Mrs. Chong is the best. She is very helpful. This store is opening nicely and smoothly. Affordable food and coffee are available for purchase. Recomend to get some food from this store and eat it at the Pacifica Beach Park, 5 min away.

There’s a tall darker complexion gentleman either middle east or east Indian ethnicity who has tried to not give me proper change and is usually not in the best of moods and always has a bad attitude. Everyone else is there it’s always very nice and respectful.

I will tell you, from facility credit control business systems, carry plus credit cards to 7-11, conveniently.

Went there right now the lady Chinese worker got an attitude and yelling at the customers she yelled at me and told me not to come back there because I told her not to be rude to her customers. I work in retail and I deal with lots of people but dealing with customers with that attitude wont give you more customers you lose money instead gaining. I told her Im calling the owner and she said get out . Never recommending this 7/11 with everyone at the Pacifica pier EVER !

I found all the employees ok, some are pretty nice. LINDA However is the worst. I don’t know if she’s a racist or it’s just my family she doesn’t like but she never wants to help us. She’s always out of change (she won’t take anything more than a $20) or out of whatever I need when I show up. Even whenever any of my little sisters go, they always come back annoyed because she gives them attitude. Someone really needs to get rid of her because she is an awful employee. I never leave there satisfied when she’s working.

Nasty the employees are very lazy and very rude. The lady employee was texting instead of helping. If you hate youre job, please quit. We dont need youre negative energy. Store was dirty. Please clean more and be more respectful. Store needs new management.

Me and my mom walked from or rv at Pacifica pier to get ice when we got there it is dirty stink of old building lady I wont post her name but Im reporting you to a manager. She was very ugly with my mom cuz she didnt want to give change for 100 Bill Im not happy she dont need to work in customer sevese

Average 7-11. Conveniently close to the beach.

Its the standard 7-11 experience, except twice as cramped as normal.I found it odd that they charge twenty-five cents for plastic bags.

The customer service is the absolute worst Ive ever seen . I used to have a 7-Eleven myself many years ago and if I ever had a employee that treated customers like the two ladies at 7-Eleven they would be fired in a heartbeat the most rude hateful awful people Ive ever met in my life.
