When I walked into the store, it smelled very clean! Shailine was very welcoming and gave me the beat phone she thought would fit all my needs..she transferred everything for me and was very patient!! Will be recommending people here and will always come back here if I need any help!

Liars. Tell you the insurance is MANDATORY ! It’s NOT! I called corporate and they advised it’s against their licensing agreement. But the franchise owner lies because they make profit on insurance. Go to any other Metro and get the real deal with no LIES
Went in to add a line and they changed my current plan and added services that I did not ask for and gave me a screen protector that I did not ask for claiming it was included, I later found that they had actually charged me 20 dollars for it!! Very sneaky would not recommend

Horrible customer service. I went there to switch from Cricket. Online its advertise that if you switch you can get an iPhone 6s for free as long as you’re on the unlimited plan. So the associate i dealt with named Milo, tried to tell me that the phone would only be free unless i get an accessory. So i told her where does it say that in the website or the the store, she couldn’t even answer it. She even refused to give me the manager number because she didnt want to get yelled at not because she wanted to help me out. I recommend any other MetroPCS store but that one there. I’m not going back trust me. And FYI METROPCS customers or existing, you DON’T have to get an accesory to get anything for free in the store they’re evil and say that so they can boost their commission because they have a certain ratio to hit. Very disappointed. They didn’t expect me to know soMuch about them and how they run business considering I was once a store manager at an authorized dealer. Summary, horrible customer service and to shove down i HAVE to get an accesory? Unbelievable
Good location. Nice younger gentlemen with dreads, helped me get a good phone and case, and was very friendly.
The girls are very helpful, but the scoundrel owner/manager tried to force us to buy $100 in accessories in order for us to port phones from Boost to Metro. This was NOT a Metro requirement, but an underhanded move right at the end of the arguous porting process of 5 phones. He had the girl Jen do his dirty wirk. Would nt even face ne himself since he knew it was shady. Dont go here, use palm bay store
