This is a review for Chloe & Claire Company in Palestine TX. Its not very often that I review a company. Its got to be either really bad or really good. Unfortunately in this case, its really bad! I really dont like saying anything negative ever but theyve left me no choice.I ordered several t-shirts from this company several weeks ago (3 that they offer and 1 custom). It took over 3 weeks to receive my order which initially was fine because they explained it was because I had a custom design. However, I received only 3 of the shirts I ordered and the custom shirt was no included. Of course, at this point it shows my order as delivered and satisfied.I reached out to the company as I had been communicating with them previously through FB messenger and they were extremely rude. They actually had another person from FB (not associated with their company) sending me messages on messenger about the fact that I was unhappy. After I told them how unprofessional that was, they blocked me so they could no longer receive my communications about the rest of my order.I have now sent multiple emails with no response and remain blocked from getting in contact with them. This is honestly the most unprofessional I have ever been treated. Especially after supporting a small business with a decent sized order. Alexandria Hardy was rude, inappropriately having other people reach out to me on messenger on her behalf and now refuses to satisfy the rest of my order that they have been fully compensated for.They have some decent reviews but Im pretty sure theyre all from friends. If you see this company pop up for t-shirts I would steer clear.Had this not have happened, I wouldnt have even complained about the extremely low quality of shirts.Live and learn I guess. Thank you Chloe & Claire Company for teaching me the valuable lesson of doing more research before ordering from and trying to support a small business. I wish you would have worked this out with me professionally.

Incredible shop with terrific customer service! Eclectic stock & great guidance from the staff for gifts. Im a guy & absolutely shopping but the ladies here made it an easy fun experience. Go check them out.

Local custom t shirt store. That can put any funny saying on any shirt. They have tons of wonderful gift ideas for anyone in your family. Highly recommend 👌 5 stars.
