I have used their pick-up service and it’s pretty seamless. They have lots of things I need for very cheap. I’ve found some nice looking cotton shirts for $4 bucks.

Yuletide Season is almost here...

Good neighborhood place with lots to offer including overcrowded aisles and extra merchandise piled up sometimes.

I like Walmart. It is clean and safe to visit during the day and night. I see the Santa Clarita Sheriff patrolling the area everyday. This makes me feel secured. I see the employees constantly sticking the shelves daily. Always great specials and prices. Open early and late night for all your needs. Pharmacy is very friendly and helpful. I like the great value from Walmart Supercenter.

The only complaint I have is a so-called manager told me I could not bring my dog my service dog, into her store anymore because He barked! Dog to bark even if they are service dogs to Warren their owners Danger

This is a well stocked store with good prices. Getting knowledgeable help is not always the best place to go to, though, especially on electronics or small appliances. Do your homework before shopping for those items here.

The shelves in the dairy department were filthy and I did not do grocery shopping. That wasn’t even the worst part. I scan items on Shopkick for points before doing my regular shopping and I kindly asked the girl in the beauty department if she can unlock something so I can scan it for the points. She interrupted me and said in the rudest voice “yeah I’m not going to do that” and walked off. Now I would have understood if she wasn’t allowed to do that, however Gabby could have said it in a nicer way and not have given me attitude. I then told one of the ladies in a yellow vest and they were understanding, but I’m sure are not going to do anything about it.One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had.

Awful!!!! Horrible!!!Don’t ever buy anything for pick up at this store. Not one person helps you. No one is at the pick up are ever, and no one around knows anything or can help. Drove half an hour here to return a VERY big heavy item. Arrived at 8:30pm. Store open until 11. But they said returns desk was randomly closed! Manager insisted not a single staffer in entire store could scan our return. She turned us away and we had to drive to Simi valley to do our return. Will NEVER come back here. Will NEVER buy ANYTHING from any Walmart again!

Electronic dept. went above and beyond on service, would recommend this walmart.

This store was the worst I’ve ever been to. It was dark, cluttered, and many basic items were not stocked (bread, bottled water, distilled water for cpaps as examples). There were no shopping carts-and there was no one out collecting what the lazy shoppers left all around the lot. Shoppers were nice, but the employees not so much. And they lock up the OTCs and then they put your selection into a small lock box to bring to the cashier. What are people doing with Ibuprofen and Tylenol out here?!?! The shopping center looks nice, but inside this Walmart it was disappointingly pathetic. I’m hoping for better success at Target.

Showed up to the store at 8:30. Was told sorry you cant return the item you just drove 40 miles to return because we closed customer service at 8. No where on website does it say that customers service closes 2 1/2hours before the store closes. Absolutely ridiculous! Lost customer for life. Never again. People were rude and unapologetic. Unacceptable

Walmart had everything we needed for our beach adventure...cant wait to visit agian.

This store is WAY better now. Havent been in in a long while. Store now clean, fewer children chasing each other and bumping other customers, merchandise neat on shelves...not on floor.Ill try again soon!

This was a busy store which could explain so much misplaced merchandise. Store was clean with most shelves stocked. The number of carts in the store was low with most of them in the parking lot. Longer checkout lines than usually seen in Walmart.

Live the chicken cheese flauntas in the hot deli section . ( Please leave some for me ;)Had a few issues ( my fault ) of trusting hanger size to clothing size. Great clearance racks ! Got Capri pants regular 26.00 for 1.00.

Really is a supersize store. The shells were well stocked and the employees were easy to find and helpful. They had what I wanted at a cheap price and I bought it fairly easy through their self-checkout kiosk.

I always thought Walmart People were just an urban legend... Boy, was I wrong. But look, if you want stuff and dont want to pay a lot of money for it... This place has a lot of it. Be warned, it has this faint scent that the Walmart People have not learned how to use the bathroom properly.

The Walmart in this location was very nice and clean and organized. I mainly needed feminine products, salad, and coconut water. The salads were slim picking. They only had Ceaser salads. I like market salads with fruit and stuff, so I was disappointed in the salad selection. However, the coconut water and other items I needed were there and easy to find.

Crazy as usual, crowed & people just stand in the direct line of others trying too get their shopping done without all the LAZY SHOPPERS PROBLEMS! of just lagging around like its a spectators outing......

Loud speakers were actually too loud; speaker consistently called for customer assistance every 20 seconds for a wholly of the 25 minutes of my being there. To say it was obnoxious is an understatement.Let me iterate: it wasnt her calling assistance, THE VOLUME WAS JUST TOO LOUD.The few employees I met were great, otherwise its just another walmart.

This store is massive! My wife loves her crafting and the selecting in the back left corner is plentiful. They have a good supply of cricut vinyl and accessories. An isle of yarn and even a row of puff paints and art supplies. The mens section is loaded right now with dry fit golf shirts and paints for around $15! I even found family size cereal for around $4. I would have given this store a 5 star but the parking lot is always packed. I recommend going in the middle of a work day as most of Oxnard shops here.

People driving in the parking lot done pay attention. Ive been almost hit many times. The line at Starbucks blocks traffic. Inside WalMart they never have enough cashiers and the lines are horrendously long. If you need something that is locked up better get it somewhere else because you cant get any associates to come over and open the case. I only got here if I absolutely can not avoid it and go early when they open to try to avoid some of the traffic and congestion in the store.

If you go to a “Neighborhood WALMART”, it will be a small store. Not to small, but small. Meaning: your choice of items is limited.A regular WALMART is bigger. Then you have the SUPER CENTER. HUGE.All Walmart stores have adequate parking and they stick to CDC GUIDELINES.The Staff is helpful and courteous. If you’re near by THIS Walmart, go in and see how big it is. Thanks.

