Awesome customer service! I went to Advance Auto parts and they were not helpful at all. The Ford dealership told me to go to Napa and they were right. Greg was very helpful and saved me a lot of money and thanks to him our truck is up and running again, thanks a bunch!!

I always get my parts at Napa auto parts. My mechanic at dodge dealer says they have the best parts. So I buy the parts and take them to dealer and my mechanic to have them installed. He says parts they have are cheaply made from a local auto parts store. Can you imagine that. Go figure!!! They will help you with what ever you need. Go see them, your car will last longer for it.

I was replacing the fuel pump in my friends car in the parking lot across the street. I got there 10 min before close. The rep there was by himself closing up. He dropped what he was doing. Got the parts,fast. Thanks.The fuel pump manufacturer did not include the high pressure fuel line sealing rings. That almost fouled me up.

I needed a starter for an old Ford tractor. I called and spoke to Paul.He was very courteous and helpful in locating the correct starter. He spent time making sure it was the right one. Service for a difficult application like mine is hard to find. Fantastic job!!

I love NAPA parts and NAPA stores. they parts last longer. for example their breaks shoes last my car in excellent conditions 8000 miles. The staff is very helpful in Titusville or Cocoa store. Today my starter failed in Titusvlle, Florida. I drove all the way to NAPA Palm Bay to buy a starter. I drove thru more than 15 part store like Advanced, Oraley and Auto Zone just to get my Starter from NAPA because I am confident on NAPA parts.

No help! Walked in needing a battery for my key fob Guy asks me what size, like I would know Then tells me to open it to find out, not helpful! He just watched as I struggled to figure that out. I left and said guess Ill have to research that. No help!! No one was in the store so it wasnt like it was busy!!
