Not a great Walmart. Things are organized in a way thats difficult to manage. Selection is not great, especially for grocery items. The staff is friendly and helpful though.

I enjoy coming here to get Wilson tennis balls for cheap. They also have some other things I need like cheap tennis shorts and dri sport shirts. Their prices are reasonable.

Very clean place. Everyone was extremely helpful, even the tall janitor! I also saw an employee courageously stand up to a banana thief! Great experience will be going back!

Ordered personalized online thank you cards of 100 and the girl said and gave me only 20 some envelopes for them. Didnt offer to find others or discount the full price. Never shopped there before and 1st experience not a good one. I should not have been able to 100 cards if there was not enough envelopes for them or I should have been offered a discount since I technically didnt get the full product I paid for. Not the employees fault but come on!!!!

The Walmart greeter was amazing, I needed 3 odd items, she knew exactly where to direct me!! She was so helpful and friendly. Also the associates that helped at the spray paint section, even though they had hard time getting the right key to unlock cabinet, they tried their best, and offered to check out all my items nearby, rather than me having to stand in busy line at front of store.

They always have what I need! They have something for everyone! Food, clothes, art, toys, photo printing, books, sports equipment and so much more! Looking for a new place to visit? Drive down to Walmart, you wont regret it.

The Walmart was very clean One thing that I really like that they had cameras,Another thing that I like about Walmart was before you come in and people is not wearing a mask you provide one for the customer and They come in a Ziploc bag the MaskThe best of all of the Walmart on Saviers Road in Oxnard California is that they have self-service where you ring your own merchandise. People that work there are very nice if you need assistance and anything ringing things up so polite and respectful to me thats very important and they were like three employees very professional well groomed and well dressed in their uniforms.Im really glad that they have cameras too.The most important thing was when I went there they cleaned the registers before you used them. Its was a good experience.. One of the customer offered to pay for our food because the self check out was card... SO I give her cash and she used her card. Win win situation.. Love it!! 🥰🤑 when people are kind!! Its a great feeling!!!

Walmart is ok. I know the aisle where the items are, so its quick, thank heavens for the self Check out. It always makes my visit to Walmart quick.

I like this walmart, Ive never had any issues here. It has a lot of self checkout so its always fast to checkout here. But be careful, if you dont like self checkout, there is not very many cashiers available so it could take a while to checkout that way

Parking lot needs serious attention because its falling apart, totally understaffed. Whole store desperately is in great need of a remodel. The mens clothing department needs serious attention. When checking out I asked for management to remove alarm piece from pair of pants I was purchasing and she directed me to the slow moving line customer service when she couldve taken about 50 seconds to help me herself. Sad Wallmart worst ever.....

Went for a curbside pickup, Couldnt find where to park. NO Signage ANYWHERE! Went inside and was told pickup parking is on the SIDE, NOT THE FRONT, of The building!This needs to be told UPFRONT when placing order! I drove around the front parking for 10 minutes before going inside! I had NO plans to go in!!Not great service WalMart!

The 3 is for customer service only I often here the employee, I not sure, this is not my deposit and then this day I have not hired the say exuse me, then they walk Infront of me or they push the murchandice next to me. And this goes to all 3 Walmarts. Ventura, and the 2 Oxnard stores.The only palite person is the Greater at the door. 😄

Employees walk around aimlessly and are unwilling to help. Management isnt much better. I often find refrigerated items sitting in nonrefigerated aisles and no one seems to care

EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND NEVER KNOW THEIR OWN POLICIES! They should be trained on teaching how to treat their customers as HUMANS if you hate your job and feel it’s ok to be snotty to customers then your in the wrong work field! I never had an issue before with Walmart but I’m tired of self centered employees!

Only reason Im giving a 1 star is because theres no way to add a minus star. The 2 girls who were in the customer service area the day I went were rude as F I was charged in the wrong card after coming back 4 times because they needed something different every single time, She tried charging me 60 dollars more and tried to keep a water slide I purchased. U best believe I went back and grabbed my slide. I will not be shopping here any longer.

This is my one stop go to store for everything I need. From motor oil, to clothes, groceries, and my favorite slice of chocolate cake from the bakery.

The entrance is only through the mall which is a little odd, but once inside it is typical WalMart with lots of inexpensive items.

