I just spent $265.00 on a new phone and bought a phone case to go with it got to work and Realized that the little kick stand had came off i couldnt leave work to take it back so i went back the next day with the Receipt and the lady said they dont do exchanges i dont think that its right that i spent money on somthing that was broke and they wont even exchange its not like i was asking for my money back so i dont think i will be going back there

The workers here are actually genuine! Ive been to other Cricket Wireless stores and they dont help me with my technical problems. But the manager here, I believe his name is Salvador, has always been willing to help me! Even though I didnt initially activate here, theyre always willing to seek my best interest! Such nice people, come here!
