There was absolutely no selection for women. I was disappointed because i shop at hibbetts all around the DFW area. Waste if time stopping by there.

The phones don’t work at the store drove from Jacksonville there they didn’t have the shoes I was looking far the selection is subpar so I ordered my shoes hope I can get a call from that store when my shoes make it in

Employees were attentive. Like many places right now inventory in what I wanted was out of stock but not the stores fault. Customer came in without a mask and was asked to leave of no mask. Employees were assertive but kind about it

Manager was raised her voice at my son and was really rude like she was his mother. She wouldn’t give h what he wanted I think out of spite. As we left unhappy she proceeded to talk about him and how ungrateful he was and how she is tired of kids like him. My son battles with suicidal depression and it’s not anyone’s business to tell a kid no matter what anything. He is also 13 and no one should to speak to anyone like that you don’t know. Know your place!! I have 3 boys from 16-12 and I will never buy another thing from here. I will drive to Tyler. Thanks for helping.

Over priced and never have any sizes we need.

I stopped here to look for school shoes for my children. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. They took the time to help me understand how all the back to school sales worked. Not only did I leave with everything I needed, but I also left with a pair of shoes for myself too. Im a very satisfied customer!

It was great i had great help from one of the male worokers and i would like it if the store could get uptodate on the shoes and start getting bigger shoe sizes because alot of people have shoe sizes13+ but other than that my eperiance was awsomw and i would come back if they had my shoe size, sadly they dont.
