Great staff and always things on shvleves

Krogers has majority of the things I need. I love to stop by here to check on their limited edition Oreos! They are always up to date. Im happy that its friendly here as well!

This kroger is smaller but still has everything you need. They always have good sales on meats. The layout is okay. The only thing really bad is this store is so old, and the parking lot can be cramped during busy times. The employees are friendly and willing to help.

I drive from Jacksonville for several products that Kroger offers that our Walmart does not offer.

This store used to great, now it is absolutely terrible. They advertise products they don;t carry and the customer service is the worst I have experienced in a long time, rude, uncaring, and not there for the customer. Especially the blonde lady.Just a shame how much this store has degraded.

I love the sale and the meat department here.

Kroger has everything I need, the personnel are helpful and efficient. Shopping there is not a chore as it is in other grocery stores.

Employees are very helpful and sincere. They are always very helpful. Produce is fresh. Their prices are competitive with other local businesses

Store is not always clean or well stocked. Staff is friendly and prices are great. Kroger store brand products are the best quality of any other store brand especially the private selection. They have the best variety of ethnic reviews.

The only drawback is distance.

I have never had bad service here. I love my Palestine Kroger!

Well lets start off with Im the district manager for a local newspaper for this area and I deliver papers to this store and they have a overnight manger that is very, discriminative towards people by saying hell have people put in jail by just the way they look.... I tryed to explain to him how my complaint process works and was going to offer my phone number to being I handle all the complaints for this area.... Well he began to say if something keep going he was going to have me put in jail again and I asked again and he said yes again and by the way you look youve been there many times.... Minding you I have tattoos and dread locks and Im also native American and what he meant by that you be the judge I know how I took it all this over trying to deliver my nightly newspaper to their store....THIS MANGER IN QUESTION IS NAMED JASON.... and for the rest of the staff their great the store manager seems to be responding to the complaints about the store and the staff but I think the overnight staff takes her for granted and only listens for a short time.... As for the day shift I can not write about being I only deal with the night crew....

A real good place to go and shop and enjoy yourself also. The associates are so friendly and helpfulThey welcome you as a family, the main reason? The food is so cheap, then others. This is the family store.

Good for grocery shopping or a quick trip to pick up a couple of things. Definitely has busy times of the day.

They are rearranging the frozen food section but it was good shopping.

I can find products here that I cant find anywhere else in town. Also the staff are most often very friendly and willing you help when you need them.

I have shopped at Krogers for groceries & medications and had great services .

Custoner service was good. Was suprised by how big it was. Had everything i needed for a small town

Good place to get groceries. Usually has good sales. The only downside is there is always long lines to check out.

Really like shopping there but recently theyve been opening only a couple 15 items or less express lanes and the self check out kiosks. The kiosks are miserable to use if you are actually buying all your groceries there because it takes forever and is a hassle. You can fill the 4 bags then remove them and wait for someone to come and unfreeze your computer so you can scan more items. Awful with a lot of groceries! I really like their selection but just cant deal with that again.

My experience with Krogers was a mess.... They had pizza 10 for 10 they put the pizza under the wrong sign and they would not make it good they did not have no Krogers pizza left so they just put another brand in there that is totally wrong for yall to do that that is what yall call false advertisement and plus scamming people to buy something else that they didnt want to buy...the cashier would not make it right then the Halloween candy 70% off but it was ringing up 50% off the cashier would not even make that good Krogers in Palestine Texas needs to straighten up their act and get it together.... Krogers in Palestine Texas is got a bad habit of doing that a lot of people dont catch it because when it rings up it rings up for a higher price that is not right Krogers....I am so tired of going into your store in Palestine Texas and have to deal with this the cashier wouldnt even call the manager to the cash year just straighten out this problem parently yall are hiring young teenagers that dont know what theyre doing or what theyre dealing with when it comes to people she standing there with the zombie look on her face like you want to buy it or put it back so wrong... Maybe the supervisor needs to go into that store and look on the shelves on every merchandise and see if its on the right shelf for not in the right spot this happens all the time and Im sick of it very unhappy customer

Overall the experience was ok, but they need to train their baggers how to bag, you dont put onions on top of grapes and potato chips in with 3 bottles of kraft dressing.

The store is dirty, old, need alot work. Needs really updated. The parking is ridiculously awful. It is closer to where I live but most of the time Ill drive across town to Walmart or Brookshires. Unless Kroger has a good sale on meat.

The atmosphere is a lot more relaxing, than the wal**rt stores, the produce, seems fresher, and a lot more variety, I like the savings you get with the Kroger card. And the employees seem to help the customers when they see one needing help.

Need a bigger store...so crowded and everyone is crammed in. Customers and workers seemed miserable.

As Ive stated earlier this is perhaps the worst Krogers in the entire state of Texas and management could care less the employees have no knowledge of what theyre doing in fact this appears to be a Dumping Ground for their management staff and its been that way for the past 15 or 20 years
