Consistently poor service. I have one doctor that keeps calling prescriptions in here, no matter how many times I tell him to send them elsewhere. I always call CVS and ask if I can pick it up at a certain time, and am always told sure, well have it ready. And EVERY SINGLE TIME when I show up they have not even begun.Today, same deal, they hadnt even started on it. And after an hour wait, the young lady goes to check me out, and it isnt even the right Rx!. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for her to go back and do it correctly.I know every business gets busy, has staff shortages, etc. But it is every...single....time with this place. At some point, it is less about a bad day and more about poor management/processes.

The store was big, clean and well stocked. The Pharmacy crew including the Pharmacists was friendly, kind, and refilled my out of state refill. Excellent service as always. Thanks!

Really enjoy visiting this CVS because of the location and thought it would be easier to get prescriptions filled here. But, finding like other reviewers the pharmacy is a little tough to handle. The pharmacists seem really right on and have had some nice experiences with them. On the other hand, a few pharmacy techs really lack in customer care and unfortunately today was no exception and involved the pharmacist on duty.I have had to deal with Samantha a few times and each time was not the best.... her abrupt customer care today was uncalled for. Without an explanation as to why, a prescription cant be discussed at pick up and only drop off. She repeatedly tells me GO TO DROP OFF TO GET A PRESCRIPTION REFILL!! After, I have already requested to get the prescriptions refilled and wanted to know if I picked them up. No explanation that the computer at pick up is payment only..... that was never mentioned. Basically, blowing off the customer.Also forgetting to tell the pharmacist that the prescription I picked up was a new prescription.... meaning a counsel at the time of payment, didnt happen. This led to the pharmacist calling me to talk about the prescription over the phone....and she did remind me she was talking to me at the counter earlier, not regarding my prescription though.The callback was a CYA moment for the pharmacist and she did mention that. And, asking questions of my medical care pertinent to my history for my own physician to take care of, not a pharmacist. She is not a practicing physician and is not licensed to do so.... the questions were becoming obtrusive and the pharmacist was delighted in prying for further information, reminding me she was a Dr. of Pharmacy.As mentioned she is not licensed as a practicing physician and needs to be careful, CYA with phone calls doesnt always resolve the problem.

Nothing good to say. This location does not answer their phone and only gave me 1/2 of my prescription really. I have been on hold for over an hour with the store and their corporate is just as bad.

The stag was friendly and knowledgeable as I had brought my son to receive immunizations for school. The pharmacy Dr. that attended to my sons shots was awesome. My son was laughing hysterically until the moment the needle touched his flesh. The he let out a blessed bloodcurdling howl as the microchip implanted itself in his small body. What a great Dr. Id highly recommend him. Also the nurse was hot.

Store needs a face-lift, seems dirty. Pharmacy always seems to have a problem with my insurance going thru until I point out how they are billing wrong, than everything magically works. Funny how that happens. Better than Wal-Mart I guess.

I just called to get some info was told well be with you shortly back on hold for ten minutes. Then they came back said nothing and hung up on me. So I called again.. same story.. on hold this time 15 minutes and then yep hung up on again. So I called again a 3rd time I was on hold then hung up on. I can only imagine how many people this is happening to if it happened 3 times in a row to me

I shop here all the they’re very friendly here it was different today. I was asked what was in my pockets so outwardly by one of the clerks and I showed her it was my phone. New lady working there needs to work on her customer skills. The other lady working there is really nice and patient though. Always greets us when we come in.

My wife and I were staying on the Strip but spent the day in Death Valley. When we were coming back from the day trip we stopped at a gas station to use the restroom. Theirs was closed and the lady told us to go to CVS or Walmart. Well, CVS was next door and my wife is pregnant so we went to CVS. We had intended on buying a few items we had been needing but didn’t want to buy from a store on the strip. While my wife was waiting for me, the older lady working there was very rude to her and acted like she was some terrible person, assuming we weren’t going to buy anything. Of course we didn’t. Not after that attitude. Then she gave us a terrible look as we walked out. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and I will be writing the corporate office about this. We did nothing to deserve her attitude, and if she would have just done her job instead of gotten all up in our business, we would have bought something. And, by saying she should just do her job, I mean cleaning the bathrooms. They were pretty messy and the woman’s, my wife informed me, had blood or poop smeared on both toilets.

