I went in with a very bad cracked screen. I was immediately greeted by a worker. He was friendly and let me know he could get fix it in no time. I honestly had no idea how much it would cost but was surprised to find out how fair their prices were. I left my phone with them and they had it ready shortly after. My phone looked brand new and could not be happier with the perfect customer service I received. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get their phone fixed!

Took my iPhone X, the communication and quality was just awesome. My phone was ready in two hours, broke the back of my phone it was destroyed and got it back like a brand new phone. Literally best service around oxnard I recommend the place… 10/10

Be warned! Not people of their word. Highly unprofessional. For one thing, The guys here look like young stoners, forgetful from what it seems. I came on a Thursday to get a price on a screen repair & hopefully fixed that day too. I was told the price & also told they didnt have the part. That is fine. I offered to leave my phone and a down payment. The guy said it was ok, not to worry about it and to just show up on Monday with my phone and that the part will be there and that they could fix it then also meaning it would be ok to pay them then. I waited about 5 days when I needed that phone fixed urgently. I walked a whole hour to the location on the day they told me to come back. They did not have my part or anything ordered.They told me that it was gonna get ordered. I was dumbfounded to be told they havent ordered the part yet and then asked about a down payment? You kidding me? I waited 5 days already. A simple 60$ fix. I told the guy I already offered that & was told it would be there Monday for repair. It wasnt there and no one ordered my part then tried to make it seem like my fault for not leaving a down payment BUT I ALREADY offered that PLUS another number to contact me with. I needed my phone fix crucially a weekend ago. I waited from Thursday to Monday trusting what I was told that past Thursday.So the guys did not have the part when I finally showed up on that Monday I was told to be there. Wasted my time! Told me something else a week ago and could not stay consistent.Did not even try to help a person really. Go to the phone repair in downtown ox. They are cheaper and actually pull through with what they say they are gonna do unless you decide a new phone is the way to go. Which is the better choice if you already saved your documents and numbers.

Overall fast friendly service. IPhone 6s + was $70. Looks great.

These guys are great. I dropped my galaxy S5 and the LCD stopped working. I gave them a call and got it repaired the same day within 45 minutes and for only $145. My phone looks brand new now thanks to them. Totally coming back for future repairs.

I would not recommend this place! I came in because my iPhone speakers were sounding really low when I spoke to someone over the phone he said to bring it in and that I would be free to fix. Once he was done my phone sounded a bit better than before but then almost immediately after leaving it started to get worse and my speakers sounded like they were blown out and making this loud screeching noice. I drove there the next day only to tell me I would have to pay if they fixed my phone after he basically just broke my speakers.Luckily I found out my phone is under insurance. So I’m going to get it fixed the professional way.****My speakers did have an issue but you completely made it so much worse and you took absolutely no accountability for what you did saying it must of been the “sand” that made it sound like that when clearly it was because YOU used pressurized air to my speakers that either detached them or blew them out.

I came here for the Yelp reviews and they must be good at other stuff because they suck at phone repair !! They suck to the fullest I took my phone for a screen repair and had to return 5x of why my screen didnt fit correctly and kept charging me for every excuse they had and left my phone button supper out of place.DONT COME HERE waist of money and just take your money!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my iPhone two times to have its screen replaced. First time the screen would just lag or not respond. Took it back a few days later and they told me they couldnt replace it for free because i brought it 30 days after! I showed them my receipt and they still told me I had to pay again, so I did, because I needed my phone. The second time they replaced the screen, it wouldnt respond again so I just stuck with it to avoid any misunderstandings and stress like last time. I will not come back.//////I took my iPhone twice to replace the screen. The first time the screen simply worked or did not respond. I took it a few days later and they told me they couldnt replace it for free because I brought the iPhone 30 days later. I showed them my receipt and they still told me that I had to pay again, so I did it, because I needed my phone. The second time they replaced the screen, he didnt answer again, so I decided to keep the cell phone to avoid misunderstanding and stress like the last time. I will not return to the store.
