I was going to put a 5 star stellar review about this vision clinic, until they decided to harass me about my physical health choices. I put on a mask and walked into their establishment, everything going pleasantly as it should until mid-exam the doctor, who until that point was very soft spoken and kind, decided to hound me about whether or not I had a Covid vaccine. How thoughtless to threaten a client telling her that her choice to take a vaccine or not may be her final choice in life. How dare you imply my death for not choosing the way you do. I will not be coming back to this clinic, your proffesionals need to learn this is none of their business and threatening others during a completely unrelated health visit will not retain clients for you.
The doctor was wonderful. He had a great manner and a soothing voice. He has extensive experience with eye issues with diabetes, so I was extremely pleased. He was exceptional with my teen daughter, as well.
This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had going to any type of doctor. The doctor was very open patient and kind and explained everything in a way we could understand. He put my son at ease and treated us like we were friends. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
From start to finish everyone was professional and courteous. I really enjoyed the demeanor of the doctor that helped me. He had old-school charm and explained everything perfectly. The woman that helped me pick out my frames was very helpful. Nema took the measurements for my progressive lens and finished the transaction. He explained all the options to me. I liked that the woman (sorry I didnt catch her name) that helped me with the frames also double checked the measurements. My glasses arrived in less than a week. Again the person that helped me (another nice woman), made sure they fit properly. I am especially pleased that the prescription and placement of the progressives was correct as that wasnt the case when I attempted to order a pair from another establishment and ultimately just kept my original glasses after two failed attempts. I will definitely be back to Walmart Optical in Ozark.
I had gotten a deep abrasion on my left eye yesterday morning. Having had bad experiences with doctors in the past, I tried to give it time to heal on its own; however, by yesterday afternoon, the pain had become so intense that I was nauseated and I was experiencing double vision in addition to extreme blurriness. I called Walmarts Vision Clinic and they were willing to see me right away.Without going into all of the medical details, the staff, Ms. Katrina Trickler and Dr. John Gray, are amazing! They are very friendly, kind, professional, and patient, and Dr. Gray possesses excellent demeanor and is quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to go to them again for myself, or for care for our children, if a need should ever arise. The cost of the visit and care was also substantially less than what had been quoted by another clinic I had contacted. Following Dr. Grays treatment, my eyesight is already nearly back to normal and the pain is almost completely gone.Praise God for rapid healing and an experienced and considerate doctor!
Eye doctor was super nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Got our glasses back in 5 days.
Well needless to say I was a long time customer with Walmart vision center and will no longer be going their, after this whole COVID pandemic. Terrible customer service from the lady in the vision center no compassion what so ever for their patients .
Very long wait to get in and see the eye doctor. I ran out of contacts so I can’t see and they would let me purchase one month worth till my Appointment. Terrible service.
Nema (spelling?) is the best employee they have. Ill go back just for his courtesy and service.
