always the best. Most courteous workers anywhere including a good restaurant. Well stocked shelves. I would give them a five oh, wait, I did. They are so good people buy out the store. Sometimes they dont have what you want and you know they carry it. Market basket save you 30%. Try it. They do a huge volume, the food is fresh and they always open the right amount of registers so you never wait in a long line. We all have to shop. Shop here

Great, but this is a bad bad store, to many choices to pick from to many people that are happy to help you. I go in for three items and come out with a bag full. Market Basket management know how to run a grocery store. If you have not had the opportunity to visit one near you, I encourage you to take the to visit, you wl not be sad you did.

I LOVE this place! The prices are fantastic, the employees are helpful and super friendly and the store is well stocked and super clean! I always feel like Im shopping in an old time/retro supermarket. The staff wears the older smocks and are clean cut and friendly. Great selection of meats, fruits and vegetables, and seafood.

Best customer service! They know how to move people through the lanes! Not like other area stores that have 10 lanes and 4 open.

Every register has a cashier, prices are the most affordable ANYWHERE. Usually every Market Basket is very busy, this one is no exception but they handle the volume well.

QuickWell to tell you I was at market basket on Saturday and I was going to buy some cod they were flies in the fish case there was a tall young man waiting on me and that didnt seem to matter to him as I said theyre a flies in the fish case he saw them cuz hes trying to wave them away

So heres the story...I grew up and lived in New York City ( the pizza capitol of the world) my whole life. I recently moved to Massachusetts only to find out that Massachusetts has the worst pizza in the world,I searched up and down all over this state and couldnt find a good pie anywhere. Untill I came to market basket.This place makes seriously awesome pizza, on the level with NYC.... I know what youre thinking, a supermarket with good Pizzas... No its true, If this place was in NYC it would be in my top ten favorite pizza places...You guys rock... keep up the good work...

This Market Basket has all of the new or hard to find items. I love this store. Quite a few of my family members have worked here and love it as well. Dennis Girardin is my father in law and he was very much appreciated employee. He sadly passed away almost 2yrs ago.

Today we were unable to get a few items because the shelf was empty.

Prices going up on a weekly basis, but I suppose still cheaper than other markets. We are only two people and our spending for groceries has doubled in a very short time.

Unbelievable first time but certainly not the last. All the staff was very helpful.

I love the Basket and you cant beat the prices. Just constantly surprised to see they have the rudest impolite people working the pizza counter. Really, If you dont like dealing with people work in the freezer or something.

Store was very clean. They had enough registers open to keep everyone moving. They dont charge for shopping bags. Which is a huge plus considering everyone charges for bags now a days

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Every one of them knows where every item is in the store! Thats a rare thing these days. Most other stores they have to ask another teammate or look it up on an app! Cashiers are super speedy and accurate. Clean and covid ready. Even three days before Thanksgiving there was only an occasional aisle violator going the wrong way!

Nice store and clean. Just difficult when they stock shelves in middle of day when aisles mobbed. Also annoying when the out of item they face same item accross whole shelf to look full. You waste time trying to figure out if moved or out of stock.

That store is busy. But at least the line moves fast its adequately staffed.

I normally love MB low prices but my recent experience left me wondering if I will go back to the store during this pandemic. Several people walking around without masks, social distancing not being respected and store employees looked like they could care less. This is the Oxford store.

The have everything you need

Very busy today but there were clerks directing customers to any short line and even to 12 items or less cashiers because they had baggers there. I only waited for one customer in front of me. Clerk and bagger were very friendly.

I find the market basket of today a bit disappointing when compared to the market basket of several years ago. The prices are often higher than other stores I tend to frequent, and the produce often needs to be picked over. This is an unexpected change. Attention to inspection every day before opening would help or a person whose only responsibly was to inspect the fresh foods for beginning of spoilage several times a day.

Still my favorite place to shop for most items on my list. The grocery items great and sales are great. Love the ethnic choices. Always well stocked with items I buy frequently. Best place to buy your staples.

Probably the best prices around but almost every bagger there needs to be retrained (if they were even trained in the first place).Watch as your groceries are bagged or you will end up with a bunch of damaged items.

Food is stocked frequently so you never have to worry about not finding things.

No one is following the social distance rule that comes over the loud speakers every few minutes. Ive spoken with managers and all they say is that they know people arent following but they cant do much about it. They also stopped wiping down the check out counter because they said they were told theyre not required to do that anymore but if you request it they will do it for you. We are listening to the same news right??

Overall love market basket but they need to stop selling expensive fresh lobster meat that is on the verge of being completely bad. Will I ever learn??

Today it seemed that know one cared was food all over the floor and egg cartons all broke not one of the electric cards were charged the blame it on constant use but thata a lie for sure...every employ needs a harsh talking to usually a great store but not today was even trash all over the parking lot....
