Not a big selection for floor tile and no one on the floor helping. Only 1 person at the desk and they were very friendly but not helpful in selections.

We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and for the obvious reasons we really needed to get rid of our carpets and replace them with either tile and Laminate. Found the flooring factory on google and went to their warehouse with the wife and very quickly were able to find what we were looking for. The change from carpet to laminate was the best option. And choosing the flooring factory to purchase the flooring was even a better option for us to do. Many thanks to them for their great price and amazing customer service!

I wish I knew about these guys 6 years ago when I replaced my other home’s hardwood floors. The flooring factory is just phenomenally great. They’re honest, great customer service, huge warehouse, a vast variety of options, amazing prices, great installers etc. In all honesty it’s a crime to go anywhere else. These guys rocked my flooring. I own an old house and never ever did I ever think that changing the carpet to laminate can change the look of the house so tremendously. I am thankful for having listened to their sales rep and taken his advise on the type of flooring change and style. It changed the whole look of the house and I am loving it so much. I was really impressed with my entire experience at the Flooring Factory. We had been looking for waterproof floors for our bonus room for a while and couldnt find anything we liked. We went to Flooring Factory and found exactly what we were looking for...and it was on sale! The purchase process was very easy and they even had someone who could install them. They had to order the flooring, but it didnt take very long at all to arrive. Installation was super easy - we werent even home. It looks great and we are very satisfied with the great deal we got. I highly recommend them.

This Labor Day the sale of Flooring started today until Monday I was so pleased with the quality of flooring and after shopping for tile and different locations found bathroom tile from Italy at a close out price. As soon as I walked into the store the employee of the name of Roger, performed fantastic customer skills explained what materials was needed to put down the tile on a wood surface. I am totally content with The Flooring Factory in Oxnard, CA

Prices, selection and store service were good but delivery is a huge scam. Paid $356 for delivery and driver even wont put pallets into the garage because paperwork indicated curbside. I dont have a curb, garage is directly in front of driveway/street. Driver literally had to stand in front of the open garage to prevent his companion from accidentally pushing the pallet jack into the garage because there is no demarcation between the garage and the driveway/street. You only have to take a step and youre in the garage. Miguel, the driver gave me excuses why they cant simply wheel the pallet jack into the garage. But of course for another $60 he will have no problem doing it. I couldnt get hold of Roger, the store manager, my salesperson is off to lunch so nobody can make a decision to waive the extra $60 (how convenient) which I suspect goes to the drivers pocket especially when he asked me to write out the check to his personal name. The pleasant buying experience has now turned into a nightmare because I know Im being scam. Driver even says this misunderstandings happens all the time. So you know this is their MO. Every single delivery I had that had merchandise on a pallet and clearly slated for curbside drop off has been put into the garage by ALL the drivers--no questions asked. I will also add that all these other deliveries were done by big professional delivery companies. This was definitely NOT one of these companies. The fake adherence to curbside was on purpose to collect extra fee. So unless the store recognizes their error and make the correction by crediting me back the $60, I definitely would not recommend them or use them again in any future projects. It is really sad that the store would allow such a thing to affect their goodwill with their clients.UPDATE: Roger called to make things right. Refunded me the extra cost plus some for my trouble. I truly appreciate this because it brought back the goodwill I had for the company before this unfortunate event with the driver. So Im really happy to say that Ive found a company that truly recognizes their relationship with their clients is what sets them apart from others. Like I said in the above post, they have good product selection, prices and customer service and now I know also stands by their delivery service which makes for a very pleasant and excellent all-around buying experience. I will keep them in mind for my next project.

After a lot of research to find the perfect tile I went with Flooring Factory. I wanted a very specific gray/brown looking wood tile. I had been to several places with no luck. I was relieved when I finally found it! Thank you Flooring Factory for having such a large inventory to choose from. Im a General Contractor and I recently needed to order a matching laminate for a customers office. I found Flooring Factory online when searching the model number. Overall their prices are good, nothing bad to say about that or the accessibility online. But their sales customer service is beyond awful. I would expect more from a company that wants to retain new clients. And I am a client that can be a repeat buyer that brings them business consistently. There was no direction by the sales associate. We discussed picking up my order at there city of industry warehouse but I was never given an address for this location. Not over the phone, any email or on my sales order. I requested my pick up date to be on thursday and never heard back from them with a confirmation or pick up location. So on the morning of Thursday when I should be picking up my order to stay on schedule for the job I cant because I dont know where I am going. Noe seems lazy and not interested in his customers. I dont know how a business can stay in business with poor customer service like that. You cant expect a new customer to know your systems and process. I also had no way of finding the pick up location in city of industry. I tried calling corporate morning of but they were closed, looking online, ect. Overall this lack of effort to setting your client up to receive their order has delayed my start date schedule, left my workers out of work for a day, and upset my client. I do not write bad review often since I know how they hurt a business and I understand mistakes happen but customer service is easy. that should never be a mistake its just lake of effort and care.

