Called and spoke to customer service on 8/5 re: wheelchair for my mother. Faxed RX and all requested documents to them. No response. Called 8/6 and 8/7 leaving messages with customer service, someone will call me back immediately. Never happened. Called again 8/17, cant get past customer service whoever they are. Explained I have been waiting 10 days for a call back and no response. Someone will call me today. Hasnt happened. This company is the only one with a medicare contract so we are held hostage in doing business with them but they wont return calls. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I would give them negative stars if it was possible.
Used this location for a holiday in Santa Barbara in November 2015. The driver didnt get it delivered to the right house, but came back when I got ahold of them. They were all very accommodating and helpful. I will be using their service again in two weeks, and expect the same kind of customer service at that time.
I can see why this so-called professional company has a 2 star rating. They are Horrible at everything they do. They DO NOT UNDERSTAND the meaning of Customer Service. No call backs, for 1 year and 8 mths, have not received service. Took them 1 year, to let me know that a 3rd party had taken over my requesy for a cpap machine; yet, still no cpap machine, and no knowledge, whatsoever of yhe 3rd party cpmpany. RUN WHILE YOU CAN. SEEK A DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT YOU & YOUR HEALTH.
Spoke to a gentlemen named Gregory Very rude to me on the phone, told me (the customer) that I was in the wrong. This guy is the manager but acts like a complete idiot. Lincare is the worst company to deal with.
