This store is a complete joke. My wife goes in buys a brand new IPhone 13 and has trouble transferring her data for 2 days, goes back into the store and they send her off again without any help. What’s the point of you guys at all? I’ve been in phones before we understand Verizon doesn’t care about their current customers very well, but this is ridiculous. She literally tried to reactivate her old phone so she’d be able to back it up and the girl told her, “find someone with a working SIM card” that’s just lazy lol. You could activate her old phone for the time being so she can do what she needed but she didn’t. We’ll be exploring other options just because of this store.

Worst service on the planet the female manager on duty on 9/24/2021 @12pm was rude she told me she couldnt help because of iPhone 13 launch when i was just there to pick up my Galaxy fold 3 1800.00$ sale she tells me to leave even tho 5 calls later corporate had already set appointment for the pick up. customer for 8+ years never needed anything till now and this is what I get verizon get people that care

The lady (Noemi O) I spoke with tried to get me out of there as soon as she closed her sale. I walked out that day with a phone that wasn’t even activated.I would have gone with another provider if I knew they would waste so much of my time. Took 3 visits just to activate and trade in a phone. Next, they sign me up for a plan more expensive than what I asked for. So I call and get it sorted just to find out I can’t get refunded. These people will take advantage of you.
Jenny, the general manager is extremely rude kept talking over me. The solutions manager told me, the day prior, that he would print my bill out at no charge. The general manager insisted that I pay $5 for the print out. Having been with Verizon over 10 years and currently having 12 separate lines with them Im rather disappointed with their customer service. Both the cell service and customer service arent what they used to be. This review may cost them more than the $5 they are charging me. Well done Verizon!!
Went to Verizon located at the Collection Oxnard CA. Our solutions specialist Joshua approached us with courtesy and professionalism. The atmosphere was inviting and positive. He was at 💯 on point with his product knowledge and product information. We purchased the new iPhone 11pro and an iPhone 7. Kudos to Joshua for his spectacular service. I gave this location a 5/5 star rating but my solutions specialist Joshua gets a 10 out of 5 stars. I would recommend anyone in the Oxnard location to come to this location. Excellent work 👌👍
Went to inquire a new plan. Staff were friendly and were accomodating. I was able to get service . yvonne was very patient on helping my needs. Hope they stay that way

The rep my father in law got was nice, I am not sure what she told them to do after the phone was turned back on. They just bought a brand new phone and we are home trying to figure out how to activate it since it was not done by the store which is very frustrating! Now I have to be on hold with verizon to activate and wait for now 20min on hold which we also waited at the store to be able to get a phone spend our money and still have to figure it out.
Scott was awesome! He helped resolve an issue before it was even an issue because he was so familiar with the companys policies and software. He also recommended a discount we could use to lower our monthly payment and helped us sign up for Verizon Up to receive further benefits. Very knowledgable, professional, and helpful.

Its better if you schedule an appointment before going in. The wait time can be a little long since they are sticking to the social distancing rules. Only 1 person is allowed in the stores per family and the rest of the people has to wait outside.
This Verizon store has a lot of goodies displayed out for you to look at and play with.This is the Verizon I go to to get my phones and change my phone plans and such. Every time the staff is awesome and really looking out for my best interest. From my experience they wont just try to sell you a plan for the heck of it. If it doesnt make sense for you to have a certain plan theyll help you see what they mean and help you make the best decision.

Today I went in to the Verizon located in the Collection of Oxnard for help trouble shooting issues I was having with my iPhone. Ali was the attendant who assisted me. I told him about the issue I was having with my phone and the inability to send and receive text messages, which is a very important function needed for my work. He was very interruptive and would not let me finish describing my problem before telling me there was no issue with the phone. He determined there was no issue after one simple message was sent and received. Of course the problem is inconsistent, but occurs often. I proceeded to tell him that I had visited the Verizon store before with the same issue and tried discussing the actions that were taken to help me and what was recommended if the problem persisted, but nothing was working. Ali was so dismissive the entire time and insisted there was nothing that could be done to help me. I was so irritated at his attitude towards me and making me feel like I was an inconvenience to his seemingly slow and relaxed Tuesday evening, that I left and went to another store. Luckily at my 2nd Verizon store I met an associate, Bernard at Ventura Verizon, who was extremely knowledgeable and advised the next steps I should try for my phone. Fingers crossed his tips are successful!

So I went into the store with some questions about my bill I signed in .a few minutes later a guy named URIEL came out. He was rude and and absolutely unfriendly he looked at bill Im his table and with sarcasm ..He has no place judging the nature of any question regarding any bill questioning the why of my calls.

Very disappointing. I signed in and waited for a while. I noticed that a lady came in after me and signed in as well. 1-minute later, the lady that signed in well after me was being helped. I asked the store employee about this and she replied it was because she was getting an “assessory.” Well, this answer did not work for me. Maybe I was there for an assessory. The employee was sitting down with this person and spending time with her. It was busy and she said there were 3-people ahead of me. They should help customers in the order that they arrive. I will never go to this store or buy my future iPhones from them. It just highly irritated me.

I came in to buy a case for my device and was helped within a few seconds of being there. They were quite helpful and the store is nice and spacious.
This is probably my worst experience in a Verizon store, the staff were not able to help me with a simple problem. All they did was ask themselves however no one not even the manager on hand could answer an issue with the phone rather send me directly to the manufacturer. Waist of time trying to get my issues fixed.