I use CVS for my pharmacy for the most part they get it right, but then they loose it from time to time, it seems to be the norm these days.Ill stick with them .. great staff!!!

Ive never had a problem with CVS. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and well organized. I will never use Smiths Pharmacy ever again! Smiths always messes my prescriptions up. To top it all off they will lie to you if they screw a prescription up and make you feel like it was your fault. When in actuality, their carelessness is what messed it up in the first place. Bottom line, CVS is the Pharmacy to use if youre looking for friendly, reliable, fast, and knowledgeable people to take care of your Pharmaceutical needs.

Ive usually had a pretty decent experience with the pharmacy here but when I just called up there to get some information regarding my prescription, the woman I spoke with (Beverly), was very rude. I misunderstood her and because I had her repeat herself, she snapped at me with attitude saying, like I said.... She made me feel belittled, dumb and uncomfortable. Im not sure if she was just having a bad day or if this is normal behavior, but her customer service skills could definitely use some work.

I have been using cvs pharmacy for about 15 years. Have dealt with probably 10 different stores. This location puts out the worst service I have had at any CVS. No matter how many people are working, the waits are invariably long. Simple solution - hire more people. I get notices that prescriptions are ready only to show up and be told they are in process. Then Im told the issue is corporate and theyve been trying to fix it for 2 months. I dont believe the problem is IT related anymore since this has been going on for at least 6 months now. The problems at this pharmacy are GLARING. It seems the staff is working their butt off. Management above them is glaringly ignorant about how to fix these issues or they would already be addressed. Gonna have to move my business to a different chain. Pretty sad actually since you can tell they are making a fortune at this location just from sheer volume. Hate to leave them but they are just wasting too much of my time and causing too many return trips.

The CVS Pharmacy in Pahrump has gone down hill the last couple of months. The are a week behind filling prescriptions and today 09NOV18 could not get a hold of them at all. Goes to their hold, dont even pickup to ask to hold. Holding for hours at a time. When call the store itself, said they are very short staff and the is very long. That theyve been getting a lot of complain about them lately.

There’s something wrong with the pharmacy because my prescriptions are never there even though the doctor calls it in and says they been sent multiple times and cvs still hasn’t received it. Switching from cvs to Walgreens.

I hav called this place many times an told yes we will hav both scripts ready an again this week I called twice to make sure they had both an they would be ready an again they say one or the other refills is out when my doctor calls in both at the same time then the Pharmacist gets rude when I try to explain what happened an the doctor calls them both at the same time so I guess Ill just switch from CVS to Walgreens

Ever since the former pharmacist left, wait times have been horrendous. It is not uncommon to wait more than 10 minutes on the phone to call in a prescription. I like CVS because it’s typically not too busy and they are quick at the window. Again, since the prior pharmacist left, wait times at the window have been ridiculous. Sometimes I will be the only car in line and wait several minutes before someone acknowledges me. I am very unhappy with the service over the last few months. I dislike Walgreens even more so I think it’s time to take my business to Walmart or Smith’s.

I only use CVS. They know me by name...they are polite and give proper attention to patients and they always make getting you taken care of a priorety where as other pharmacies often give additude and rude brush offs when you are in a hurry to get meds filled.

The only reason I gave any stars to this pharmacy is because of Kayla the pharmacist and a few of the girls. As far as Stephanie she is rude and so disrespectful everything you ask her she gives you a attuide. I don’t know why she still works there but I will be calling corporate.poor kayla can’t fill anything without patti permission then patti obviously has her favorites she caters too she is also snobby and never has anything ready when your told it will be ready. I tried for months to let it slide but today was my tipping point. DON’T go to this pharmacy. they think their doctors not just ppl who fill pills.

They have consistently lost Rx called in by my Dr and tried to blame it on more than one doctor office or the system but the Rx was telephoned in. I am waiting a week now since I saw my Dr. Its also happening to a lot of others Ive seen as I stood there trying to sort mine. Hold times are 34+ minutes no answer. Pick up line can be an hour lots of people leave. Ive been a CVS customer for decades but unfortunately need to leave. The drugs I am waiting for are serious enough but if I needed something to keep me out of the hospital, catastrophe. There is a serious problem with their system but its human. She refuses to consider a mistake on their side but tells each customer the same false excuses. I also saw them dispense someones drug to the wrong person. Shut this place down before someone dies.
