The staff at the entrance is always extremely rude. I have had several experiences that indicate a willingness to sell a product and not back it up. This incident involves John the manager when purchasing a TV. The gentleman on the floor said that I should buy the extended warranty with Costco Citi card to receive 7 years of warranty. I specifically asked the gentleman if the warranty covered any damages or any reason to return it. He said yes it does for 7 years. Any damage. Well I my son throw a ball, it hit the TV and it was damaged. Believing the gentleman and paying for the extended warranty, I took the TV back to Costco. When to my surprise the return department said that I couldn’t return it because it was damaged. I explained that I purchased the extended warranty and they said it didn’t matter and that it only covered malfunction and breakdowns. I explained that that was not was told to me when I purchased it. While at the counter, I asked a Costco worker who was walking if Costco’s warranty included damages to a TV and she said yes. Well the gentleman at returns said that it wasn’t so, even if a Costco employee told me that at the time of purchase. I asked for the manager. John came out. He was rude from moment one. I explained the situation and he said that a Costco employee would never say that. I grabbed an employee with a red vest that was walking by and asked him if the warranty covered damages and John hushed him up to cover it up. He knew the employee would say yes it does. Dishonest to the core...over crowded and rude to children.

This Costco is great! We came in for the first time and had no problem getting our necessities. Note: The sampling station is back!

You know it’s good at Costco!The store is set up like your typical Costco. You walk in and the TVs are right there tempting you to get one. They are saying by me, by me! Then you can go through and grab what you need you can get toilet paper paper towels, food, snacks, frozen food.This Costco is always been clean from my vantage point. They are increasing their organic food. They used to have an organic section, but not anymore. The fresh meats are super good here. I would highly recommend coming

I love Costco, but totally have to agree with another post. All of a sudden ☹ prices are being hiked up. One week I buy avocados for like $ 5.99 which is a dollar a piece. Ok not bad. Now $8.99 !! What is going on ? ? (I will not buy them and get them somewhere else. )And for that reason this week, I dropped to 1 star. Otherwise I have always had them at 5 stars.

I have a small family, but it is a great place to stock up on items we use all the time. Very useful for any other get together as well. Never disappointed. Staff is always pays attention to task at hand, & seem to love theyre job. Nice atmosphere.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I was unable to complete a purchase for my handicapped family member, who was seated in the food court, as the sales associates would not process the transaction without him physically present exactly at the register. They forced my handicapped family member to walk back towards the register, with several crowds of people obstructing him, just to complete the purchase. This transaction did not even include any alcoholic or age limited items. Horrendous experience, and I will never return to this Costco location. The northern California Costco stores are managed much better. Choose Sams Club, or other alternatives if you are in southern California.

Went to Costco with a friend and the cashier name Christina was very rude had to call her manager for backup to tell my friend that I could not use her membership unless I gave her the cash. To me that was stupid because she was with me I wasnt just using it without her so everyone Christina register one very rude bad bad service she cldnt do her own job has to call someone else to do it for her Christina is an older lady. The nerve of the manager telling me I should apply for my card.

Don’t buy your phone here. You save $35 but you wait forever (3 hours total). After the wait, they sold me a phone they didn’t have in stock. I walked to the front and found out there. Walked back to the kiosk and they told me to walk over and wait in line to return the phone (that I never received), then request the same phone in blue at the kiosk, then walk back to the front to purchase and pick up the phone. I asked for a higher up to see if we can skip the runaround. The supervisor said “this is Costco, what do you expect”.

I dont have a membership at Costco, but I use their pharmacy. Anyone can use their pharmacy, even those without membership. From what I have seen Costco has very low prices for their pharmaceuticals. So, it is worth looking into if dont have insurance.The store is often crowded, but the line at the pharmacy is usually short and quick.

Omg so me (14yr) was getting food at the food court and I was ordering stuff for my mom bcs she doesn’t rlly speak English and the lady was so mean omg lol and like I didn’t like how she was talking to my mom so I got mad and I started talking s* abt her and she heard me and she said what was that? Like girl be quiet and do ur work bye -and I asked for 2 churros and she said “2 churros” and I said yeah and she gives me one.. and she gave me my food and I saw one was missing so I told her uhm can u get one more and she like then I need ur membership card and I’m like ok but anyways she can hear the b word but not 2 churros bye - idk who broke her heart but that not cute

