We did pick up. As always an awesome experience. Employees were friendly and took care of business. Just wish they would have put the chips on top. The shoppers did a great job at picking out my veggies 😀

I used their pickup service yesterday and purchased 2 packages of ribeye steak, each package having 2 steaks for the 4th of July weekend. I pulled them out to marinate them today, and one package was rotten. You could smell it without opening it. My Grocery delivery lady deserves 5 stars for service, but whoever pulled the meat - Do Better!

I went in for groceries and I was so impressed by the way I was treated by employees who were stocking the shelves.Store was probably the cleanest Walmart I have ever been in.Their produce was exceptional.I will definitely shop there again.

This rating is for curb side pick up. Has ANYONE ever been able to use this service? If you try and order online the website says All the time slots are full all day. If you go to Walmart there is NOT ONE car in the curbside pickup area. And you wonder why Walmart is the number 1 public place people catch covid.

Went through drive through and was greated by outside server, that was very kind. After he took my order it wasnt long before I received it at the window. Good and fast service.

As usual, many items that I was there for were out of stock. Everything has increased in price by about a dollar and then small sized options were scarce but I do prefer this store over many others I have been to. The clerks are nice, store is clean and in order.

Clerk at the automotive center all but refused to check us out, finding every reason to check out any other customers despite our long wait. Had to go to the Garden Center as well just to avoid being stuck in the store another 30 min after finally having a tire changed just to pay for the rest of our items, but at least the clerk there was friendly and quicker.

Love the Walmart pick up.The main thing that’s bothersome is no cashiers at all to even to the point the lines are backed up at self-checkout and even then the ones running it are checking someone out at their tiny register. They are hard workers though and very much appreciated.

So many great things thank God all in one spot can spend whole day in store. Great place to shop.🥰🥰🥰❤❤

Not enough cashier that pay your self is not good with covid 19 people touch an theres no one to sanitize or clean after another person one time in Jacksonville i saw them really dirty i think thats why covid was really high in Jacksonville Walmart so i dont go there not sanitary people with covid can go an touch the screen than you go an than u have roooonaaaaaaa😡

Its always a good visit when I go to Walmart here in Palestine Texas. Its always clean, the bathroom and the rest of the place is always clean and the staffing is always courteous.

The associates at the Walmart store in Palestine Texas are courteous,friendly and polite. But there best quality is there willingness to help along with respect.

Rarely will a human answer the store telephone anymore. That being saidIve seen some fantastic improvements in the store and its making everything.your looking for so much easier to find.

Its impossible to get an handicapped parking spot. When I finally did get a spot I observed numerous customers using the handicapped spot. When I asked them about parking in them, they said why should I care Walmart dont report it so they must not care either.

When is this location going to stop pretending that covid is still a thing and get back to normal hours of operation? Last I checked, Texas opened up 100% on March 10th.... we don’t need Walmart looking out for our well-being by closing down at 11:00pm. The mad rush on toilet paper has been over for a year... you don’t need to close 8 hours every day to restock the shelves.... you just need to count your money and keep an eye on your bottom line. So please, just open up already....

Friendly staff, always clean and still offering hand sanitizer/wipes at the door, all employees are optionally wearing their masks but its still safe to say they still want to practice covid safety guidelines.

I give them at 2 Walmart needs to work with their employees especially the cashier they need to smile more and talk more with the with the customer from the Deases family.

The works are not much help they just dont care!

Bought a 6.5 rifle, and it was a quick and easy experience. Way better than. What I thought it was going to be. The store manager was very prompt and professional. And the guy and woman working in the sporting good department on 3-15-21 around 4pm need a raise. Exceeded my expectations and what I hope walmart as a whole would expect from their employees. Pharmacy is AMAZING - in particular Joe. The drug I am on has been in short supply due to COVID. Although I live far from Palestine, Joe had the drug and was able to transfer my prescription and mail it to me. This is ABOVE AND BEYOND and I recognize his effort. Thank you for taking care of me Joe.

I am new to Texas and did my research about what fishing license is need for crabbing and claiming but still had a few questions to make sure I purchased the right thing so I contacted the sporting goods and John tells me he doesnt know anything about it and would have to call fish and wildlife! If you are in sporting goods shouldnt you know about a fishing license? I called back spoke to the lady who transfers you to the departments and when she told me to hold I was disconnected! Customer service is awful and they need better training!

Its a Walmart store, what can I say. The main thing going for it is its associates. Shelves are empty too much. I blame Bentonville NOT the store manager. I dont go to any of the stores in Tyler where are three supercenters and at least one market place if it is still there.

I visited the automotive to have a tire repaired. Turned out it was under warranty and replaced for free. Mike was very very helpful and professional keep up the great work guys. All of the employees were very attentive and went above and beyond.

Its a Wal-Mart. Has stuff you may or may not need, some decent deals, and alright employees.

The employees at the front door ignore people dont even great people anymore when they enter the store.

As if I didnt notice her coincidentally shopping on the same Isle as myself for 10mins, I was followed the tue self check out and the poss prevention employee checked out with 1-2 items at the register directly beside me. I am disappointed and disgusted if you may know Walmart being you recommenced i leave feedback about a local visit. I have not and will not return. I will now drive to Jacksonville even if its a basic need that I must purchase.

On calls with both the customer service and the operators, the employees were very rude. I kept getting transferred to the wrong people, and whoever would pick up would treat me like an idiot. Id hate to actually have to ask an employee here for help.

Walmart is the heart of our little city.

Customer service is great but items are limited and I cant get want need most of the time. Im grateful they have this service in our area, but Wal-Mart the company as always is lacking.

Newly remodeled makes finding things difficult but the store is much nicer and cleaner. Employees could use a tune up but self check out almost fixes that problem.