Always busy but you can find some cool tees in the clothing section. Also footballs are a good deal for the summer. Dont forget the basketballs too.

Arrived here late evening with my car and I asked the employee at the counter if it was allowed to overnight in the car and that was absolutely no problem!So useful that you can sleep just next to a Walmart and use their facilities.You can shop for some food and get ready to get back on the road.Too class Walmart, this should be allowed everywhere!

Store was busy but that was to be expected. Found an affordable tv for sons first college apartment so that was a win.

Went grocery shopping at 7am and it was great not jam packed with customers which it made easy for shopping.

Walmart is well organized easyy to locate the items I needed for our family getaway to Disneyland.Walmart had a great team of staff that in no time I was on my way.

They have a good ice cream selection. Is a carry one that is usually only in Europe its real freaking good

I just love Walmart prices. The plants and flowers are gorgeous, Inventory collection is fabulous Their employees are very helpful. Clean and organized not too many un open packages laying around or missing items from them. Thank you Walmart for putting a smile on my face.

Customer service isnt great, just like many other Walmart locations.Mostly great prices, some hard to find items, fully stocked most of the time.In the past months youd have to go get a shopping cart from the parking lot. It doesnt seem like anyone bothers collecting them.Also quality of produce went downhill.I docked 2 stars from my original rating.

Worst customer service. Been waiting for more than half an hour for someone to help me get down an electric car because the one I took home was broken so I came to exchange it and I’ve asked 4 employees for help and they say they will get someone and no one is coming. Ridiculous

Havent used the pick up option before. It was really convenient and helpful. It was quick and easy to use. Highly recommend it to people who dont want to go inside.

I found everything i needed the staff was nice. There were long lines but they tried to open more lines to make people wait less so that was really good.

Needed to buy a car battery this morning; got to store Monday morning may 17 2021 7am sharp; nobody around to unlock battery cage; called store number and waited for 10 minutes on the phone nobody answers; HOWEVER a sales associate from sporting good store, name of Andrew, was kind enough to check if anyone in auto dept can unlock battery cage; no luck finding anyone BUT Andrew checked the back stock room and was able to locate and find the car battery I needed ; I nominate Andrew to be the new lead/manager....

No returns without the physical receipt. Why use their app to upload?? So they can track you obviously. Shop local, small business instead for better service.

Walmart Supercenter? It didnt have the lotion my gf needed, which they had at the regular one on Victoria. But I mean it is pretty impressive testament to American consumerism nonetheless, so yeah, 4 stars.

Has everything.could be there all day.getting decorating ideas. And cheap too.guess thats main draw.

This is the place to go on the weekends if you like waiting in really long lines. If not, go during the week and its a breeze!

This Walmart is probably the best in the Oxnard area. The ones in Ventura are miserably lacking when it comes to stuff on the shelves.

Everything is great except that they never have enough cashiers on duty, so you spend 20+ minutes waiting to check out.

This location is Walmarts SUPERSTORE which means you should be able to find more items than satellite stores. I was looking for an inexpensive pellet bbq, seems the $297 one is not bad for the price.The only thing I dislike about this store is their slow checkout, even the self checkout is slow because of terminals process needing employee to validate certain items, like spray paint cans or propane bottles.

My order is ready for pick up and have been waiting for over 30 minutes and keep calling only to have the phone keep ringing for the pickup department and customer service line. This happened twice before when making attempts to pick up my last order! What is going on at this store!?

Nice place but missing something

Everything was a mess.... It was late so that could of ben the reason....

It’s a great place to stop and find essentials, but there are always little kids running around and making a fuss. I recommend going in the afternoons since there is always less people.

Considering its 4th of July weekend, the 3rd, youd think they would have scheduled more employees so that more than 2 registers were open. The lines were crazy weaved through the clothing sections. Lol. But over all everything else was quick. I even got the tylenol in record time. Happy 4th everyone

All in one place. Price is affordable. The lines can be long wait sometimes. Alittle crowded . Oh yeah I like the prices on clothes there.

I purchased tire 2 last week and everything went smooth. So I purchased 2 more scheduled on line for a 4 oclock appointment got there 15 minutes early rushing after work to get there. And they were closed. So call auto department and talked to them and set up appointment for the next day Saturday got there and they were closed

The bathrooms there really need a lot attention. Organization needs to be addressed and fix. The aisles do get confusing sometimes. Great place to get what you want for a good deal though.

This is s typical Wal-Mart supercenter that is situated in a busy part of the city with many other businesses near making traffic a drawback.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the liquor. Then only 4 cashier lines opened and all of them were long to the clothing area. It was a Saturday late evening. 7pm smh

It was hard to pay at self-check register because only a few registers accepted cash and most in line, me included, wanted to pay cash.

It get better reviews if the staff was better. Workers are pretty bad there.

Most of the time, pretty good. Other times you get the confusing ones who I think stole my car batteries core value. Cant get core money back from last car battery. Going Costco next time.

Lines are always about a mile and a half long, it is hard to get help it is the last place to go if you need to get something and get out quik

Incredibly rude, they violate federal law and, I was physically assaulted by a reciept checker, even though, I am not legally required to stop and be treated like a common thief. Especially when I leave everything in the cart unbagged.They are quite lucky I didnt sue them into the ground

Employees are always stocking the shelves. As long as youre respectful, asking questions are taken very seriously & most will walk you to what youre looking for.

Ok busy and everything is getting locked up but you cant ever find an employee with a key.

Try to push the red button for someone with keys to unlock a product?Amazon would be quicker.
