I visited the garden center today. The department was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with some suggestions. They had such a great variety of plants, flowers, herbs and such and in so many colors it made it hard to choose. I will return on the weekend to make another purchase.

Greeters are friendly and the painter guys was very nice. Someone tried to cut in front of me but he acknowledged me than the couple who tried cutting me off. I got my paint.I got the Berh dolphin fin gray, one coat. But I did two as I have green avocado paint prior .

The Oxnard Home Depot usually has everything I need at a reasonable price. Theyre tools selection is nice as well. KF

We bought $4,000 worth of window blinds here almost 2 years ago. A couple of months later while still under warranty, one of the blinds suddenly stopped working properly. We called customer service and we were told we would get a call back to repair the blinds from the blinds company, but almost 2 years later we are yet to get a call back. We called 4 subsequent times with extremely long wait times on hold to follow up and were reassured we would get a call back to schedule repair. No call back. ever. Now the blinds are technically out of warranty. I am writing this review in Home Depot because now that the blinds are completely non-functional I decided to drive down here and set the record straight. The customer service here in the store has so far been unsympathetic, rude, and they are making me wait 30 minutes to speak with a customer service representative. Will post an update after (if!) I meet with them.

I thought I would have to go looking for a person a sales representative to help me out in purchasing My new stove and microwave oven. I was surprised to see people actually coming out offering help and services on the items. Only disappointing thing is that the wait on receiving your items. And I understand thats because a covid so overall great experience.!

The Oxnard Home Depot is really one of the most unhelpful box stores Ive been to. The staff avoids customers, doesnt know the products and when asking for assistance they point to a fellow employee who points to another one and literally 30 minutes go by and nobody seems available. There are 1 or 2 who I met who were helpful, but overall.. not!!! If you want something you better know how to find it or use it with Google.... not the staff

Well stocked, but still did not have dark tinting sheets for windows and hard to get the help to find it. They only had light tinting sheets. Overall, a good place to try for DIY home improvement projects.

They NEVER answer the phone! I tried several times to several departments on several different days and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Non-existent customer service!

Always pretty much fully stocked the only problem I had one time there is I needed to make a copy of a mail key and they didnt have any blank mail keys and that sort of upset me but besides that it is a great Home Depot

Had to stop by home depot to pick up some house plants and cleaning supplies. Home depot is pretty good I usually go ACE it may be a touch more but its locally owned and operated. This home depot I will go to again the young lady in there outdoor garden area was very good. When you see a employee enjoying there job it makes for a good visit. Also the plant life is well taken care of. Inside tall plants need some love.

Just got harrased and yelled at by an employee while waiting in the curbside pick up loading zone. Guess Ill buy the rest of the supplies I need to renovate my home from Lowes.

Today I needed to replace a toilet seat and cover. Took a picture of it before going to Home Depot so that I could match it. Found what I was looking for and, bought. I got home and installed it right away. Easy installation instructions made it all an easy task to accomplish.

I went to specifically look at metal hardware. And both isles were blocked while the employee were on the ground. I would understand if they were using the lift. I made a loop around the store hoping theyd open the isle, lets just say I left wishing I went to Lowes!! Stock shelves AFTER HOURS!!

I dont know what happened, all the employees used to be very useful, knowledgeable and polite, lately, I have been experiencing a not very welcoming environment, some employees treat customers like if we were asking for charity, and the good employees are not enough to compensate the bad ones.

Most all of the home do-it-yourselfers know Home Depot.So I cannot tell you all much. After my visit, I had two thoughts about the store... first observation:it was busy, so I got no help. Had to wander through the cut lumber area to find my fence boards. Ok, no real big problem, I like to look around. Second observation: I need to compare HD to the other large one name home do it yourself store. HD just seemed less bright and welcoming. BUT, I will go again. The price for fencing slats was good. Daná, is the man here! I walked into Home Depot directly to the light department and asked him what he knows about lights. I swear, the guy has a PhD about light bulbs he explained everything to me in 5 minutes! I was absolutely shocked! These are the type of employees that make Home Depot great! I will always look for Daná when I have any questions regarding light bulbs. Keep up the great work! You rock!

Floor personnel were friendly and helpful;cashiers, not so much, hence a 3 star rating. I bought a cabinet and waited in line for about 10 minutes while the person in front of me had an issue (to include being on cell phone to resolve). Cashier couldnt even acknowledge my existence and mention there is an issue and a wait. I went to the next line and the cashier walked away after she helped her person. The cashier next to her went around me and my cart, which contained only a cabinet, and asked people in another lane to come to her lane. I spoke to that cashier but she didnt seem to understand me when I asked if she could assist me or tell me if the lane is now closed since the cashier left. My cashier came back and didnt say anything, just rung me up and checked out, and asked for assistance with my cabinet. Floor personnel were very helpful in loading the 60 cabinet neatly in the vehicle. After taking the cabinet home, there was an internal piece was not aligned, and the other piece was broke. But for the purpose Im using it for, which is a laundry storage table, Im not going back to this home depot. Overall, helpful floor personnel, poor cashier service, quality of product ok.

Fairly busy for a Friday evening.parking was more congested than normal because of Christmas tree lot is taking up part of the parking lot.Got run over by some guy in a motorized shopping cart as I was waiting in the checkout line inside the store who just kept right on going.Some of the cashiers were oblivious when the self checkout register said I needed help and other ones went out of their way to help me out.If you want us to use the self checkout give us the ability to enter the quantity without having to wait for an attendant to come over.Either way its still by far better choice and lows.

DYI+If your looking to do that home project with a just a higher quality of materials, then choose Homedepot. The other box store has DYI materials as well, but Homedepot has contractor level materials and tools you wont find at the other big box store. Shot out to Alexis is receiving for finding my missing order. She sets the bar for customer service.

Seriously Heather who works there is the best. Shes helped me multiple times when other people didnt understand what I was asking for. shes given me great advice over multiple visits on how to excuse my projects cost-efficiently and easier. Highly recommend connecting with her if you get the chance. Also she never seems too tired to talk to you and genuinely a happy person.

The associates were excellent pointing us in the right direction. It was very clean. I ordered a microwave drawer and a double oven. These were the same models available elsewhere for higher prices. Name brand appliances at a more reasonable price. Whats not to love. The garden department had a wonderful variety of plants and flowers for spring planting. Enjoy.

Im having a difficult time getting credited for an item which I bought at Home Depot in Ventura, California. But wasnt delivered by FedEx in South Carolina. And they dont want to credit my account even thought I purchased another on from Home Depot in Sourh Carolina due to the fact I never received the first one!
