Prices on hair products is too expensive.

Unkind. I just saw an elderly woman who made a purchase be refused the use of the restroom. If you dont mind giving your money to unempathetic people, this place is for you. If you love others as you love yourself, consider shopping elsewhere.

This store is so humongous and so many cool stuffs there. Owner was so kind and knowledgeable.

They have this no refund no exchange policy but I went in for these eye lashes that I had been wanting and I found them there 3.99 each and the Hispanic lady gives me the wrong number that I asked for ! I didn’t realize till I left the store I try to go back the next day he won’t allow me to exchange the eye lashes that SHE gave me the wrong number for ! I am from Houston and this is bs that it’s only one of these beauty supply stores around here ! There is another beauty supply in Palestine downtown she has a lot of hair if only she had as much as them I would only go to that beauty supply !
