This has to be the best barbershop around. My son and I have been going to Top Hat for the past 2yr and we have always had great service from my Barber. The trick to any of the shops is to stick with one and also make an appointment with them a head of time I know at first its hard to get in and thats at any shop if you just walk in but sometimes the wait is worth it.

They don’t know how to cut hair the way you ask. I had like 6-7 inches on the top and I asked for just a .5 or a full 1 inch trim and they pretty much left me with 1 inch of hair on the top. Thanks for your guy’s excellent certified barbers.

Yea these barbers A plus they know there craft really well.

Worst first time experience, got there with appointment and guy was like sorry I have few people waiting even though I had booked appointment one day prior!😑

Good haircut if you want military style. That is not what I asked for.

Called for haircut at 615, they said they closed at 630, even though online it says they close at 7. Maybe they should update their hours, so they dont waste anyones time.

Im sure these dudes are good at cutting hair... but I wouldnt know because after two hours of waiting (even after calling ahead) the dude who I was told was gonna cut my son split and the person in charge aka first chair was useless. These kats have ZERO customer service skills... NONE. With so many choices in town youd think these dudes would care for their customers a bit more.. Id skip this joint and go to a Barbershop that values their customers... and at least have some semblance of what customer service is. (I ended up finding a legit spot that Id recommend to anyone called SoCal Barbers on A Street) #EndRant

I needed an emergency haircut and after I was done it looked perfect great barbers nice service nice people and only $15 a haircut

Ive been waiting since 1:30pm today because I had an appointment that the time. It is 2:05pm on a Wednesday and I still haven’t got my haircut. Worst service ever, people after people come in, while I’ve been waiting the longest and they get their haircut and I’m still waiting. Might as well look for another haircut place. This is freaking pathetic.