Real bad costumer service witch I had went to spend a good amount of money for a nice big 4k Tv but at the end I instead took my money elsewhere so I ended up going to Target. I bought a Samsung 4K TU8000. Im actually going to start doing my buying at Target from now on because I ended up having a way better service there then I ever had before at Walmart. Also it gets me mad that Walmart has destroyed many little businesses because of the cheaper prices they give out. So being the fact that Walmart is a very big corporation and makes insane money they still decided to lay off so many people because of the self serve pay machines and the amount of money they will save instead of having people working there and creating a better economy.

Its a Walmart what can you expect. They have everything you need, but sometimes things can be hard to find.

I havent entered a Walmart in over a decade. Not a business I patronize. It is along a bus route I use for work. Not an employee friendly company.

Yeah I strolled into Walmart late night and I ran into a person in need of a ride so she was still shopping and I was waiting around for her because i didn’t want to lose her and then as I looked up I had some store worker in street clothes calling me mam excuse me please make your way to front of store with his long arms guiding me away from what I was looking at and as he was behind me talking to me like I was a little kid way out of character I felt so belittled it was so embarrassing I want to cry they are so rude so I know now I will never spend no money in this store again And I’ve been waiting 20 minutes in line it is ridiculous his name is Alan from what he told me but just way rude way rude

They are a smaller Walmart and do not have as much inventory as the one on Rose st. The grocery section is limited. I usually have to wait a while if I need assistance with something. Overall staff are very friendly and I am glad to have a Walmart close to where I live.

I just went to Walmart and had a horrible experience. I was going to buy some household items plus some hand washing soap. I asked the associate if I could buy 2 hand soaps since they had been unavailable for the past 2 months. They are the small, 5 ounce hand soaps, nothing large. The associate very rudely told me, IT IS A LIMIT OF ONE PER ADULT, CHILDREN DONT COUNT! Ive never felt more insulted at this store. I left and purchased nothing. I will not be shopping there again and hope they can train their associates to not be so rude. :/

I have been a customer since Walmart came to my city and have always been welcome in the stores on my mobility scooters. I got a new mobility scooter about two years ago and the only time I ever was stopped was the first week I got it. I drove my new scooter in the front door just like always, I proceeded to the mens clothing and stopped to pick a belt, I was not really paying attention and when I turned around the store manager was standing behind me, I thought I might have done something wrong but he started asking me questions about my scooter like how it was powered and such. Before we were done with our conversation there was a small crowd had gathered. Next thing I knew it, the manager asked if it would be okay if he could take a few photos and I said it fine and it seemed like the circle around me was getting larger with everyone taking pictures.Well I am sorry to say that the last time I drove into the store just like always the kind lady at the door said hi and I went to the toys to see if they had gotten any new hot wheels. So as I looking at the cars a couple of collectors came and we were talking about the stock that they had, we were interrupted by the Assistant Manager telling me that I had to leave the store because he I was taking up too space and it was not a mobility scooter and it was his opinion it was a motorcycle. Well it took everything I had in me not to get angry because it was obvious to me that he was just trying to throw his authority around.So needless to say, I told him that I really didnt care what he said, I was given permission by the manager that I will abide by his rule when he talked to the store manager about it. Well my family and friends have expressed their concerns about the situation and I shouldnt go back. So I dont think I will be shopping at any store that does not take into consideration why I was riding a scooter to start with.At any rate I will be shopping elsewhere from now on and I will be telling all my friends and family and I doubt that any of them will be shopping at the Oxnard store unless I am permitted to use my own mobility scooter at the Oxnard store again.If you want to ask me anything my email address is [email protected]

Getting an associate to help in electronics was awful. I was passed by 4, asked 1 for help he said he would send someone over... Cue the wait. I honestly would have left but that was the only store open at that hour for a charger for the grandsons E-learning laptop.Next time I will wait and we can makeup the work!

Decent help is hard to find. Dylan and Mario on the front end make good help less hard to find, thanks for a good job guys! Having had some considerably “less-than-perfect” hospitality from neighboring sister stores, Walmart on rose in oxnard and Walmart on victoria in Ventura, it’s great to get the service one expects from such an establishment.To know the good, one must experience the bad. I’ve experienced the bad, BUT Walmart on saviers road in oxnard has offered adequate customer service to me and I can offer appreciation for this.I’m unsure what the other walmart business plans consist of or who is running those facilities sub-par, but maybe they can take some pointers from this store. Thanks again.