Love Costco but prices are getting bizarrely high! Gas is not much of a savings over a couple of local stations that you don’t have to pay a membership for. I don’t understand why we are paying $.20 and sometimes higher than other Costco Gas locations? Costco…What’s going on? Your company raised the cost of Bleach from $10.?? to $13.99 and also the price of Kirkland toilet paper from $14.99 to $16.99 to now I believe $18 or $19.99? Come on your company made $$$$$$ during the pandemic as you were necessary? Why gouge your members? You reached higher levels of richness during the time we were all suffering while locked down! You benefited/profited over the worries of the people that they would not have their essential needs met (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, storage units and lots more. Knowing that many were without jobs, unable to pay for their basic needs (roof over their heads, utilities, food and so on instead of giving them, us a break you HIKE UP your PRICES along with many others just to make more profits! Do better! Unfortunately we are not able to decide not to eat or wipe our butts so must put up with this but I’d think you’d do better to your numerous members by NOT jumping on the band wagon to raise prices just because you can! This goes for ALL the places that did this to us! Especially the places that charge membership to purchase from them.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Its a good store.Wish they were better about publizing Senior Hours online or their app. Not the first time weve gotten there at 9:15 only to find out no entrance until 10:00 so only 4 stars. FYI, Senior Hrs currently are 9-10 on Tuesday and Thursday for those 60 + with compromised immunity.

Ive been a member of Costco since before its inception when it was known as Price Club.Costco almost always sells good quality merchandise because they test and taste EVERYTHING before they put it on their shelves. Their prices arent the cheapest but fair for the quality you get. Their gasoline is always a few cents lower than everyone else.The biggest problem I do have with Costco is.... I can never walk out of there without spending at least $100.

Very disappointed. The store is overcrowded people are rude. Not worth the hassle. That is why I dont have a membership. The prices are not worth standing in line. I will buy online and pay for delivery.

This time our trip was for hearing aids. The Costco brands are equivalent to others costing 3 or 4 times as much and the service is outstanding.

Always over crowded. They have useful products, but its not worth the wait and savings most of the time. We tried going early and on sundays. But everyone has the same idea. So we started shopping at Sams club (very happy so far, after almost 1 year) and online.

It’s got a great selection at good prices if you can handle the crowds. Parking today was like xmas eve and inside it was a single flow around the store. Passed your aisle? Good luck making a u-turn.

Always very busy. Plans on crowds and checkout waits pretty much and time.They are missing the kosher selection I can find at the location in Westlake.But otherwise its a regular Costco and therefore pretty great.

We stopped at the Costco tire center as the tire light for our car was on. The young man who assisted us was very helpful. I wished we would have gotten his name.

Feel like I just leveled up with getting a Costco card. Really brought me back from the times I would shop with my Mom. Everything in bulk for 1/2 the price. This membership pays for itself. Waited for a Month before we are expecting knowing diapers, baby wipes, and other disposable items will be going through a ton.

Very boring Costco location where you never find your sizes and no knowing whatsoever if I am really a member like I would enter this warehouse with or without card...but its utterly boring boring place and spot. Just big warehouse mentality and wheras their CEO and company reaches far flung in the universe. Tchhh!

Recently it seems that some foods are just not available any more.

Found everything I needed quickly, lots people but check out was less than 5 minutes awesome

Overall, this Costco has much to offer in terms of products and services. However, the original footprint is too small for everything Costco is trying to fit into this space. The result is a frustrating claustrophobic, maze-like shopping experience. The narrow aisles and crowded conditions left me anxious and eager to escape.

Efficient checkout…love that they now offer self service….

It is always fun to purchase so many different products at this place, great quality and good quantities for a great prices.

Great service, at certain times the store is overwhelmed with shoppers but if you shop in the mornings it will be better. They have a great selection of products.

Save some money and go to Costco wholesale, a lot of people during weekends but will recommend going during week days in the am.

Nice place. Nice people. The food court is outside the store which is convenient for California. You need to show Costco ID at food court which could be inconvenient if significant other is inside store trying to buy something and has the only card.

Do not go to Costco expecting to be the only shopper. For a busy store, the aisles are large and the warehouse is nice and open so you dont have to wait long to get around. Im glad they started to Id the outside food. Since then the lines are not long. Great prices and quality items .

Pretty sure my entire family just got coronavirus from this place. Arent there laws in place to prevent how many people are allowed in a store? Ive been here twice (alone) since the pandemic started, and previously they were doing great, I felt very safe. Today, I went with my family thinking it would be the same procedure, but instead, found that they were literally letting EVERYONE in with no restrictions whatsoever. There was no social distancing at all. I should have left right away but you couldnt even turn around there were so many people!!! I asked a worker there and she said that they are no longer limiting how many people are allowed in the store. Explains why there was no line out front. I am absolutely livid at how poorly they are handling this!!!

