Bought gas, after selecting regular, pumped automatically flipped to premium. Went in and the manager told me oh yeah, that happens all the time...nothing we can do about it. This is just bad business and a poor customer experience - one that is known - but literally nothing is done about. I would give zero starts if I could. Go to Kum and Go for better service, customer experience, service, and everything else.

Ive lived in Ozark for around 10 years and have used this station quite a few times.The last time I was there, 2 people were panhandling. They asked me for cash, and I declined. 1) It is dangerous to pull out your wallet in public in front of people you dont know 2) As a lady I am always on my guard when a man (even if he is with a woman) approaches me.As I was in line to pay for a drink, I watched as they hit up an elderly man who gave them some cash. I mentioned it to the cashier, and he said he knew them. I said something along the lines that they really shouldnt be out there at a gas station approaching people for money. He said he could see both sides. Im wondering if his employer would feel the same way?Im sorry, but allowing panhandlers to beg for money outside your establishment makes me feel less than safe and I wont be back. :(

I clean buildings at night and wanted to stop for gas at Murphy in Ozark on way between Galena and Ava and at 10:45pm they were closed. So much for having money on a walmart card for gas. I then have to figure how to get thru my night of buldings on little to no gas because the site said they were open till 11pm. Thanks alot for no service or update your website to reflect your true hours

Stopped for gas after picking up our new puppy and the puppy had had an accident in the carrier. They arent a full service they only sold drinks and snacks but the staff went above and beyond to get us some paper towels and items to clean up the mess.

They had the lowest priced diesel $2:54 in the area otherswere $2:59 & up

I always enjoy the lower priced gas rates at Murphy USA!!!! Now this place is always busy but never so busy you cant find a stall to pull your vehicle next to a pump! Ive found the pumps real close to the doors you can actually open the gas tank release, grab the nozzle, select what grade you want, push the pay attendant/pay inside and WA-LA your on your way to a quick finish, then running inside to pay! Skip that walking back and forth prepaying all the time! Another great bonus if you DO smoke cigarettes then purchase at least three of one kind!!! Oh yes instant savings means less money out of your pocket!!! Ohh yeah....no membership fees, sign up forms, just say three packs and watch how you walk out with more money in your pocket than other retailers that sell cigarettes!! Small building but BIG savings!! Oh and dont forget to grab your snacks, candy bars, chips, pop, beer, they carry it all plus lottery and scratcher tickets!!! I remember last summer I parked at Murphys over two hours!!! My friend and I got on a really fun winning spree playing scratcher tickets!! We had a blast!!! Now this doesnt happen ALL the time .....but most definitely a great time to drive off with a full tank of gas, three packs of smokes apiece, and our purses heavy because we had won!!! Go try your luck!!! You never know what good things might happen to you when you just pull in for that good grade of gas!! Cha-ching! He he he. Liz :)
