I have installed 12 Architech style windows over an 3 yr period and have been very satisfied. One of the first windows, and it is a larger one, was having trouble opening. I called and they sent John to do the repair. Although the appointment was scheduled a week out, he was within the two hour time window. He was efficient, knew what he was doing, and had the repair done in less than ten minutes. I will be buying more Accolade Doors & Windows in the near future.
