This little hidden gem next to an Ice house and Dollar General, you would never have guessed held so much chic and peaceful hospitality. The coffee was delicious and so was the food. She recommended me the butterscotch house favorite coffee which u could have hot or cold, then she sold me with the soup of the day by showing me what it looked like. She was a good and enthusiastic seller because right as we walked in and started looking at the menu she recommended them off the bat, it was almost hard to focus on the menu because she was describing them and showing it off. But Im glad I listened to her recommendations because they were perfect for us. The soup that we got our daughter was so good my boyfriend bought one for himself. We originally came for the crepes and we were not disappointed with those either. This place was AMAZING! 🥰 Also, please note, there is only one staff member that works here; so have patience because it is all worth the wait.

Super clean place! I’ve only had one coffee here - White Chocolate Mocha. Wasn’t crazy about it...very nutty flavor but mostly tasted like steamed milk. $5.99 for 12 oz cup. Looking forward to trying the crepes soon.

We had a great experience! The frappe was great and the strawberry and cream crepe was divine. The service was very good. She was very helpful and friendly. The interior was decorated very well. I was very impressed.

What can I say, being a well traveled musician I look for quality.This quaint little place does not disappoint, friendly staff and the food was excellent.You must try the crepes...if I close my eyes it reminds me of New York or the “mom and pop” places all around Europe. Everything about this place is quality, even down to the decor.

A wonderful place to go for breakfast/brunch! I got 2 coffees, 1 smoothie, and a strawberry Nutella cream crepe. Coffee wasn’t too sweet, but I also don’t like diabetes in coffee so it was perfect for me. Smoothie was great. Crepe was so delicious and creamy. Prices were average, not crazy expensive. Great place for a quiet and chill environment.

Amazing coffee and crepe combinations. They have so many flavors for lattes (I ordered a lavender latte, it was tremendous). The owner is very friendly and passionate about offering the highest quality products and customer service. We will definitely be stopping by again!

I was in the area and just by chance stopped to see if this place was open. It was kinda early the “open” sign was not on. As luck would have it, they were. I got to talk to Dara the owner and she was extremely nice. This place just opened within the past few days (about 10/9/2020)She gave a few recommendations for her specialties. I ended up getting a Palastine Piney Woods Latte and the Sausage and Gravy Crepe.The Palestine Piney Woods has a hint of hickory smokiness to it. Mine wasn’t too sweet like some flavored drinks are. It was very good.The Sausage and Gravy Crepe was good ad well. He gravy is very creamy. The sausage was cooked just right as well. Not over cooked. I have eaten crepes in Europe and the crepe I had was comparable to what I have had there.I would recommend that you stop by and enjoy a cup of coffee and grab a crepe.Thanks Dara for conversation about coffee and food! I like to hear about the origins of coffee, the machines the brew/press it and the experiences that people have in making recipes.

The best cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time - and I drink a lot of coffee!! The crepes were delicious and everything is fresh and the best! We dined in - the space is clean and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough - if I’m ever in the area again I will be back!

I usually don’t leave my name on a review- I actually never leave a review - Mac Redding here to say that this is definitely the best coffee not only in Palestine but anywhere I’ve been in a long time.I’m from Houston and I’ve had lots of great coffee there, but I’m a big fan Crepes and Coffee! What a clean and peaceful place. We both got sausage gravy crepes. They were very good. The sausage had very good flavor and crepes were really tender. Our drinks were quite good as well.

In town from Dallas and this coffee shop is as good as any if not better! Amazing coffee and food and an even nicer owner—she’s very kind and truly cares about people and her customers. This will definitely be the only coffee shop I visit when I’m here again.

Best Coffee in customer service in Texas, in my many years of traveling through Route 66 have been to many places and being a California native I just can’t tell you enough how many coffee houses /shops there is in this industry but by far this coffee shop here in the middle of no where is by far the best and the staff is amazing and so friendly! This town is a little clique and the business are to but here you don’t find that your treated with respect and with the warmest welcome. There desert and coffee is just unremarkable

It was like almost teleportation! Delicious European menu! Very clean place, very welcoming owner, she is great cook ( telling you as a great cook myself). All her food from scratch, crapes & quiche super tasty, they exactly like from France ! Variety of quality coffee and delicious Harney & Sons tea. WOW! Highly recommend!

OMG the crepes are so delicious my husband love the strawberry/banana they’re so creamy and yummy I could not stop eating them, I tried the chicken with spinach and it was so delicious as well. The place is so cozy to have a romantic or relaxing time with your significant other, Or with friends. The owner is very kind, she makes me feel welcome when she speak to me in Spanish, the blueberry smoothie with Almond milk was so delicious as well as the mango 🥭 one. Came to Palestine for business and found this little business on google. These are the best crepes I’ve ever had and they’re made right from scratch in front of you. I’ve been here three times during my stay because I can’t just get enough of them, they’re delicious! If you’re in Palestine, please visit this restaurant. You will not be disappointed

Outstanding place!!It’s a great atmosphere, really nice staff and outstanding food!I’ve tried the apple pie crepes (Made from scratch y’all) as well as the sausage & gravy which is to die for. I’ll for sure be back for a coffee at some point.From the sound of it, the majority if not all of the food offered here is fresh and can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu.

Omg I’ve been dying for them to open. Being of danish decent crepes are my favorite thing ever. My mom calls them Swedish pancakes. They had the most amazing cream cheese filling and whipped cream topping with strawberries. I couldn’t stop eating. Yes it was busy. Yes there was a wait. Yes the staff seemed overwhelmed but it was worth every minute. Every delicious bite. Their coffee was amazing as well. I’m not a huge coffee drinker but when I do drink coffee I enjoy a bold roast full of flavor.Hands down this is a winner in Palestine.

Wonderful new place to eat breakfast in Palestine. They make the crepes and coffee right in front of you so you know it’s all homemade and fresh. The Apple Cinnamon Crepes are delicious!
