I recently went to USBiDs website to locate a capacitor I was having trouble finding. My sales rep Christine called me within minutes of me submitting my request. She was pleasant and professional. She found the capacitor I was needing and was able to order it and get it to me by the date I had requested.I also had a DC-DC converter I was looking to get a better price on. I could get them in franchise but wanted to save some money so I gave her that request as well. She came back and was able to save me $20.00 per part. I will be using USBID for future requirements.

I did not speak to a sales representative, but got the parts fast and they worked great. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Just bought some parts that NO ONE else could find. USBid tests all orders and provides 1 year warranty. I will use them again soon.
