The power button on my phone was malfunctioning do I brought it to the store. Chase of Cricket of Babcock welcomed me in, analyzed my phone, patiently explained what was going on with my phone, provided various options, and miraculously my phone started working!!! I am sooooo ecstatic!!! He made my day!!!

Chase told me on the phone to bring in my phone that was not working correctly and he would fix me up. I brought 5 previous Cricket phones in. That I could not get working and he picked out one and got it working fine. Thanks Chase, I will be back

I stopped in to see about getting assistance with activating my phone. I had purchased two phones that were not supported by the carrier (note: if its not on the Cricket website, probably best not to purchase it...) Jazzmyn Hickman was a huge help in helping me select a phone that was closest to what I was wanting (a Samsung A52) with an LGK92 phone. I was able to purchase it and get it activated immediately and Ms. Hickman even helped me to set up most of what we could in the store by putting my phone in its new case and applying the screen protector also. She was very friendly and eager to help and she also multi-tasked and assisted other customers with their concerns as well while and still help me with my needs. Thank you for a positive experience with getting a new phone and activating it all in one shot. Its definitely worth the trip to the store for VIP customer service.

I called and asked about an Iphone 12 & was quoted a price with accessories 676.00 out the door. I went to purchase the phone for my daughter and was charged 961.04. Hmmm perhaps it may be called false advertising

We bought a phone 9 days ago and the phone we chose they recommended to us. Weve had nothing but problems. Went back to talk to someone and got Tyler and he basicly said he couldnt help us. Tyler literally gave us the run around. Waited for someone to call and guess what no one called. Now its Tuesday went in store and guess what no one could help us again. Was told they contacted there manager and still no response. I would never purchase a phone here again.

JD and Will did an amazing job replacing my lost phone. Both are great salesmen, in part because they educate the customer, and are interested in helping people. I do not plan to do business with anyone else. Recommended without reservation. Great job gentlemen.

The store manager was very nice and helpful. Then after spending $600.00 upgrading our 4 phones. We had trouble with all 4 sims cards. They had to be replaced. My phone calls were still going to my old phone. He placed my photos extra memory card in the wrong phone. And could not attach the screen protectors that came with the cases we purchased. So he promised us 4 tempered glass cases that would come in the order the next week (yesterday) they did not come in. Surprise. So we ordered some ourselves online. Our phone screens are unprotected. How do they not have the accessories in stock for the phones they have? Not satisfied with the service received and promised.

This past Thursday my phone crashed and I had to get a new phone. I was lucky enough to have Priscilla work with me. She asked great questions to help me figure out which phone was the best for me. I am very happy with the phone and happy with the service she provided.

The guys working there are amazing. I give it one star cause it was so hot in the store that I started to sweat and it was so uncomfortable. I was born here in FL and grew up here if Im sweating and uncomfortable I feel bad for the guys working inside there

Priscilla seems to be the best one there hands down. She emptied the whole store in what seem to be seconds. I thought I was in for an hour wait. Boy I was wrong the way she worked those three cashiers I was impressed. Im just not the type to steal employees.....

I’ve got no complaints about Cricket. They give you credit if you opt for the monthly debit. I only wish it was less $$.

Brought a phone in to have it activated and the lady who knows nothing about cell phones jammed a sim card in with rough edges and damaged the sim port and told me the phone was incompatible with their network and tried to sell me a new junk phone . You can tell all cricket employees only care about selling phones and accessories to make commission and if your not helping do that you are wasting their time. I now have a cricket SIM card and the phone works great... not sure why i decided to stay with the company though.