One of the best Costco locations. With this gas station at good prices Anna car wash cant beat it. Checkout line smooth bass and there is a self checkout line also.

They carry very little of their own brands anymore like trail mixes, snacks and such. Almost no books either. Only thing good that they sell are their paper towels which are the best.

Great deals on almost everything...not so much on clothing, I can find better deals elsewhere. I like the free samples and outside food prices are incredible! DO NOT go on a weekend its too crowded and itll take u forever to find a parking.

I like going to Costco for the bulk items and organic whole milk. I especially love the chicken bakes they sale at the food court. My only gripe is that the aisles are not labeled and I dont go to Costco enough to have the aisles memorized. So I end up going through the whole store about 4 or times.

For me, costco is my one stop shop. I always find what I need at Costco Wholesale.

The selection always changes so you are guaranteed variety but might have to wait until your favorite TP comes back in stock. Excellent prices. You save in the long run but every trip is a big drain on your wallet. Well kept and clean as usual. If you want to check out quickly go right when it opens. .

This 1-star review relates to seeking a refund for an online order. It took two months of calling over and over again, each time being told that theyll fix it for me and get me my refund only to find out that Ive only been refunded for one of my two items. I write this as Im calling customer support again to seek a proper refund to get back the hundreds of dollars worth from my order. Mind you, I sought a refund for these items while they were at the warehouse. I never touched them and my money has been withheld from me all of this time. It shouldnt take months and countless hours (I am not overexaggerating sadly) and possibly countless more to get my money back. After this call I was told it would take another week to get me my full refund as they process it again. I can only wait and see as to what happens now. Hopefully, the story ends by next week as I asked to speak to the supervisor this time around. Frankly, this whole process has been absolutely ridiculous as my experience has been immensely regrettable.

Surprisingly, I found parking right away. Went earlier in the day, no wait or line to get in. Christmas items going fast, but still no kirland paper products nor wipes. But plenty of other goodies. Checked out with ease. All in all a successful trip.

Everything excellent at this store .One exception is Philippe, the optical department manager .He thinks he can take down customers at his likes .Make sure to avoid the optical when he is around .Told him the raybans were smaller on display than the one sold .He couldnt even see it, he had to dismantle the display pair with a screw driver to apply the lens on top of the sold one to finally trust me when he could have only measured it .He didnt even know there are different sizes .SO unprofessionnal and then he snaped at me and mocked me when I asked him to not mix up pairs .Guy is crazy or something else

Ive been to quite a few Costco locations around the country. I can honestly say that the layout just in the parking lot is very different than most locations. The gas station is behind the main building entrance. What I was surprised to see was a Costco Carwash. My main reason for visiting Costco today was to fill my tank. Having the latest upgrade at the pump, a sensor that lets the driver know what pump is open, very helpfuI. What surprised me was when I was given the option to prepay for the carwash at the pump.For someone unfamiliar with this location, I felt as if I was driving through a maze. First to find the gas station then to cross traffic to get to the carwash.I would give the high marks for my experience at the carwash. There was a line but it was moving. The attendant was informative, courteous, and patient. I would definitely come back next time Im in the area.As always, Costco is clean and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I love this place and I am executive member for more than 22 years.My wife had a very rude experience. She was talking with a person in front of her that someone was cutting the line. All the sudden the person control the return line and saying I am controlling the line, not you.It was very loud and rude. She complained to the general manager about the employee (Lorraine). The person behind her explained it to general manager that the employee(Lorraine)was rude, too. He apologized to her.Few days later, my wife went to Costco again and asked the employee the name. She covered her name badge and throw her hands out and saying Dont touch me Actually, she was touching my wife. I dont know the company like Costco does not train the employee?Her attitude is still the same like she is the Authority. She supposed to help customers to have pleasant and safe environment for shopping in this terrible time .

Love Costcos coupon book, and getting things on sale. I like to stock up on food and toiletries and etc so I dont have to go to the store that often especially during this Pandemic.

So I just discovered the best glasses deal in town. I wear glasses both distant and up close and each time my glasses cost a lot as my number is increasing every year. Costco has the best deal I got two pairs of glasses a pair of sunglasses and regular reading and distinction glasses for the price but I used to spend on a single pair of glasses.
