They stole my materials...Bought a large order from company and when placing a second order took over some material left from first project. Company agreed to give me credit for items and took items from me. A month later when my second order came in I was told that they would not be given me credit for Materials that I had handed over to them. I asked them to just return the items and I would do another project with them, since they dint give me credit. I was then told that my items were thrown out and they could not be returned. Customer service in my experience has been awful. I spoke to Aaron the manager about 2 months back and he has not returned my call to offer me any kind of explanation. If your thinking about vinyl do yourself a favor find someone else.

I am in the market for a vinyl patio cover. Being they are local I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They referred me to a contractor I called them and set up an appointment. The contractor was a no call no show.
