Drove an hour and a half each direction for 3 laptop/tablet combo by Onn. They was marked down tremendously, and said they had 5 in stock. So silly of me, as the women who was showing me the inventory thing (remember 5) and says she works in that department. Then said she knows exactly the item in question. Knows its in a green box, knows that it is 13 screen laptop/tablet combo. But yet....... EVERY SINGLE ONE IS GONE!!!! And she walks off!!! And again. Managers are always out of the question!!!

The parking lot stinks, but it has since the day they opened. The bathrooms arent always clean. The electronics department is usually well staffed and knowledgeable. Michelle S has the best attitude and always makes our visit pleasant! (5 stars to Michelle)

Lately has been out of stock on many items and products. Its been more convenient for me to shop else where because of this.

I was able to find what I needed, but had to look for a store associate for help getting it off the high shelf it was on... took about 5 minutes to find him in an adjacent section. Turned out. He was doing 3 areas.

Like most stores they have some stock items in short supply or completely out. I was able to find a decent amount of items that I was able to substitute for the out of stock items. Cashier was friendly.

Was able to buy all the necessary items at a low cost but term low cost is important to notice especially if you are a first time user. If you lower your cost, the quality will drop as well. Be sure to keep that in mind. The staffs are really nice, the trial room is closed due to pandemic which was a acceptable.

Nice friendly staff that is always eager to help. The staff is always easy to find and are very welcoming to your needs.The Subway restaurant in the front of the store also has a wonderful staff and great food.

The staff in the Tire Lube Express was great. Very quick service.

Pickup is great, usually have very little items out of stock so its my go.to store.

Closest Walmart we found. It was literally in Ohio. My GPS brought me to freaking Ohio to go to Walmart which was in the middle of nowhere. Im not joking. Im driving through cornfields Im what appear to be a bunch of side roads in Middle America and boom a super Walmart just in the middle of nowhere. Surprised me being from Chicago. We were on vacation in Indiana and this was the closest location. I guess when we go back to the vacation spot in Indiana well end up back at this Walmart.

Nice clean store. All shelves stocked well compared to Richmond store. Overspent but found everything I went for.

Yall need to pay attention to the intercom system. If the nice guy in the tire center has to track someone down for keys just so I can buy something. Its not working the way it should. And why doesnt he have keys? His desk is 5ft from that case and its all car related.

This Walmart supercenter has nearly everything youll need. If youre from outta town as most people are with the college here in town youll find things at this Walmart youll not find in any other Walmart unless the other Walmarts are sitting next to a college. Anyhow you gotta see it to believe it is what I say so dont take my word for it go out and see in person

Its Walmart, dont expect any level of service. Employee had scanner gun and I ask if she could tell me price, she never broke stride and said I dont do that. Im sure she thinks shes worth $15 to $20 an hour.

I like the variety and selections. But they need more cashiers for sure. I would recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The front desk was very professional. We will be staying there again when we go back down to Ohio. We were not far from my nieces place and the last place we stayed at while we were there were just rude and made fun of my brother in law. Your hotel even brought in fresh towels. Out was a pleasure staying there. We will be back.

One of the nicer Wal-Marts in the area; well stocked, and very clean. You can find a larger selection at this Wal-Mart than the other ones in a 20 mile radius. You are able to move smoothly through the store; the layout is good; and checkout times are fast. Parking is not congested because of the way the lot is set up. Its very easy to get into, and out of, the parking lot; no matter which direction you are going. I recommend this Wal-Mart. It is easily accessible from any of the surrounding towns.

Theres never any workers to be found when you need help. I waited forn45 minutes to try and get a fishing license. I gave up after being told for the 10th time someone was coming.

This is definitely one of the prettiest nicest cleanest Walmart Ive been to and I really really long time it is also truly remarkable that 27 years ago this place wasnt here and its awesome that its here today its in a great location right next to Houston woods a few years back I used to live in the trailer court across the street and I would just loved it if it was here then but I guess all great things are worth waiting for thank you Walmart for bringing your store to college corner

Very disappointed, first there were no carts inside, I saw a mgr at the entrance and told him, he said they were out there collecting them, I said I just came from outside and there was no one out there, he walked away and immediately called on intercom for someone to get carts, then the lady putting up frozen items was very rude when we told her there was a gallon water spill that busted on the floor, she said it wasnt her area, I said, u could at least call someone to clean it up, then she did, shows u how far we had to walk to find an employee, then there was no one in electronics, a hardware employee was helping someone, he didnt know the question to my answer do I left, no help anywhere

I enjoy shopping at this location because its always clean and the staff is friendly. Of all the Walmarts in the area, this location is one of my favorites. While a lot of the other Walmarts are extremely busy, this location is not.

After I found air conditioner that was on sale I went to the store picked it up out of the aisle clearly marked big sign said $134 picked up the rest of my stuff it was overpriced went to the checkout it rang up wrong lady to check out said she cant do nothing about it I had to go to the service desk what do service desk found somebody finally found somebody they said well we need to check it so it took pictures and then asked me to show them where I found it when I did they said well as somebody else must have put the wrong unit there that aint the one thats $134 would not give me the unit that very disappointed will not go back to Walmart more than I started on that Adventure I remembered why I dont go to Walmart especially the Oxford store

This Walmart is convenient to Oxford, Miami University, Hueston Woods State Park, southern Preble County, and Union County, IN. Everything youd expect from the Beast of Bentonville, AKA Great Wal of China.

Its a lovely place. Very clean, quiet, associates are nice.

I recently went to Walmart to pickup a few things of which of couple of the items I decided not to keep. I went to return them knowing that the box was a little torn up, so Ithought for sure they wouldnt take it back. Lacey the associate who assisted me, informed me that everything would be fine and I was able to return the items. The way Lacey handled herself I thought was so nice. She gave me very personal service that I havent experienced in a long time.

Loved the new line of womens spring line. Loved how neat and easy it was to shop

Both Connersville and Oxford either dont have enough help or the help trys to hide from customers. When I do find help most make u feel like they do not appreciate your business. For that reason we buy our groceries at Kroger. Where their employees are polite, Knowledable, and give you a since of belonging.

2021 Update: This location could sure use some Politeness and improve employees attitudes towards the customers they service. I prefer to shop in a welcoming environment or at least some approchable greeters/cashiers/ stockers. For example, I ask for help and am given none or treated as an inconvenience. Many people prefer Helpful Services to competitive prices.- I wont be shopping here In Person any more.- Im fine with shopping at Kroger or another grocery store that does prioritize Customer Service & Satisfaction.Thanks for adding mask tables at the front entrance.

I like Wal-Mart i had a complete knee replacement and so glad they have those carts you can drive. Not all stores have these. Good fair prices, friendly employees, only thing i got to say neg. About wal-mart is the self check outs they need to have both ends open and the bigger check outs also

Was looking forward to shopping, but my husband has to use a handicap scooter and he walked from the open entrance to the other closed entrance where the scooters were at only to find out that they were all BROKEN said by an associate who seemed to be guarding them. And none were plugged in, I suppose because they were broken. So we had to leave the store.

Police parking instead of handicap. They have somebody to make sure you are wearing a mask, but no one to check you out if you are handicapped and unable to do so yourself.

I like to do my shopping at Walmart but it is getting to the point where i am ready to shop some where else. They know Friday and Saturday are there busy days but they always have one checkout open.

Have a great selection but extremely crowded & busy
