Im a regular for years and they are helpful, excellent customer service. Only spot I prefer to go to than others in the area.

Very rude and asked to hurry up so others could enter the store. We waited outside patiently for our turn to enter and hardly had a chance to look for our hair care needs before being rushed along. We were there to shop hair products, nails and eye makeup. We ended up leaving and making our large purchase at a nearby competitor where they gladly helped us with great customer service in every department. Good luck staying in business with covid restrictions and extremely unprofessional employees, you just lost some longtime good customers!!!!!

DOES NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERSI can not believe that Sallys above management allows their teams to treat customers like they do. I called into corporate on two different occasions on 2 different locations and they just do not care about their customers.My visit yesterday was during COVID with an occupancy of 4 ( understandable) and not allowing groups of 3 or 4 to come is what the sign said. The manager seen my mother in a wheelchair, my daughter (9 years old) and myself standing in line. She came outside approached us and said my store is to small to allow you inside you can do a curbside pickup if you want. I told her we were looking for hair color and needed to go. She replied I can not allow you to go in ( you can hear the frustrationin her voice). I felt very discriminated towards because of the wheelchair and my mothers disability. THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND THERE should BE EXCEPTIONS FOR WHEELCHAIRS AND THEIR FAMILIES OR SERVICE NEEDS!

Super rude customer service. I was attempting to return an unused item and the chick that was “helping” implied that the item had been used and that I should be honest about it because she couldn’t resell it. She even grabbed another bottle to “weight” them against each other. The manager was not available to speak to at the time. I will not return again.

The store is usually pretty well stocked with what I need. They usually get their shipments on Tuesday so thats the best time to get what you need.Do your research before you go!Dont expect the staff helpful. It seems like theyre always gossiping &/or talking crap about somebody. Do that in private, not while youre ringing up a customer.Ive been going to this location for 4 years and nothing about that has changed, which is really unfortunate.

This store location has crappy customer service and they refuse to help me. Although when they did, they had no idea what they are talking about. The products referred by the staff caused my hair to ruin. I happened to use the Jet Black Hair dye by Ion and it turned sections of my hair green. I also tried to buy other products and they werent available in the store. Concerning that issue, I purchased products online and I never received the items yet I was charged for them.

Horrible customer service. The little service thwy give because they dont even acknowledge you whwn you come in. Emplyee named Irma was rushing me the whole time because she claimed her alarm security would call her if they did not close the store on time! A bunch of BS was told jjst to gete out (keep in mind it was about a minute or two past closing) Because of her rushing me i ended up purchasing some crappy Hair extensions. Do not visit this store!!!

WORST customer service! I came in about 10 mins before closing to get somethings I needed. The cashier rudely told me Do you need help because were closed in which I stated it wasnt closing time yet and I still had a few minuetes left before the actual close time. She shooed me out and started closing the door on me while my little sister was still in there! WORST experience ever, I guess they dont want to make money.
