Very sweet people. Awesome place to study and grab coffee with someone. Porch nights with bands and entertainers are one of my favorite things in the town to do!

I have been here about 3 or 4 times to get work done. The environment is quiet (but not too quiet-a good amount of white noise). The barista is constantly cleaning & wiping down surfaces. The drinks are well prepared. The outdoor patio/porch is spacious and perfect for getting work done.(My only note about the patio: there is a cat that roams around outside. I have a severe cat allergy and have found the chairs & tables are covered in cat dander/hair, and therefore cannot work outside without wiping down all the surfaces Im going to touch.)

Love the personal customer service....pull up and they know what I like to drink and they are always smiling and super polite!

I love to go in Cream and Coffee!! It smells do good as you enter and you are greeted with a smile and hello. Their coffees, drinks, etc are all top-notch yummy. I would recommend to everyone!

They were quick and efficient. The coffee had a after taste like Starbucks does and its not piping hit like I like. I am glad there is another coffee option other than a stupid Starbucks so I will ALWAYS stop here when passing through.

Good sized quiet, cozy, nicely furnished place to sip on some coffee/tea with a few things to eat if you want to. Staff is friendly and courteous and fast service. Clean shop with an outside area to sit if you prefer. WAAAAAY better than Starbucks.

This is a beautiful little shop, and their coffee is delicious and reasonably priced. They have nice outdoor and indoor sitting areas. This is a great place to go do homework or just relax!

Fast friendly customer service. Moderate pricing. Great selection of products to choose from. I ordered a creamsicle blended drink and all I can say is wow.... it was amazing. Brought back so many wonderful childhood memories of the local ice cream truck. A definite must try in my opinion.

I love going to cream and coffee. The baristas are always welcoming and the coffee is always great. I would recommend anyone to visit this place.It can be a little cold sometimes, so if you plan on staying to work or study, bring a jacket.

LOVE the atmosphere. Such a cute setup with comfy and intimate seating. It was the perfect setting to sit and catch up with friends. Super friendly employees, too. Gave it 4 stars, bc the smoothie was very ok. It definitely wasnt bad, but didnt taste as fresh as many chain smoothie joints Ive been to like Smoothie King.

Friendly service, delicious gelato ice cream that is on par with the Italian ice cream I enjoyed in Germany. Enjoyed the Mexican cappuccino and so many other choices. Its not cheap there but the quality and taste make it worth it. Cozy inside, European outside seating too. Now if they served cakes and pies it would be a perfect experience!

The workers are great and the atmosphere is nice. We visited twice but the drinks were a little too sweet for us. I was kind of bummed they only offered oatmeal and biscotti so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast for our kiddos :/

One of the best lattes Ive had. Tried some gelato as well, it was great. Restroom was clean. Staff very friendly; has a great patio for those who want to sit outdoors.

More than disappointed...I Paid almost $4 for a Cherry Cola and took with me...lid was loose and it was flat and half gone when I got back to Tyler, was not opened at all. Customer service was non existent.