I recently bought a townhouse and the carpet was in such urgent need of either cleaning or changing. I decided to change the entire flooring. Was unsure what the new flooring should be. So decided to go to the flooring factory and I am glad we did. They showed us a whole range of different options and finally we decided to go with laminate flooring. They also installed it for us so quick and professionally. We are extremely happy with the end result. Their customer service was great, so was their prices. We were stunned by how lower their prices were compared to other places we visited prior to coming here.

The overall experience was pleasant. Very friendly staff and willing to help. Lots of selection in terms of hardwood floors and engineered wood. Lots of colors and styles to select from. This place also carries tile and carpet. There a few style of tiles that are interesting and unique, but overall its pretty much what you would find anywhere else, including Home Depot. Pricing for engineered floors is similar to other place, which is not a surprised. Pricing for tile on the other had is not cheap. Much of the tile that you would find at the Home Depot, Lowes, or even Contractors Warehouse are found here. Pricing though is much higher than those other places. Therefore if you are looking for a small selection of unique tile, this can work, though if you are looking for common tile and styles with aggressive pricing, this is not your place. I found similar tile and styles at the Home Depot for 50% less than this place. So if cost is a factor, I would not add this place to your list to visit.

If you’re looking into changing your flooring. I absolutely recommend you all to first visit this place before buying your floorings from anywhere else. I have 2 homes and I needed to change carpets to laminate. A friend of mine referred me to them and it took me only minutes to realize that this place was the flooring company that I needed for my houses floorings. They showed me so many different options and I easily picked my favorite laminated. The exact quality and colors that I had in mind at such affordable prices. So happy to have purchased from the flooring factory. Great buy to say the least!

Recently we discovered that The Floor Factory is the best place to remodel a kitchen, I accompanied my in-laws to the store to help them get the best deals and there we found all the material they needed and we could also see many things that would help us for future projects . Best of all, in addition to having very good customer service, they even helped them obtain an excellent financing plan.

I have known these guys for many years, through several jobs theyve done for my homes. I own 3 properties in Ventura county and over the past 12 years I have had the carpets removed and replaced by Hardwood and laminate by these guys for all 3 properties. My aunt had been looking into finding a reliable flooring company to change her flooring to tile, so I recommended The Flooring Center to her and she took my word and hired them to do the job. She is extremely happy with flooring job they did for her. This whole process was a pleasant experience for her and she is so thankful to the flooring center. My in-laws recently bought an old house and they had to remodel the whole house. The house had a very old and filthy carpet. After finishing the exact type of flooring they needed at the flooring factory at such unbelievably cheap price, they had their old carpets replaced by their new laminate flooring. Its definitely not a discounted store. Prices are higher than Lowes and Home Depot. I would recommend just going to Lowes and Home Depot their prices are more reasonable and you can get discounts and coupons when available!

There are many different styles to chose from here. It took me about 2 weeks of research but eventually compared costs and decided The flooring factory had the best prices. I would suggest them for your projects.

Horrible experience with store. Ordered 2000 square feet of wood like tile. they had around 800sf in stock picked it up installed it. waited a week for delivery of other 1200sf starting installing and was same style, same color but a different shade. Was then informed they sent the wrong shade of color from factory but there is not longer the same shade as the 800 that was already installed... No action or response. Now they are ignoring us and we have no clue what to do .... they say its gonna be a lengthly process to resolve... Our project is half way done and we are having to have my mother live in a hotel until home is done. Dont deal with them go to Home Depot or other large easy to deal with stores not worth the hassle when it happens...!!!

If you want floors delivered, save yourself major headaches and DO NO BUY FROM THEM. They promised delivery on three consecutive days and it still has not arrived. I had crews waiting all those days and they just never showed up. I’m stuck with bills for laborers that could not work, since floor promised and confirmed never showed up.
